Kris helped me understand all aspects of the process. He was kind and patient in answering my questions. I had avoided the process of filing because I was not clear about the process. But Kris helped me through everything. I wish all agents had the same type of personality like Kris!

Careful of subscribing for some of their services. If you want to cancel, they still charge you on a loophole. I. e. To dissolve your business Legal zoom requires you to contact the Sec. Of State in order to honor your request to cancel. They can do that and charge you $139 to do so, if not they will charge you the full yearly charge $240).

We used legal zoom to set up our business and they continued to charge for service after canceled. And then charged a fee and made us believe that we had to keep there service by only explaining a part of the law.

I have set up 4 LLCs through this company. All works well until they screw you for add ons and you start to see monthly charges come out of your account. They scam you when you set up your business. Stay away.

Never sign up on auto pay with this company, they will never let you know what's going on and just keep charging your account. You can do everything they say they can do buy yourself, with less cost and headaches.

This site is really unique, it lets u set up any papers u want with a low cost. Im glad I was able to have these papers drawn up by an attorney. I really like this site, mainly because its done in the privacy of your home, not in an attoneys office. Papers were done in about 2 wks, fast and efficient.

They sold me QuickBooks essentials which said that it came with payroll for 55 a month then they never set up payroll or allowed access for me to set up. Then to get in contact with them you get put on a 3 week wait just to talk to someone. They finally called after 3 weeks and told me that payroll was actually extra and it would be 109 dollars a month. When I go to QuickBooks online they have a deal for 37 dollars a month which includes payroll and even have cheaper options then that. Then I also paid for legal advisory again you have to schedule a call 3 weeks in advance. Not sure how much help that is if you have an issue that needs resolved right away. They don't respond to emails either.
Terrible money skeme. Itd be different if they were actually helpful in setting all this up but given the time you have to wait to talk to anyone idk what your paying for you might as well do it yourself.

Ravel, took my business and made it personal to him. He took my questions seriously and guided me through the process in a very professional manner. He made me feel at ease with my situation. He also provided me with the resources to get my business handled and even offered to follow-up with my situation and continue to guide me through it. Ravel, was easy and pleasant to speak with and made it a great experience. Definitely an amazing job!

I could not access my new will on the website. I used the chat function and spoke to "Aimee". She let me know that the system was having trouble with access to documents today. She was able to email me my will. She handled my problem quickly and professionally.

I hired Legal Zoom to file articles of Incorporation in the State of South Carolina. This can be done online the same day, yet after almost 30 days, I am still in "delayed" status despite having provided all necessary and required information.

I suspect legal zoom does not have a licensed SC attorney to sign off on the corporation paperwork, yet they are taking money and claiming they can perform these legal services. I have had no communication from Legal Zoom now that they have my money, and due to the delay, my client is angry with me.

Stay away from Legal Zoom, as they are not ethical in their business dealings. I am filing complaints with the SC Bar Association so they can investigate to see if Legal Zoom is, in fact licensed to perform the services they claim they can handle.

I have talked with a lot of LegaZoom departments and operators. The most helpful, courteous, friendly person I have ever had the pleasure of working with, is Jordan Leonard! Jordan, took his time to really listen to the problem I was having. Other operators blew me off and did not help me. Jordan, not only listened and verified my problem, he put me on hold and helped me solve the problem in record time! I am grateful for the time he took to help and how courteous he always was with me.

I have had many questions with the process and could not communicate through the phone service. I could not get to a real person and I became very unsure of the site and the service that I just paid for. I finally saw the chat at the bottom of the website page, when I was frustrated and trying to find a way to communicate with customer service to get some help, I was wanting to cancel! Then the rep Brian answered on CHAT and helped answer my questions. He restored my faith in Legalzoom and made me feel confident in my decision to work with LegalZoom. Day or night Sonny has been by far the most helpful Represintstive In all of history! Always courteous, polite, knowledgable and most importantly timely and prompt in his responses. I have been dealing with Sonny since day 1 and he has always solved the issues at hand effortlessly. I feel he takes pride and ownership in his work. I seriously don't understand how so many people can be so stupid. Genuinely don't understand how every I call customer service to get a simple issue resolved, it turns into a 3 hour nightmare where every representative tells you something different. Seriously the most incompetent people I have ever spoken with. Save yourself some time and don't use legal zoom, it suppose to be fast and easy, but I have used them to open 3 different LLCs, and Legal Zoom has been anything but fast and easy.

I had an online chat with representative (Michelle), and she was able to address all of my questions and resolve the issue. I was in a time crunch Michelle was responsive and addressed the issue right away.

Sabrina was excellent with her knowledge and professionalism. Legal zoom stayed on the phone with me through the entire application process and help me understand next step when applying for 501c3 application with them abs IRS. I was extremely pleased with the service I was provided. They are so easy to get in touch with. Thank you Sabrina for all your help. Excellent customer service!

I am not a tech savvy person. However, as an theater artist in today's world, being knowledgeable about what's available in the tech world is necessary, Legal Zoom was recommended to me by a Book Agent, and I am so happy I used their services.

This process is so simply and easy and intuitive. Not being an expert on trademarks, it was so nice and refreshing to use this simple process that is set up in such a streamlined and easy to understand manner.

I called LegalZoom to talk about making my Will for the first time. I spoke with Joe. He listened & understood my needs regarding a Will & HeathCare Directive. He was professional & knowledgeable, suggesting additional products that I might find useful. I was writing notes as we spoke & read back to him what I understood. Joe was very patient. I appreciate the time he spent with me.

Paid $350 for a dba and was pawned off to a 3rd party vendor who did little to help me. Then I received two phone calls from Legalzoom, paid $145 for something I never received, and lost my money. I disputed the charge with my bank and wrote an email to Legalzoom outlining the phone numbers, names, and dates of the calls from Legalzoom asking them to verify if those are their numbers and employees. They refuse to answer me in writing. I don't trust Legalzoom or have any confidence in them and would prefer to communicate with them in writing. It's suspicious that they only want to talk on the phone - where it is more difficult to document the conversation.
