Legal Zoom's expert, Raymond was very efficient and precise with his answers to my questions. I feel more encouraged to have Legal Zoom as my Registering Agent more than before because I understand the value of protecting my business and my personal liability.

When I email, it takes about 1.5 days to respond to my email. I expected within same day turn times to respond to their expressed customers. If in case their customers have urgent matters, they would be answered within same day. As for call back over the phone, they only tried calling me back once and my phone had an issue which hung up. Therefore, I missed the opportunity to speak to representative just because the phone line got hung up and disconnected. Legal zoom should attempt to call their customers back second time to confirm. How I know legal zoom doesnt call back second time? Because I called and the automated sustem said I have a pending call back in the file and ask me to continue to wait, however no second call was made.

I did not have a pleasant experience with the Customer Service Repesentative. I was not listened to in addition to being talked over. I couldn't even get a word in. I felt she was only listening to reply. The customer rep was not pleasant AT ALL and was unable to answer my questions as this was all new to me. Sadly Disappointed.

I inquired about the need to advise any CA State agency about my name changing to a Family Trust.
And Christina advised it is not necessary to advise any State Agency. I also asked what is entailed into changing a DBA name. She said that Legal Zoom does not assist in that matter but she was kind enough to provide me with a phone number to the applicable State office which could help me.

WOW! I am very impressed with LEGAL ZOOM! I received exceptional customer service from Legal Zoom consultant, Kris Wyatt-who was professionally knowledgeable and trained to be able to guide me through my questions and my needs. Although I originally called for assistance with business matters, I now realize that Legal Zoom offers me superior assistance and consultation also for real estate, wills, patents/copyrights/trademarks, and more! I orde4red a simple C corp package in Wyoming. That was August 04, They gave me a completion date of August 18 which seemed long. This is not my first rodeo.

Then I get am alert that my registration was delayed: yesterday

So I called the Wyoming division of corporations and the call was answered in Cheyenne on the 3rd ring. The man that answered new what I was talking about because he processed the paperwork and filled the corporation on August 14. Yet LegalZoom still, reports it is delayed because the state is behind in the work.

I have called, emailed and left messages and I am getting nowhere. I am on hold right now as I called the office at 8am there time. It is now 8:45am their time.

This is ridiculous. I was a long term loyal customer. No more

I used Legalzoom to start a business. My recommendation: NEVER USE THIS FIRM.

The firm continued to charge me money, long after I ceased using LegalZoom. As of this week, they are attempting charging a new credit card, never known to them, $399. This is theft, pure and simple.

My attorney was going to charge $2000 to remove my wife from our properties due to death. I thought it was too much. I made a BIG mistake. Legal Zoom uses GO Deeds located in New York. I spent over $3000. 00 and still had so many corrections! It got to a point where they just refused to help me -Matthew Miskovsky - because I made a mistake. They are awful people to work with. There seems to be a high turn over of personnel.
Regarding Legal Zoom - I got so tired of being on hold EVERY time I called. Nobody knows who's on first. They give you the run around.IT WAS ALL SO FRUSTRATING - WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

A retired educator appreciating the value of knowledge has a dream. Legal Zoom is helping me to legally go forward with the dream. There is much, much more to do. With Legal Zoom, I have a lessening fear.

I had no idea what I was doing when I first researched setting up an LLC so I called legalzoom and they helped me set everything up and explained everything in a way I could understand. I highly recommend their services!

AVOID this company! After 6 months and 24 phone calls, they lied to me about canceling an old LLC. I gave this company all the documents they needed to close this LLC, and paid the State fees. Confirmed over a dozen times that they had what they needed to close the file with the State and always came back to Step #1. The left-hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Plus no refund after 120 days, which was due to their incompetence. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I am so distraught by the errors and delays in processing my State Articles of Incorporation that I don't trust legal Zoom to complete the 501c3 filing. It's been 8 weeks and we are now back to the point where we were 6 weeks ago due to an improperly trained customer service rep. Should have been worried when she told me she had never seen what she was dealing with before. My recommendation is DO NOT USE LEGAL ZOOM! If I had known what I know now I would have done it myself! Even with me working full time it would have been so much faster!

I had some task that needed to be corrected for my business I reach out Legalzoom and they understood the situation and helped me understand and how to correct the errors I had at the moment. I became a widow a few weeks ago. I have been trying to get a change of agent on the LLC we did through legal zoom. Per my attorney they do not understand what a Trust is. You have to wait on line forever. They cannot seem to open emails even though I have cc'd my attorney and he can review what I have sent. Then they look at what you have emailed and you wait another 2 days. My husband had cancer and usually would have just gone to an attorney... he thought this would save us money. This has been going on for several weeks. I am now on hold again. I spent at least 3 hours yesterday on hold and tossed around to various people at legal zoom. USE AN ATTORNEY... IT WOULD BE FAR LESS EXPENSIVE AND LESS STRESSFUL.

I anticipated a hard sell to maintain my account, however, Joel's calm demeanor, mastery of facts and skillful ability to listen to his customer's needs, provided valuable details that I had not considered prior to calling. As a result, I am fully content to maintain my account at Legal Zoom.

Drug me around for months starting my business saying it would only take a couple of weeks. Every step in the process they made a mistake, very rude along the way. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE, the amount of stress isn't worth it
