Don't get duped by Legal Zoom. After completing the initial input for a Last Will I was directed to a page to select either the basic package or a comprehensive package. The comprehensive package included a checked block for unlimited revisions. It also included a DISTINCT separate checked block for a $14.99 a month plan (first 30 days free, cancel anytime) giving you access to a legal rep. I called and spoke to one of their representatives to inquire if the benefit of unlimited revisions was separate from the $14.99 a month plan as is clearly the implication on their website. After much obviating I learned to my dismay that these items are inextricably linked. I find this approach deceitful and purposely misleading. I will not use their service because of it and I will be sure to mention to misleading approach Legal Zoom uses to all my friends and acquaintances at each opportunity in the future in the hope that I can prevent them from being duped.

Aimee went above and beyond and I appreciate it! I'm sure older people are hard to deal with in today's age of technology. I needed a will especially with the higher risk now with COVID-19. So doing it online was extremely stressful to me instead of a person to person where he/she fills in the forms for me, etc. Thank you to her helping me to get around a costly mistake I made... especially without being able to work right now, I can't afford mistakes.

Received two notices to save money on renewal. Called and they said I had to go with the old amount - $299 instead of $119.25. They told me they would see what they could do and get back to me. Have emailed several times and no one gets back.

I needed some preliminary advice prior to purchasing an S-Corp registration package. Heather, your specialist, was simply excellent and succinct. Every 6 months that I go to renew my 6 month real estate lease renewal package the website does not allow me. Then after spending an hour on the phone with a supervisor they tell me it can't be done. Then I tell them to look at my history and tell me how it has been done every 6 months then for the past 3 years. They go... oohh, maybe you are right. An hour or so later they figure it out. They waste more time in labor than what they collect from me. So frustrating as my time is worth more than I am paying for this stupid service.

Eli covered my current package selections and did well explaining new laws in place at the state and federal levels and went over my options to make sure my new business was in compliance.

The Legal Zoom representative (Gavin) walked me through each step of the process of filing for my LLC. The service is so fantastic, complete, EASY, and sooo reasonably priced! I wish I knew how painless it would be. I would (and should) have done this months ago and avoid egregious taxes as a sole proprietor. This is an incredibly valuable service for those of us with small but hopeful businesses. Thank you, Legal Zoom!

I signed up with LegalZoom to create a Living Trust (Big Mistake). I went on line and completed the forms that requested information. But being a College Graduate with a Masters Degree, I apparently did not know the legal definition of the items that were presented in plain English. Accordingly I had some questions that needed to be answered. That is where the trouble began an Monday I stayed on the line continually fro 8 hours. (I have unlimited calling privilege and a speaker phone that allowed me to wait) At the end of the 8 hours and several requests for a call back. I gave up.

I canceled my order, demanded my money back. Also, I have instructed my credit card company to void that transection.

I am very pleased that I have selected LegalZoom. The Estate Planning bundle contains all the essential but critical documents that will put my mind in peace for good. The documents are shipped via special carriers to you and a beautifully designed binder and dividers come with the documents. In addition, clear instructions are attached to each of the documents, guiding you step by step for you to finalize the documents with signatures. All of the services are charged at a very reasonable price.

I ordered an LLC with the basic option which is $0 + state filing fees. I opted out of their registered agent service and all other services. Yet they proceeded to put themselves as my registered agent. I had to call them and tell them to cancel it. They were trying hard to persuade me to keep it. They eventually canceled it. (They we're going to charge me $249). Now I have to call the state and fix this registered agent issue. Time wasted. I will NEVER use legal zoom again. Steer clear! They are doing shady businesss!

I did a Last Will and Testament on LegalZoom. There were two areas where I needed to deviate from what LegalZoom's results generated. I talked to staff at LegalZoom and was told that deviation was not possible. Three Stars is generous for this cookie cutter service.

Dozens of phone calls, hours spent waiting on hold, days waiting for promised return calls which usually didn't come, repeated errors that were promised to be corrected that reappeared, constant bouncing around between groups that kept pointing the finger at each other, and a continuing and enumerable number of apologies, promises, and assurances that lead to documents that went in the trashcan.

I started using Legal Zoom in September 2014. I am not very business savy and this is my first experience. I am very pleased with the overall service and phone calls. However, today I had the pleasure of working with Joseph Kim, a patient and very helpful man. Please ask for him if you are reviewing this site. He took the time to explain things to me in a way that I can not only understand but made it much easier for me to remember. Thank you Joseph. You are terrific at what you do and made me feel as though I was speaking to someone who actually wanted to help me and not just going through the motions. While searching for a way to copyright a poem I came across LegalZoom. They kept popping up so I assumed they were who I needed to use to get this done. I didn't know they paid to have there information pop up over and over again. On 11/18/2016 I paid them $150.00 to have the copy right done on my poem. They said it would take 4 to 6 weeks and it would be complete and I would receive a copy. That was a lie! Today is 3/7/2017 and I still haven't received anything so I gave them a call only to find out that after they submitted my poem they were done with the transaction. I had to call the U.S. Copy Right Office myself to check on the status and I found out I could have submitted my whole collection of poems for Copy Right and it would have only cost me $55.00! I feel like a fool but you don't have too! Now you know, if you need something Copy Written do it yourself. You can also do wills, divorces and several other things they offer yourself as well so don't be taken like I was...

I wanted to update my existing will and be sure my "house was in order" so after checking around I decided to try LegalZoom. I was very happy with price, experienced lawyers, and the professional manner that LegalZoom provided. I would recommend (and have) to anyone who needs this service.

Just started the process but very happy so far with Legal Zoom. I am using it for a living trust -- when I called with a few questions (not the lawyer side, but the main number), they were more knowledgeable and helpful than I expected. The agent I spoke with sounded almost like a lawyer and really knew the product.
