After four years of not communicating with LegalZoom they were extremely cooperative on getting my account recovered and up to date. When it came to federal law they were prompt to keep me updated on mandates and regulations. Very professional and well mannered business.
The most horrible customer support and the longest wait times I have ever experienced. I purchased an LLC package with all the bells and whistles to include expedited processing. After two months of waiting, broken promises from customer support ("It will be finished today, we are so sorry for the wait..."), many unanswered questions, no contact, hours on the phone and in chat rooms, and a refusal to refund services not rendered, I cannot recommend LegalZoom.
He agent was very excited about my company which in turn made me even more excited about this launch. I think it's beneficial to say that I didn't feel pushed into buying more or up-selling more than I needed. Thank you for that and listening to my business plan.
I have been running a small business for 3 years now as a sole prop. I am growing and decided getting my LLC would be the next step for me. LZ made the process so quick, easy and affordable. My contact was able to easily explain the process and the differences between the different options available and how they differed in their use for me personally. I bought a will in 2018, and that purchase came with a 30 day free trial of "Legal Advantage Plus." What I didn't realize was that the free trial turned into a paid subscription after 30 days, and since they had my credit card number, they could successfully charge me $15 a month. Its on me that I didn't spot the payments on my credit card statements until now, but shame on them for the approach. You'll note in my image that the cute little free trial is still active (now canceled). They don't even bother showing it as a paid subscription. I'm paying for something they say is free!?
I'm an 83 year old, computer challenged senior. If not for Aimee's cheerful, fluent, and kind assistance, I might have taken a dive off my 22nd floor balcony. What she experienced helping me might have driven her to dive off her balcony, but she hung in there with me, never once showing any sign of stress at my lack of computer skills. I can't say enough good things about my experience and her guidance.

The site is difficult to navigate to make necessary changes and set up an Attorney Consultation. It took us several hours and several calls to finally accomplish what we had intended to do. Eventually, we talked with a couple of associates who were very helpful and able to guide us through the process we needed to complete.

Legal Zoom is the worst company you can Use. They were taking forever to get my new company filed with the state. After three weeks of painful waiting on "$#*!zoom" I decided to use my local guy... I got my company filed and received Division of Corporations all in just two days.
I would never recommend legalzoom or ever use them again. Save you money use your local people. Most likely your CPA would be able to assist with something like this or he would know someone who can.

I used Legal Zoom to create my LLC in 2017. I paid for the $399 service and all went well and I was quite pleased with the service. Now 4 years later I have received a letter from a Dallas Texas law firm stating that I owe $399 or will face legal action. Legal Zoom has some shady business tactics that have been expressed time and time again. I will never again use the services of this firm.

I'm in the process with them for an LLC, it started 2 weeks ago and I paid for the two week package, the misspelled the business name it got fixed, then they send me an email I needed to contact them no explanation, more than 20 min on hold, they tell me the name might get rejected by the state we go forward, then they put my order on hold again because they had issues with my address, it was misspelled. Fine mistakes happen however everything was fixed by the 30 th of last month and then when I called to check on the order they told me they waited am extra 7 days to file it and I'm livid there was no need to wait that long. If I'd known this was going to happen I would have done the entire thing by myself. So now I have to wait two more weeks to see what's going on and can't start my business yet.

I bought a couple documents from Legal Zoom. And without my consent, they signed me up for a recurring charge of $15/month. They didn't have a button on their website to cancel it, requiring I call in speak to 3 people and wait on hold for a half hour. Feels like a pretty straightforward scam to get unnoticed charges through and with an intentionally annoying cancel process. Hard to trust a dirtbag company like this with any important legal document.

I have used Legal Zoom many times in the past and was pleased. This time, the customer service was terrible and turnaround incredibly slow. I could have filed these documents myself much faster. I still don't have all of my documents and the story/excuse is different everytime I contact them. I even paid for the expedited corporate elite package.

Beware of Companies Posing isn't there a law against this Don't call them. Poor service and a rip-off! I'm disappointed with their customer service. Fast response is what they promise but i am shocked to see their bad service. I have been scammed by this company.

Very impressed that legal zoom emailed me explaining what the status on our dissolution of LLC. -Legal Zoom has been very good to us over the past 3-4 years only one bad experience was when we called and the associate who answered was not polite and not very knowledgeable.

Thus far my experience with legalzoom is great. The creation process was easy to understand and navigate and was almost immediately followed up with a representative to make sure everything was correct and also the way i intended. The follow up call was crucial because Brian while reviewing my order helped me catch a mistake i made and directed me how to get it fixed.

Legal Zoom helped me petition for a trademark with the USA Office of Trademarks/Patents in Washington, D. C. They assisted with the forms and posted me on timings, next steps, et al.

Aimee was great! I was only in town for a couple of days to sign new wills for my Mother and Father. I could not print out the new wills because it takes 2-4 days to process, but Aimee was able to get the processing expedited to print at the end of the same day, and saved me an additional long trip into town to take care of this for my parents.

I went online today to have an issue resolved. My first contact was with "Greg" online and then with "Jason." Both were incompetent and falsely told me that they would get a "specialist" to help me and disbanded the "chat". I waited for 15 minutes but to no avail. An hour later, I tried the same process again and this time I "chatted" with Aimee. She was excellent and did NOT leave the chat and did not disappear. She said she would find the answer and will stay with me until the problem was resolved. This was a special individual who has the skill-est and the caring attitude to take care of a customer. I was very impressed with Aimee and and her professionalism. She is a great representative for LZ and I thought that you should know about her excellent caring and gracious attitude. Bravo Aimee!
