I had a good experience setting up a S-corporation. It was way easier to establish than I originally once Thought possible. I recommend the services from legalzoom because they will make sure that you're only concentrating on the core focus of your business, company, or corporation. I'm glad I had all my questions met and even to get more fun with it when it came time to get 'Real Corporation' stuff happening.

I had the 'Best Time' and equally I feel so much more 'accomplished' now that I know that I can start as many corporations and companies that I wish and that I'm armed with the knowledge knowing that it is 'way easier' than I initially Thought. There was a point in our conversation, when we were discussing potential Names and I found out that ppl do the reverse of what o done which is to have all the basic information one needs to make the process of formation very smooth.

Helpful service and useful info. Your required 100 characters is annoying. This review is the only thing I did not like to have to do.

I used the ultra simple to complete form for my will. I had an attorney review it, and he was impressed with the final product!

We have requested documents about our company which were formed by LZ, very happy to receive a reply so fast with exact documents we needed.

I used Legalzoom for filing a trademark. Basically once they file you cannot receive a refund, even if they screw up the application. Our trademark was denied and we now have an office action. When the trademark was submitted I did talk to someone from Legalzoom, however, I know now that you do not talk to lawyers, instead you are talking to legal aids from Legalzoom that advise you. Now that I have hired a law firm to help with the office action, which is costing us more money, they informed me, and I quote them "I would personally ask LegalZoom for your money back because it is 100% clear to me that the specimen you submitted with your trademark application is not an acceptable trademark specimen."

So, had I talked to a real lawyer instead of Legalzoom, they would have recognized that the specimen submitted would not be acceptable, but Legalzoom is either incompetent at best, or at worst allow customers to fail applications (patent and trademark included) so that they can make more money on you when/if you use them to solve the problems caused by their incompetence upon filing. See how that works? They make no guarantees and you really don't talk to a lawyer when go over your trademark application. To add insult to injury, the well known trademark law firm we are using now costs the same, if not a little less, than using Legalzoom and I am so much happy working with them. They are 100% more professional and knowledgeable than anyone I ever talked to through Legalzoom.

It is completely ridiculous that the legal aid did not know our specimen would not be accepted. Through dealing with the process I can now look the specimen we submitted and know that it would not meet the requirements for the trademark application.

I will make another note that I did use Legalzoom to create our LLC, and while things did not happen quickly, we were successful and I have no complaints on the service. That being said, I will not use Legalzoom again. They are simply document pushers and not really legal advisers in any way! I wish I had read reviews before choosing to use their services!

My experience with Michael was amazing, he helped walk me through the entire process over the phone and answered all my questions thoroughly

On 6/10/16, I purchased a service that was suppose to have taken 10 days. From the start there was poor communication, the sales representative did not fully understand the product being sold, and did not explain things like, the completion time frame possibly being 8 weeks, because it is a PLLC and that my license was needed. It was also not explained that things like emails take 36 hours to appear in their system, and faxing takes less time. I changed my business address and it took days and lots of long calls, because customer service made errors on not putting the correct information in, and in not pressing buttons to send the request over. My order update reads that my state is holding up the process, but in reality, still today, my order hasn't even been submitted to the state. About three days ago, I was offered a $210 reduction, but that doesn't cover all the time spent and aggregation, I have gone through trying to get LZ to process my work correctly and quickly, and not to mention, the money I will be losing because I can't open my business any time soon.

I asked to speak to a supervisor above Kyle and was told by customer service, that it would take about three days to speak with someone, and delay my order. I have never heard of such a thing. This company provides a service that can have a serious impact on their consumer, and it is scary to see how it operates, with people not verifying that information is correct, and customer service not understanding fully what is needed for the service, and what the last rep did on your order. I truly regret putting my PLLC in Legal Zoom's hands, and don't know when I will have this process completed, because even when the state gives a reply, it takes Legal Zoom so long to do even simple things, like except a fax, so I wonder how long for receiving mail and completing the order.

Still do not have my LLC because the messed up the paperwork. Did an investigation and blamed me for the mess up... over these people... DO YOUR LLC YOURSELF

When I realized I had made a mistake or two...or three, I was able to reach someone who helped me make the necessary corrections!
