Every time I have called LegalZoom the service has been great, but Zander was above and beyond helpful and so informative. The way he talked to me (his warm tone of voice and kindness) truly made me so much more comfortable that I chose this company to help with my startup. Without me asking he walked me through every tab and explained in detail what you all offered (I think he could tell I was confused haha). I felt so taken care of by Zander. He is an amazing asset to your team. Thanks for having such great customer care!

I've had the need for lawyer's in the past, for selling some land, divorce, and now putting together a plan to take care of my family needs and my assets. Legal Zoom answered my call and came through to win the job. Legal Zoom is a powerful, legal document assembly package with contracted legal support, should you need it. I highly recommend Legal Zoom for providing me with all the necessary legal documents needed to complete a Living Trust!

They are a total scam. Delaying orders, many silly emails and calls. When you return them, they ask for more and more completely seemingly bogus requirements that don't make any sense, and then they offer they do it for you for another fee. This has happened to me now five times for a simple LLC filing, which they hadn't even started after a month. Nothing was missing, they just seem to fabricated requirements. Asked for my money back. Lets' see what happens. Take this to a lawyer if not. Stay away is my suggestion!

I've spoken to multiple reps over the past 2 weeks and I must say every one has been a pleasure to work with. The latest was Michelle, who not only researched and found missing documents - three rolled into one but listed separately in the "documents to sign" section - but also took careful note of the confusing aspects of the website as I was seeing it. The status of one order was shown as a combination of a) "In Process" (top right) b) "Ready to download" (middle right) c) "Order Printed and Shipped" (middle left) d) "Ready for Download" (lower right) and "Order received... and will begin processing it shortly." (lowest right). She acknowledged this looked like a bug and would pass it on to the appropriate team. I'm still waiting for some transfer of title documents from GOdeeds to show up, but otherwise have been very happy with the experience overall.

Legal zoom was easy and user friendly to use. After the initial information input, I received a call and they went over the entire packet and explained everything I was receiving. Damian was very patient and actually listened to my concerns and he made sure to answer each of them in as much explanation as was required to be understood.

Chris is the person who took my first call and he was fantastic! He was patient with me, took time to understand my questions, and provided me with a very clear sense of the steps I must take to bring my business to fruition. He understood precisely Legal Zoom's service offerings and helped me to understand how to access the resources I need. I now have his contact information and feel confident that as I move forward all my questions will be addressed in a personally-tailored and professionally-informed manner.

Instructed them a month ago, and they did absolutely nothing except take payment. Did not return calls, or advise on (non) progress in any way. They are cheap for a reason!

They have cost me an additional £400.00 in service charge by wasting a month in doing absolutely nothing. Said they were waiting for documents that were not even relevant as an excuse! Asked for a refund and will go elsewhere.

There was an issue with my application and and within an hour Julie helped me to correct the problem and worked with me get the correct forms filled out. She was so professional and her sense of humor is priceless. I tried to get a local law office to help (filled out a form) with business issues in April and they have not even call me back (5/22/17). This is, without a doubt, the best service I have ever received, especially on line!

I have used LegalZoom to open what will now be my sixth company. They have changed horribly. There is little communication and their workers that answer the phones don't know anything but filling in the paperwork. I even scheduled with one of their attorneys and she couldn't answer my questions either. Never going back.

Peter made it his goal to help me find answers to puzzling questions. He gave my issue his complete attention. He supplied me with information to continue my quest. Voice and speech were excellent and easy to understand. The amount of time waiting for a representative (Peter) was surprisingly short. He supplied me with a follow-up number for any further help I might need on this issue. Thank you, Peter, and Legal Zoom.

Called to resolve a billing issue where I had cancelled a monthly service, but was still being charged. Zander Pady assisted me and was able to look up my previous request to cancel and refunded all the previous months I was billed for within a couple minutes. He was very easy to work with and you can tell LegalZoom does a great job at training their staff or hiring the right people. I've called them quite a few times to discuss various items and have had pretty good service every time!

Everything takes at least 3 times as long as they tell you plus they never follows up and you never talk to an actual lawyer but they'll take your money in a heartbeat and leave you hanging, been waiting since july

Very kind and professional. Laughed at my stupid Dad jokes. I called with questions about my Trademark search and while she couldn't offer legal advice, she was able to point me in the right direction.

I had questions about the difference between LLC, S-Corp etc. Reymark was awesome explaining the differences of benefits and limitations. After my conversation, I had confidence in making a decision. He also gave me information on template in their company.

Thin powers was not only very knowledgeable of my specific situation and business was needs but he stayed on the phone with me through the entire process to setup my S Corp and even talked to multiple coworkers to try and fix a mistake order I made. Legal zoom should be honored to have Thom Parker working for you. He is a very valuable resource and in the customer service field that is very hard to find. I am so glad that I did not pay legalzoom for any of it's services. What I did do was a free entity name search. According to them, I was supposed to hear back from them in one hour, yet I haven't heard from them yet, and it's been over 24 hours. I called their customer service and waited 30 minutes, but did get through to anyone. I put myself in their queue and have yet to hear back from them. I will not be using their services to set up my LLC and neither should you!

Update: they agree to full refund and kept their promise. Great company. Legal zoom cares for their clients

Legalzoom is still charging me for a business that is no longer in business. I specifically told them a year ago to cancel my services.

I sent four separate emails requesting this cancellation. Today after a year of my last email to them. I received a collections bill for a Registered Agent.

I spoke to Ruth Hernandez from Legalzoom today and she told me that they will keep charging unless I change the Registered Agent myself.

After speaking the Nevada Secretary of State, they were not sure why I was being charged for services on a business that is no longer in business for over a year.

Legalzoom is a scam. Their website specifically states to either call them or email to cancel services. I did just that and I am still being billed.

This is the first time I purchased anything from Legal Zoom. We are forming a new LLC. Average attorney fee was over $ 3,000. For under a $ 1,000, we were able to purchase the same services and more from Legal Zoom (including a lot of bells and whistles). The most important part of this experience was Courtney Buhr's hand-holding over phone. She is extremely knowledgeable, eager to help, courteous and freely available over phone. Without her assistance, it would have been very difficult to purchase this product.

She (and others like her) are a good reason to use Legal Zoom's products and services. Such support is extremely rare these days.
