I really appreciate legalzoom and especially Michael for reaching out and helping to get me started. This dude called me immediately upon setting up my account online. He walked through everything with me and was just cool you know. It's nice to get a real person to talk to when you have no idea WTF you're doing and trying to start a business. I've never done this before and I needed to talk to a dude like Michael. Many thanks Mike and and legalzoom…so far, so good. I look forward to using your services in the future.

I had a package in the cart but delayed due to a few lingering questions I had. I received a call without prompting - A Legal Zoom agent named Byron walked me through all of my questions. He was clear and spoke in a detailed manner to allow for full understanding of what my options were. We went through several variables to which he remained consistent and professional without the 'too-pushy' salesman attitude. It was a pleasure. 10/10 customer service!

I filed for what should be the easiest DBA process with Legalzoom and the process has been so painful. Address was incorrect on the first set of paperwork (which was partially my mistake) but it took them 10 precious day to realize and advise they needed additional proof/documents. It has been 4 weeks I have filed and I still havent received my documents to sign (not even sure how long the DBA will take after that). Every time you call, there is at least 5 to 10 min wait to speak with someone. You have to repeat the same story to every customer service rep. You speak with and then they place you on hold for another 5 to 10 minutes for nothing; they are never able to give you a clear solution to your issue or a clear order status update. Extremely frustrating!

Aimee was very patient and effective in answering all of my questions related to technical difficulties that we were having on the legal zoom website as well as assisting with other matters related to my father's Estate Planning. Thank you again Aimee for all of your help!

Have used LegalZoom before, and it turned out to be a good buy at the time. Needed to revise, and this time found the site to be very confusing up front (before input). If you are putting together a Living Trust, the biggest problem is making revisions. In many instances, there is just no way to navigate back solely to the items you want to revise without having to click through the entire document. Very time consuming. Lastly, there is the constant push for $$$ everywhere you turn!

On 11/9/2023 Legal Zoom charged me $299.00 for an annual subscription for registered agent services. On 11/11/2023 (2 days after the initial charge) I changed my registered agent and cancelled the Legal Zoom Subscription. Legal Zoom is no longer my registered agent and therefore unable to provide registered agent services. However, even though they are no longer providing me this service and I cancelled my subscription 2 days after the charge, they are unwilling to issue me a refund for a renewal on a yearly automatic subscription. I do not believe this is good business practice and is highly unfair to the consumer.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

I needed too do a will for my son who is special needs. Carrie the specialist online from legal zoom was so helpful and so friendly. She was so understanding to my needs. She explained every question too me in elementary terms so I could make sure I got what I needed written down right. I feel so good knowing my son will be with the right people if I should go first. Carrie deserves a gold star for sure. I will call on her for help in the near future. Legal zoom is an awesome real will making sight.

LegalZoom is easy, pleasant, and professional. They handle everything from A-Z with no hassles, and if you deal with customer support, you will be happily surprised by the "ease of use" provided by their staff.

They are to put it mildly crooks. They sneak a bunch of reoccurring fees unless you are careful and monitor your accounts like a hawk they will milk you for everything they can. The fees don't appear right away it is only after two weeks that they start charging you. I shut my account down so they can no longer get more of my hard-earned money.

I used Legal Zoom for the first time and it was easy breezy! The representative was excellent. He understood what I wanted to do and walked me through the steps. Stayed on the "chat" line while I completed the document. All around excellent service and knowledgeable agents. It was quick and the price is great. I will have my documents in 2-3 days versus hiring a lawyer and paying so much more and waiting for the documents to be drawn up. So glad I used Legal Zoom.

LegalZoom was a quick and easy way for me to register my new business, Heart Centered LLC. Ben is amazing to work with. He answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything that I needed to feel comfortable moving forward. I appreciate how considerate and understanding that he was based on my time constraints. He promptly called me back to finish our intake at a time that better suited my busy schedule.

If you can help it, do not use this service.
I have been going on 2 months since I filed my LLC.
They lost my order once, forgot about it another time, hung up on me 2 times.
I wanted a simple LLC but they have been stringing me along for two months. They claimed that one of their representatives forgot to put the order through and assured me it would. That was a month ago and It still has not gone through. I have attempted to contact them and the wait time is sometimes well over an hour then they "mysteriously" hung up on me during the call. Horrible horrible horrible customer service!

I applied for a trademark. I paid the extra to talk with a "REAL" trademark Attorney. Just about everything he told me was incorrect and any Attorney should know that filing the way I did would have never be accepted. After being rejected I hired an outside Attorney that, while expensive, change everything he could on my filing and got it to pass. He was laughing about filling a descriptive product name and expecting it to pass. This is the last time I am using LegalZoom.

I just needed a simple, straight forward will with nothing special.
With just a few tweaks, it was finished and for a fraction of what the competition would have charged. If you're prepared, you should progress smoothly. I would definitely recommend Legal Zoom.

My customer service rep. (Carrie) did everything she could to assure me she would take care of the problem. She was kind and courteous and extremely helpful. She fixed my concern in a quick efficient manner. If this is typical of the experience at Legal Zoom then you all are doing it right. I assure you that in 4 to 6 months when I am going through the motions of opening my insurance agency I will be using Legal Zoom products to do so. I move from a company agent to a 1099 contracted agent at that time. The goal of my trial run experience was to get a feel for the products offered and the level of service available. I am more than happy and I will for sure be using the monthly membership during my transition from employee to career agent later this year. I want you to know that Carrie is as much a part of me becoming a member later as is the quality of the products you. Bravo Carrie and Bravo Legal Zoom "A future loyal member". Thank you all again and be safe during this outbreak.

Set up LLC for my wife. We have made about $2000 through the company and have paid legal zoom almost all of it as setup fees and as legal agent. They hit us with $150 and $299 recurring annual fees. Wife tried to cancel but until we can provide proof of change in agent (underway) they refuse to return the money. They do NOTHING to earn this money. Get someone else to help you set up your LLC and for goodness sake, do not make those crooks at legal zoom as your legal agent.

During our setting up a Living Trust, Through no fault of Legal Zoom we had a problem with some of our properties. I called and a Nadia M. Account representative was so patient and helpful directing me on what/how to resolve all. She was AMAZING. Everyone there seems to be trained to be more than patient with you. Great customer service.

I took some time to look again at the legal documents that I started this time last year. My partner and I realized we have to finish this since it was not completed over a year ago. The agents at LegalZoom were very helpful in providing information on what the next step I had to take, would be.

I was not expecting a customer service representative to be so knowledgeable about business formation and dissolution. Thom was able to answer every single question that I had with ease and thoughtful in his explanations.

Legal Zoom is one of the best investments I have ever made. I had legal questions and they answered for a flat fee. They referred me to an excellent attorney who got me a settlement pf $80,000 and he only charged a thousand!. Also I was able to trademark my business name.

The dashboard is sleek and the sales people amazing. But once you start the process you end up spending too much time correcting the staff (wrong data entry), deal with conflicting information (name available but then not available etc...) and receive conflicting information from different customer service staff; can get EIN, cannot get EIN...
I used the service to make my incorporation faster, ended up spending twice the amount of time compared to doing it myself directly with the state.

In the first part of the info they do mention the additional $159 that you will be charged. But when you are looking at your final cart the price tag shows $0 with a note (Will not be charged until filed with State). Very misleading with the 0 dollar sign. Then on top of that they charged us $249. I called in and got the extra $90 reversed. Not happy with being misled like that on both accounts.
