After four years of not communicating with LegalZoom they were extremely cooperative on getting my account recovered and up to date. When it came to federal law they were prompt to keep me updated on mandates and regulations. Very professional and well mannered business.
The most horrible customer support and the longest wait times I have ever experienced. I purchased an LLC package with all the bells and whistles to include expedited processing. After two months of waiting, broken promises from customer support ("It will be finished today, we are so sorry for the wait..."), many unanswered questions, no contact, hours on the phone and in chat rooms, and a refusal to refund services not rendered, I cannot recommend LegalZoom.
LegalZoom's structural network is designed to discourage customers from completing orders. In addition their customer service is a joke. Their representatives are not knowledgeable on the services they offer, the differences between them, nor will they direct you to a supervisor after you have had to call in 4 times for the same hold. 100% not with the money or your time. I would add images to support this claim but their contain confidential information.

I haven't work with Any company who HANG up on customers during support. Unbelievablably unknowledgable and terrible attitude! All They care is Over charge you. Do It yourself or find lots of the local companies, They are way easier to work with And much cheaper. Terrible!

I confess that I was a bit apprehensive as I approached the "moment of truth" this morning. Why? I had attempted to begin the process two or three months too early. So I wasn't sure how to explain to a new person at Legal Zoom. In any case, 'Lia" quickly reassured me that she could help me through the process. Believe me when I say it didn't take her long to do what was required. We took care of my financial obligation, and no sooner was this approved when my copies of the documents were ready for me to download and scan. Overall it was a great experience.

I didn't receive any response for more than weeks for which i had to shift on some other services. It is absolutely fraud, never refer to anyone for this, bad customer service, money and time wasting site really bad service not going to recommend to anyone, frustrating services and bad quality.

My husband used to company starting his trucking company! It was a complete waste! He set up payment plans and have paid these folks 800 dollars for absoutely nothing! After waiting weeks on a form we needed from the state we finally called and it was just a matter of printing the certificate! We had to pay an extra 25.00 but it was better than waiting on legal zoom. We called and called nobody seemed to know why we couldn't get the form. After taking more money out of our account we finally get the form but we were a full month into our business. I pray this helps some one trying to start their business because it is so many up and downs! Please stay away from this company!

When I set my account up I used my personal email not the business email ( I was getting help with an LLC) which was OVER 6 weeks ago. I called. Got Joe on the phone. I asked him to help me with my order and to see if I could get copies of the invoices that they charged me. He directed me to the website. I then asked him to change my email from my personal to my business. HE supposedly did and now I can't log in with either email address. Not only that. I signed up for the 1800Accountant and now that access has been denied too. I have $2500. 00 in charges on my CC and nothing to show for it. I should have called a local attorney. At least I would have something for my money besides more gray hair. Horrible experience.

They prey on the ignorant. I am new to starting my own LLC. They sold me products I don't need and they are insanely expensive. They signed me up for tax services, which I thought, great, might come in handy. It has been taking my business longer to get off the ground. I have been charged $159/month for the last few months. I don't need these services right now. I called to cancel and they said I couldn't get out of my annual subscription. I asked if I could pay an early cancellation fee. They said no. I have to pay for it for the entire year. I have never known any business that operates like this. I will never use them again.
I wanted to cancel the legal zoom registered agent service. They made it incredibly difficult to find the process to do so. Once I found it, filed to be my own agent in my state, and forwarded legal zoom the email from my state, they quickly cancelled my service and refunded me in full. That last part was awesome. :)

Worst site ever! Don't do it! Long holds no one returns your calls. They constantly hang up on you. I had a hold on my account that I couldn't resolve because no one on their end fixed the problem. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company because these guys aren't even returning calls for that. Wasted a lot of my time and will NEVER go to them again

I just spoke to someone named Brandon from LegalZoom. He was extremely rude and not helpful. He raised his voice to me and when I asked to speak to a manager he said there wasn't one. I was trying to explain that the corporation I set up last year was never opened and is being closed (dissolved) by the state of CA. I was trying to get LegalZoom removed from agent of service. I informed him CA takes about 60 days to do so and wasn't going to pay $159 renewal. Instead of being helpful he was getting defensive.

If you want your business to be a success, do NOT use LegalZoom. They have been stealing from me for years and ignore my requests to end service. My only option now has been to notify my bank of their fraud and if I want to recoup my money I would have to take them to small claims court.

This business is HORRIBLE! I'm so regret to have them as my services. I paid for faster service when they claimed that it should only takes 10 business, I did not receive my package until 40 days after the 1st payment has been paid. Not only that, I closed my account with them a year ago and they still charged to my account as of now. Totally SUCK services

I purchased the bundle because I want to know that when my time comes there is no question about my intentions. LegalZoom support staff was always there to answer any questions and walk me through to complete the documents. I would recommend LegalZoom for any documents.

I was transferred over and over and no one really tried to help me until I spoke with Africa and she was great. The guy that transferred me to her told me he wouldn't transfer me anymore and put me on hold and did anyway. I'm shocked that a company that makes so much money from people and really doesn't do much for them can't have better service.

Do not pay for the Express Gold package believing it is a 7 to 10 day turnaround as stated on the LegalZoom website. It is now over 10 days past the 7 to 10 day window I paid extra for and am being told it will be another 7 to 10 days. Why pay $359 for the $149 service?
