Spent $1400 on them 2weeks later no documents no ein number nothing everything they have said has been a lie they told me 5 times that they were going to put in for a urgent ein and on 5 different occasions 24 to 48 hours 12 days later still nothing no documents no ein they just took my money

Jordan is AMAZING! Legal Zoom is just overall very impressive! I trust everything that Ive done with their company thus far, and it has been a great 4 years of working with them. This guy I spoke with is easy, knowledgable and a pleasure to speak with. My overall experience with legal zoom has been effortless, and rewarding everytime!

Lack of professionalism, lack of responsibility even a lack of empathy. I trusted them but I end up calling every time to push them to do their job, and all that and I lost a whole month without end result.

My experience was horrible and it never really even got started! As a new business owner, I wanted to form an LLC and TRIED to call this company on 3 separate occasion to get some of my questions answered and each time, I was on hold for over 50 minutes... 50 minutes! A potential new customer and I'm on hold for 50 minutes three times! There wasn't even a message as I was holding, thanking me for my patience and that my call would be responded to shortly. Just awful hold music, that was it!

I gave up and went to another company and the experiences was as different as night and day. My call was answered within 3 minutes and my rep was extremely helpful and even called me back with information that she needed to find an answer to. My LLC has been formed and I'm already conducting business.

On March 10th of this year I paid for my LLC with the understanding that it would be expedited. After contacting them several times and extensive interactions I still have not received my LLC. I did receive a notice that it's in the mail and supposed to be delivered tonight. It's now May 26th and I still haven't got it but I got a tracking number. I don't know the legal term for expediting but I'm sure it doesn't mean two and a half months at my cost. I'm sorry I wouldn't refer to legal zoom to anybody if this is the way that you business.

Couldn't have had a better experience with the sales rep (Rob) that called me. Gave me a call at 5PM on a Friday...normally would never answer (or at least stay on the phone). Stayed on for 20 minutes and will be signing up next week.

I was referred me to Legal Zoom to get my LLC filed. I could have never handled properly myself or either it would have been an overly time consuming experience. Legal Zoom has exceeded meeting the expected completion time which was not until May.

Each time I have contacted customer service, the reps such as Violet and if you can look up the reps on my prior calls (order #*******) have gone above and beyond normal customer service expectations. They have taken the time to explain areas where I lack knowledge and expedite requests when they can.

I will forever be a client of Legal Zoom. Next I will be filing for a DBA and Legal Zoom will be my source for filing. Also I'm going to sign up for the Atty program

I tried the Legal Zoom estate package. Although ti was OK, it was not totally complete. After spending numerous hours reading the documents and consulting with their attorney, it became clear to me that I would have to either purchase additional legal services to prepare and or change documents for it to be complete and accurate, or find it online. For the price and my purposes it was fine. I used the legal phone consulting service a few tmes for personal legal needs and found it helpful, and so overall a good value.

Very simple and easy to understand. Starting a buisness is something I never thought I would get done with all of the reading and researching i was doing I was becoming unmotivated. That's when I found legal zoom, before I was even finished with filing out all of the information for my order I received a call from an agent that was already assigned to me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, all of my questions were answered, I didn't feel rushed which I think is important to note he really took his time to thoroughly make sure I understood every step I took and every question I asked was answered beyond satisfactory. All in all if you are new to owning a business and lacking knowledge on where and how to start LEGAL ZOOM is the place! Easy fast and hassle free!

I have been reading the same response from Legal Zoom "I am sorry... we'll try to improve... yadda yadda yadda." ad infinitum!

Well, you still haven't returned my calls. I am a current customer.

I called Legal Zoom to get assistance and clarification on a product. Aaliyah wen above and beyond with making sure that everything was correct and that I understood how to best select a product that suits me.

I had a question regarding setting up an LLC with an effective date. I had tried finding whether my state allowed an effective date and couldn't find clear information. Mackenzie was very helpful and asked all the questions she needed to get a clear picture of where I was in the process.

I couldn't be happier with my legal zoom experience over the phone today. Melissa was amazing! She patiently answered all of my questions in a thorough manner and did so with great product knowledge. It was a great experience and I am happy that she was the one who answered today when I called the 1 800 number.

When I had questions dealing with international ownership of our LLC and the tax implications for non-Owner members, I used the Chat Help feature. Heather was very clear and very prompt in her answers, and provided exactly the information I required! Thank you!

I was a 26 year estate planning paralegal so I can advise you that Legal Zoom is a terrific alternative to hiring a lawyer. The price for my estate plan, including clear and concise instructions, was extremely reasonable. I will keep using Legal Zoom for all my legal needs.

They like to make like its so easy and fast quite the opposite, long complicated and no help from them at all. They charge top dollar and have the worst service i have ever seen or expirienced. STAY AWAY

Dawn Watts was very knowledgeable and patient while giving me answers and solutions for the few questions I had. I am extremely happy with how quickly I received help from her and grateful I chose LegalZoom!

Got the information I was needing, and several referral attorneys in my local area to contact as well. Response time was up to the 48th hour advised, which drove me nuts, but in the end it was just what I needed. ADVICE!

We hired LegalZoom to file a trademark. From the beginning, their focus was on filing the application as quickly and easily as possible, and they used a cookie cutter approach.

They tried to talk us into trademarking the 'logo' instead of the name, because it was easier. We pushed back and went with trademarking the brand. Then, as soon as USPTO had questions about our application, they dropped us as a client, because going back and forth isn't worth it for them.

They are like the Fast Fast Food industry except it's with legal work.

Their entire business model depends on quantity, not quality.

So if you hire them, you're basically paying for free templates you can get online, and it takes more time to hire and explain to them what you need than doing it yourself. On the other hand, if what you need is more complex, then you need to hire a real attorney.

Michelle was extremely helpful with the cancelation of my order as i had medical expenses unexpectedly come up and needed my money returned. Thus had to unfortunately cancel my order, they where fast. Helpful and polite,
