It's really a few simple things. First, when you enter your name for name check, you include the complete name, like: ABC Inc. After you pay for the service, then as you go through the screens, it asks you "what designation you want". Well, you have already included, so now they are asking you to put another Inc, after the inc you already included in the name. This is really dumb and should be corrected. The second problem is that there is no summary sheet for your corporation (I believe they had previously). You have to blindly rely on information typed in or go back to edit. The company wants you to pay first, then finish the service.

It was very productive and professional. I was able to get answers to any and every question I had. If I have to, I will come back to this company again for their help.

I was having trouble completing my business setup online and when I called in the Raymond was able to walk me through the process and correct the error and made sure that I was completely satisfied prior to getting off the phone with me. He provided amazing Customer Service. Greatness Only!

I have established my EIN as of last year. I am turning my business in to an LLC, Jeremy was informative and answered all of my questions. I appreciate the price as I will get protection for my business and clients. I really liked that they have a 6 month and 12 month option. I need to draft up contracts for my clients portfolios and I feel confident that I will see all my business legal needs met.

Tried to do my invention on my own and saw there was a lot more to it. Saw ad for LegalZoom and contacted them and never regretted it. All the people where great at all times, my only regret is that you don't have a department that takes it all the way and help in selling the idea to the companies. Wish you could get that.

Jordan was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I wish more companies had representatives that communicate like they did. I had a lot of questions that were answered honestly. I'm a base level consumer but I was treated like I was top tier. Fantastic experience.

I'm extremely pleased with my LegalZoom experience. My husband and I drafted our wills and recently had to amend them to make a few changes and from start to finish I couldn't be happier! The gentlemen I spoke with because of a discrepancy couldn't have been more helpful and courteous, not to mention that my mistake was caught and amended. From beginning until end, Mychael was SUPERB. He's courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He has a nice friendly, helpful voice and he's also very patient. I had many questions for Mychael and he satisfactorily answered them all. I don't think he really knows how I TRULY appreciated all that he has done for me and more importantly, the way he has done it. I am so pleased with my decision to utilize LegalZoom for our revised living trust. The documentation provided is top quality and structured to conform to the laws of our new state of residence. The first living trust we created with local legal counsel cost over $2,000. The LegalZoom product was every bit as professional as the first at a fraction of the cost.

Legal Zoom takes longer than if you just do the work yourself, plus they charge ten times what the secretary of state charges. If you have to call their customer support number, expect to be on hold for one full hour. They give you the option to keep your place in the hold line and they will call you back, when I chose that option the call went strait to voicemail.

As a business owner I've used Legal Zoom and have always been satisfied. Recently my husband and I decided it was time to create our wills and Legal Zoom was our ONLY choice! The staff there are friendly, knowledgeable and make the process really easy. Their forms are easy to complete and help is but a phone call away if you need it.

I wanted to rate legalzoom a zero but it's not possible on this site. I ordered $514 worth of products and almost a month later still haven't gotten the documents I ordered. I called customer service. 2 hours and 6 customer service reps later, no one knows where my documents are. So I call customer service again and talk to a female named Spencer. I tell her my situation and tell her I don't trust the company and want to cancel my order and get a refund per the 100% satisfaction guarantee. Her response - no. She just straight up said, no I am not going to cancel your order or give you a refund! So I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back and dispute the charges. I also contacted various agencies and submitted complaints about this horrid company.

Ben, my agent, was fantastic and a true professional will ensure I work with Ben moving forward as he is excellent. I can't say enough about Legal Zoom and the ease and security of forming of the company; this is my second, and I look forward to using other products offered by this fantastic company. Thank You

Legal zoom agents sat on thier button and sent emails and think that's worth $299 a year. Also before the renewal date they sent out an email saying we must update our credit card because the one they have on file has expired (for good reason). We did not contact legal zoom and expected them to contact us by phone for a membership or they were going to cancel our buisness, however they charged the same bank account anyway using an expired card and then sent us a congratulations anniversary email. I very much was not impressed with legalzoom and believe them to be very close to criminal. We had to pay them to disolve our company and they didn't refund our renewal charge because it had been more than 30 days from the subscription date. Great way to run a corrupt buisness.

I called to inquire about a recurring charge on my credit card. Juli was able to answer my specific question, and then guide me through some other issues that I needed to address. She was so helpful... respectful, patient, efficient, and effective!

Everything ran smooth with this website until I realized that without me selecting them for a registered agent they did it automatically. When I call to try to get this straightened out I was sent from department to department they couldn't even give me a name of the departments I was sent to. That was $247 that I did not want to spend they told me to change it through my state which would cost me another $100 I am very dissatisfied

I have been trying 4 months to get a simple job done (registered agent) and I was told it could be done quickly. I have called and emailed and was told, when I called, "there is no reason this should be held up... I will escalate it". Still, nothing. They SUCK and I will cancel the charge on my credit card and start over with someone else!

I am very thankful to have gotten to work with Jordan. This was my first experience with LegalZoom and I have to say it won't be my last. Thank you Jordan for all of your help and making the setup process a breeze!

I am filing for my first trademark and this experience is incredibly daunting. I have lawyers telling me it will be $1300 or I can file it myself for $69 on some random site. Who knows what is correct but Juli, at Legalzoom, walked me through the entire process. I have an attorney working on my trademark and I look forward to the result!

It took upwards of six phone calls over 3 months and finally the intervention of LegalZoom PR to get what I needed.

Two out of six front line support staff were utterly incompetent. One of the five specialists I spoke to was.

It is very hard to navigate the phone system (not one option ever mentions s-corps). Once I get someone and give them my info, it's like this is their first day and they have never heard any of my questions. Documents were missing from my package, according to the rep on the phone, but she couldn't provide a list of everything I was supposed to have so we could confirm that nothing else was missing. She asked me to hold, left me for over 11 minutes, and said it was because her system was down? She could have the courtesy to come back at least once during the 11 minutes to tell me so? Such a bad experience but now I am stuck with you so too bad for me I guess

I submitted my application while on the phone with a representative. The process was explained to me step by step. My rep, Byron, was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had a great experience getting my business LLC'd via Legal Zoom!
