I have been in the hotel industry for 9years and managed multiple property.
It is rare to find people with such a great hospitality service like Julia.
I would defiantly hire her as a manager for my company. LegalZoom is very lucky to have her as an employee

Terrible company, terrible process, terrible customer service. Don't use them. Don't trust them, don't give them your money. They filed my corp documents in December instead of January creating a tax implication in 2022 and making us loose the $800 tax break I would get for having incorporated in 2023. They wont refund my money. I have to re do everything myself or pay another company to do it when I already paid them. Just a terrible company.

I've always wanted to start my own business. I thought it was going to be rocket science to get done. But boy was I surprised how easy and simple it was to do with legalzoom. Thank you again legalzoom for making my dreams come true

This company is a scam they took money out of my account without your permission. The manager is Alex he is a liar. He took money out of my account twice. Sept 2017 and when i called to complain. The first time she said that it was for extra services. I said I did not want so she put the money back into my account. There was no outstanding bill. Sept 2018 they took out $132.99 and said I still owed them this money and it was a computer glich and they did not receive the final payment which made the total amount $500.00 for some papers they typed. There is nothing Legal about this company. My bank has put a complaint in for fraud. They have kept my banking info for two years and the bank said that it was illegal to keep a customer account that long. They never gave me any statement letter or phone call. They lie in wait to rob your bank account. I am also filing a complaint with the IRS regarding there procedures and have them audited. Please do not trust this company

Legal Zoom is very slow and unreliable. I had them file a Llc for me, it took them well over 2 months to get my EIN and I still don't have the paperwork needed to open my business bank account, now it's going on 3 months

Call in today to speak with LegalZoom and got Stephanie on the phone. She was so wonderful and so helpful very informative and gave her job. 100%. I really appreciate her great customer service. And to going the extra mile to help out her Customer and for that I am very I'm grateful. She gave me information. She helped me out. Before we were done. I felt very comfortable with the information that was provided

I had purchased the wrong package of products and sent a message t Customer Service about this. Customer Service addressed and resolved my issues extremely fast and without question. I have trained customer service agents and in my opinion, Legal Zoom had excellent customer service. I was surprised by how their customer service handled my situation because I had expected much less based on some of the experiences I have had with other online services. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend Legal Zoom to all.

Matthew was so helpful and patient, he kindly waited for me to fill outthe rest of my information I had missed on my application for a.new LLC. He made sure all my questions were answered and assured me I can call back anytime to get help if it was needed which I appreciated.

I had the most outstanding chat session with Peter at LegalZoom. All of this "starting a new business" was so new to me and there is so much. I was starting to get so overwhelmed by the jargon. Peter was so kind and patient with me. He listened and thoroughly answered all of my questions and explained things where I could understand. I truly appreciate the customer service I had received. This company has been successful at giving me the runaround. I call them just about every day trying to get someone to do their job. Each time I call I get the same response, "you should receive further information in 7 to 10 business days". I also hear, "the back office is extremely busy and doing the best they can". Listen if you as a company are not able to handle a certain number of customers, then don't take on more than you can handle. I have been trying to get them to submit my 501c3 application to the IRS for well over 2 months now. Only time there is a little progress is will a call and demand movement. At this point, put me on payroll. Even to get my EIN was a headache. Just plain TERRIBLE. I finally filed a complaint today with the BBB.

The agent Alex Wood was very knowledgeable of all services LegalZoom offers. She was very patient in listening to my questions and answering each an all of them with grace and knowledge. She actually got me more interested in getting all I need to initiate my business.

I started a will 18 months ago but never finished, and I needed to re-engage on my status, payments, choices of services, plans.
I worked with a person named Aimee, and she was wonderful. Very patient, very responsive, used her best tools to guide me on the sequences to find things, get things done.
Great to get lucky and find someone competent and positive.

I used LegalZoom in the past and although it might be a little pricey with all the extra features you can add-on, they provide a good service and help you navigate legal issues if you're trying to incorporate or dealing with other legal issues by yourself. It's definitely much cheaper than hiring a lawyer and they actually have a service where you can consult with lawyers. I don't like how they try to upsell you constantly to some of their services. The idea of paying for the service every month for years I might not use too much just doesn't vibe well with me. But I guess for some, that's the cost of doing business.

The site itself is pretty easy to use and I haven't had any issues with it. I like the design and it is actually pretty easy to navigate and when I had to call in, the customer service rep was pretty good and helped me figure out what I needed to.

Representatives will repeatedly lie to you to get you off the phone. I was told my LLC paperwork was submitted to the state yesterday and it would be at least five days before they hear back from the state. Little did they know, I had the paperwork in my hand (downloaded from the state's website) and the director of the state's Department of Corporations on the phone with a three way call while Legal Zoom is telling me they haven't heard back yet. The director told me (after Legal Zoom hung up) "We responded to that file yesterday."

Do not use this service. The sales pitches are dishonest. It is far better to use a local attorney. In the end the price will be the same and your attorney is beholden to his/her respective bar association. There is no way to hold this firm accountable.

This experience has been nothing short of incredible. One of the easiest things I've ever done for my business. And I love the fact that I can add on things as my business grows. I would recommend to anyone ready to take that leap!

I cannot say enough good about my sales consultant. She was prompt, informative, well educated about the services and products that Legal Zoom offer which made my decision to use them simple. She made me feel confident that I made the right choice in selecting them for my legal assistance to develop my LLC. She made the process simple yet went through the steps and answered many questions.

This was the most difficult process on starting an LLC. They had a bunch of hidden fee's and once they get your credit card you better watch out because they keep charging on it. The customer service is horrible. You pay to have everything done they and then you call and they say you have to call the IRS and other entities that they were suppose to do. This process has been horrible.

It has been since OCT 2022 when I requested a simple DBA name that they quoted 7 to 21 days. Since then, I have mailed them the same form 4 times, they called about 10 times and I still dont have my DBA and cant get my business going. Do it yourself or go somewhere else. They are so bad they gave me a partial refund and that was 2 months ago and still in process

All I wanted was a very simple will. It was simple to set up, and I received it quickly. But I had some questions. I could not reach customer service by phone, nor did they return any of my 3 emails. $250 wasted. I needed to go to an attorney due to this horrible company.

I wish there was a an option for no stars. Better, I wish there was a way to get a refund.
