I very rarely offer feedback for online transactions, because I believe feedback should be earned. My name change paperwork contained duplicate pages, blank pages, and insufficient information on obtaining the required background check. The customer service rep was not helpful. Rather than helping me solve the problem, he just kept stating I could do whatever I wanted with the paperwork (i. E. make corrections myself, fill out blank pages myself, etc.). He did not have a copy of my paperwork to review along with me and did not seem to have any understanding of what it is the company he works for actually does. I ended up having to start from scratch on my own. Enormous waste of money.

Great service. I had them do a living trust for me. Putting your house in the trust is a separate price. Often trust attorneys don't tell you that so you still have to go through the probate process. Legal Zoom did not forget to ask me and they were up front about the additional cost. I will have my successor trustee let you know if this trust is acceptable by the courts.

I have nothing but the utmost respect for this company and the people working for them. I created an LLC, living and last wills and pet protection agreement all through Legal Zoom. It was a painless process, reasonable price, 100% correct, great legal documents were compiled and having the ability to call and speak with an agent about any problems or questions is invaluable. Highly recommended to everybody for any legal concerns.

I think LegalZoom is a great service considering what you pay for an annual membership to have access to legal advice. They've come through for me many times when I needed information quickly. At times I was able to schedule a call with an attorney one the same day. For a small business owner, this is highly important because there's usually little time to wait when someone is breathing down your neck for answers.

Although I am still at the beginning stage of this business, set up, Legal zoom has made it an easy experience. Their customer service personal are very knowledgeable and patient. I strongly recommend this service for those who are looking to start a business and which not to be giving the round around.

I needed a little bit of clarification in filling out my mother's will and estate bundle. Eric provided excellent, quick and concise answers to my questions and emailed some additional paperwork. Great job.

Filed my trademark through LegalZoom. They got it done fast and without much fuss, and that's all there is to say about it, which is a good thing. Just watch out for any additional trial services they may sign you up for, and be proactive in cancelling them before they start charging. Fortunately for me, they have a very generous return policy (though I did have to press them a little to get a full refund).

This company will slap all kinds of "services" to your account without your knowledge or consent; then good luck trying to remove them and getting a refund! They will have you jumping through hoops, and claim it's their "protocol".
I really felt cheated and strong-armed. I will never do business with LegalZoom again, and I will make sure anyone I know won't either.

Horrible customer service and failed to do the job. They messed up my simple, uncontested divorce paperwork and I got the papers returned from the New York court almost a year later. LegalZoom still has not sent me corrected papers though I sent my forms to them and they were supposed to get them to me but it's been three weeks and my case is about to expire with the state of New York so I'd have to start over again. I am upset I paid them hundreds of dollars for nothing and a lot of wasted time waiting for my divorce. Terrible, rude and unhelpful customer service on top of everything else. Would never use again.

I had given up on Legalzoom after they made a mistake with my LLC's filing, and it took 4 lengthy calls and multiple different CS reps over the course of 2 weeks to get a very simple problem fixed. I was really upset.

Then I got transferred to Joseph Kim, and he restored my faith in LegalZoom. He's so competent, knowledgeable, eager to help, and professional. He solved everything in 1 phone call. Because of him I will keep using LegalZoom for my future business needs. Thank you Joseph!

I would like to take a moment to acknowledge Aimee in your customer service chat department. She was extremely helpful with me today which I am extremely grateful for. I had tried calling your customer service department number however it said that employees were working from home due to the virus and was not available at the time I needed assistance. The chat option became available and though I had my doubts about getting all my questions answered Aimee did remarkably well. She was patient and professional. I sensed that about her through chatting. I hope you know how important and valuable she is to Legal Zoom. Thank you.

I would not use LegalZoom again. I dislike organizations that add services that you do not expressly request and you must OPT out/cancel it to stop billing. It preys on the likelihood of a user missing the little notes and circular references to said fees/services and not catching in time or at all. It seems so unethical and walking the edge of legit. I did not expect it from a company such as this. BUT greed knows no bounds. I do not even want Legal Zoom to finish the TradeMark concern I started. I do not trust them now.

Truly a professional, Jordan is amazing. You don't need transferred to 3 departments and put on hold when you work with him. He made my experience with Legalzoom so much better than I have been having in the past. I really am looking forward to working with him in the future. Thank you so much, it's hard to find absolutely amazing employees, but you have one here. Try not to lose him as he is worth a few extra million dollars in business, being a CEO of several businesses, I know and see this! Thank you!

Decided to start up an llc I didn't want to make the wrong moves and it almost made me hesitant on going through with it but I found legalzoom and they have put all my worries at ease very knowledgeable and friendly!

I went through legal zoom to get divorced to find out i only paid 500.00 to get my packet typed out by their AI when I could have gone locally to get papers free of charge at my courthouse fill them out by hand and then just pay 200.00 to file locally. I found it to be very misleading to new divorcees, I've been waiting a year now to get divorced because of the hold up on money issues. Then after paying, the instructions instructed to just take filled out paperwork to courthouse where you can get embarrassed you got ripped off and then you are back at square one in this process.

Bianca answered all my questions promptly and efficiently. Many times when chatting with customer service reps, we are asked to repeat and over-explain and there is a lot of small talk. Bianca was courteous but to the point and helpful. Well done!

I could give them zero stars if I could. The operating agreement they sent was out of date and had stipulations that do not apply to the state I live in. Run away these guys are awful and when you try to get help its joke.

I am so upset right now, at the end of everything on my receipt it stated I would get charged in monthly installments. I had no idea that there were extra annual fees costing me well over $600 and that this would be charged automatically to my card within the first month of purchasing my LLC. I am devastated because it is not something I budgeted for. I am a brand new business trying to do what's right and I feel so taken advantage of. Not to mention I waited for customer care for over an hour and half.

I called today and had the pleasure of working with Wayne in the subscriptions department. He helped me with a lot of questions at once. I had just registered my business and felt like I was treated like an official business person. It was nice to be recognized in that way! People like him make starting a business so much easier.

After initially chatting with another representative who was less than helpful, I was very impressed with Aimee. She first believed that I actually had a problem not seeing my documents available for download and worked around it by emailing the documents directly to me immediately. She was polite, professional and most importantly, helpful.
