Legal zoom.com did a lovely bit of work creating my Will for me. So far everything seem to be going as planned, and I hopefully won't have to use it for several decades to come. I registered a company through legal zoom, and as everyone knows that you can be your own registered agent. They proceeded to call me numerous times and email about 30 times in the last few months after me telling then I do not need their services. I am not sure how but they just took 400 out of my account without me authorizing it. Truly disappointed at how low a lot of these companies are going these days. No integrity and character. Stay away from these guys for sure.

Very helpful and very efficient customer service. Kudos to LegalZoom for having such a excellent representative... my only regret is that I was too busy doing other things (that's how good they are, they understood what I wanted without any extra effort on my part) while she was assisting me and did not take down her name.

1st order went off without a hitch. Made an error on my initial submission and had to file amendment. That experience almost made me ask for a refund. No responses, incomplete responses, failure to follow-up, etc. There is definitely room for improvement... but overall, I'm not unhappy just disappointed.

My first Legal Zoom experience has been good one! We had Kris Wyatt was our representative today. He was patient and knowledgeable with assisting us our business matters. Starting a business may be stressful but Kris eased some of worries as we're getting our LLC and other start up paperwork submitted. Awesome Customer Service!

Shame on you, Poor service and a rip-off! I'm disappointed with their customer service. I am happy or unhappy truly sad customer relationship. They are dealing in fraudulent practices, shameful services.

The customer service is horrible I waited over 4 hours for an answer. After the call I had I ended up dissolving my business I order to avoid receiving a 250-dollar charge for the registered agent service which by the way is a complete scam that they say is "highly recommended". It is basically a mail service but they don't tell you it costs about 200 dollars to cancel it. Besides that, after the call to dissolve my business they recharged me another 250 dollars for the same service I did not want without telling me claiming they need to have a ra service until my business is dissolved and now I am sure they will drag their feet in order to steal more of my money. I seriously suggest not using their service you are better off doing anything else.

Brian was very helpful and responsive. I appreciate all my questions being answered promptly and kindly. It's a frustrating time to start your first business and begin learning the various ropes regarding set up and taxes. This was the best service I've received via chat with any company thus far. LegalZoom set up several LLC's for me - easy one-stop shopping. Their support people are their greatest asset as they are always helpful and answer any questions or concerns promptly. Love the fact that all can be achieved over the internet and through e-mail.

I am so frustrated that I ever signed up for Legalzoom, it's ironic because the only thing legal about this company is how they can keep your money without getting in trouble. They have horrible service, and it's almost near impossible getting a hold of them. I tried to cancel my subscription and they didnt budge at all on giving my money back. As a matter of fact, when I asked politely (and naively) the rep I was speaking with started screaming and then hung up on. The worst fact is that I only used their service once last year and the fact that I had to hire my own lawyer anyways proved that this completely is utterly useless. Please do not make the same mistake as I did and lose your hard worked money. STAY AWAY, you've been warned.

Professional, clear and beyond helpful. Complete understanding of packages and options. Even consulted a manager to make sure she was not giving antiquated information as it pertained to California.

I don't know where to begin Legal Zoom has exceeded my expectations. Legal Zoom helped me start My LLC business. All questions were answered in a timely manner. I would not change my Choice of company. Hassel free business matter at your finger tip. Highly professional and trained staff not one question was left unanswered.My documents were received very professional the way they were sent The icing on the cake. I was drawn to the great marketing and transparent, upfront prices of LegalZoom. However, after pursuing a design patent for more than 2 months, it is still nowhere near finished. What a complete joke. Probably the bottom 10% of law students who could not get a job anywhere else work for LegalZoom. NEVER recommend to anyone.

Robert at ext #7732 was great to deal with. He helped me quickly and explained everything clearly so we could process the form need without issue. The person that first answered my call (a female I believe named Robyn) was rude and very argumentative. Being transferred to Robert saved my faith in Legal Zoom. I'd gladly hire him away from you! He was friendly and obviously wanted to help me.

My rep Raymond at LegalZoom chat walked me completely through asking what my needs may be, my finance requirements if I could do anything myself, and offered options to fit me! He also stayed with me on chat answering my questions as I decided & secured my best choice a Premium package for an LLC & state registration & free limited attorney consultations! Have first attorney meeting already in 2 days! Speedy! Perfect for me & my new upcoming business! Raymond actually patiently hung in until I hit finish & congratulated me! LLC was supposed to be created in 7-10 days. They didn't do anything. They needed more info, but nobody reached out to let me know. No emails. No phone calls. Nothing. Just left me hanging. Terrible Service. Can't trust this yahoo company.

My associate was extremely knowledgeable & straightforward about available service. She was very professional, extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me by completing the application for our LLC business.

They charge you and additional amount to speed up the process to be be sent in within 2 days then make excuses day after day on why they are unable to complete their side. 12 weeks and about 6 hours on the phone later and my application has still not been submitted. For everyone who has not yet filled with Legal Zoom, spend the little extra money and get a local company with quality service file for you. I have filed for many companies but this is the first and last time i will ever use Legal Zoom.

My overall experience was great. Legalzoom.com agent Jimmie on the phone, she built rapport, was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure all concerns were cared for. I felt comfortable through the process to disconnecting the call.

Thanks to LegalZoom for having such a huge support system in place. The legal team you referred me to is fabulous, and we are in the process of doing stuff that by myself I would not have known how.

They are currently in the process of charging me $852 + 280(Essential compliance package) + 250(RA renewal) dollars for their Express gold llc package. Basically I'm getting charged over 1.2k for something I was under the impression would be 350 dollars. This place is not worth it. There are better options.

They changed the UI. Overall I've found their services to be very helpful in starting my own business, but the new UI is so bad it's almost impossible to navigate to anything they you need. Additionally, a lot of their links are broken or aren't working properly.

Get it together LegalZoom. And fire whoever you paid to make this god-awful new website.

They will charge you a lot of money that you have to flight for days and maybe cannot get back and they will put you on hold and kicking you around with different departments, all service people are very sneaky. Don't choose the fast package $540 because it will take 20-30 days anyway, then when you call them, they will tell you the government are very slow, I have registered 4 companies with Legal zoom in the past 6 years, they are slow every single time, but they still advertise 7-10 business days on their site. I am so frustrated so just gonna give up this one and move on with another company
