Lenovo has a rating of 1.9 stars from 148 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers complaining about Lenovo most frequently mention customer service, new computer, and next day problems. Lenovo ranks 229th among Laptops sites.
I`m not sure about the site, because I`ve been buying the products in my local stores. But Lenovo laptops and some phones have never let me down, good reliable devices. Though lately they are making them much more expensive - thats kind of a drawback.
I purchased a new laptop on the Lenovo site in November of 2023. It would not turn on when fully charged. Lenovo sent me a new computer and told me to return the one I had. I did. The second laptop came with the wrong power cord. I called Lenovo; I had a 12-month warranty. They told me I purchased my laptop from Mexico so they couldn't help me. WHAT? They sent it to me. Finally they figured out that the serial number on this computer did not go with the product I had. They gave me the serial number they found when signing in to the backend of this laptop. So, I called support to get the power cord, and they told me this computer was not under warranty as it was sold to me "as is" No. I purchased a brand new computer for $1900. Filing small claims on Monday.
Easy to set up and very fast as we use simple apps. Using for 1 month now and very satisfied with our choice. Good value.!
I am writing this review to express my severe dissatisfaction with Lenovo.de's service after a highly disconcerting and disappointing experience. I had ordered a screen from them, expecting smooth delivery and excellent customer support. However, what transpired was a classic case of negligence and poor customer service.
Upon placing my order, the UPS tracking information showed that my package was returned to Lenovo due to an incorrect address. This incident left me confused, as I was confident I had provided the correct information during the order placement. To clarify the situation, I immediately reached out to Lenovo via email on the same day.
However, despite waiting for a reasonable amount of time, I received no response whatsoever from Lenovo's end. The absence of any response to my query was frustrating, to say the least, and quite surprising, given Lenovo's reputation in the market.
Driven to desperation due to their silence, I decided to call Lenovo Support directly. The response I received was extremely disappointing. They informed me they couldn't send a replacement as I had contacted them 16 days after the package had been returned. I found this response unacceptable, given that I had already attempted to reach out to them via email immediately after the return notification.
It's bewildering to see such a discrepancy in Lenovo's customer service. The fact that they overlooked my email and subsequently penalized me for a delay that was the result of their own lack of communication is unfair and unprofessional.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the way Lenovo.de has handled this situation. As customers, we expect prompt and efficient service, especially when issues arise. However, my experience was far from satisfactory, and it leaves me with serious doubts about Lenovo.de's commitment to customer satisfaction.
I hope my review will serve as a wake-up call for Lenovo.de to review its customer service policies and ensure no other customer experiences such an unfortunate incident. In the future, I will think twice before considering purchasing from Lenovo.de due to this unfortunate experience.

My first laptop was lenovo and I really liked it. The only problem was that as my model did not produce new drivers.
I use Lenovo monitors in my office, good price for good quality, if you need office computers for work only - that is the best choice
Best laptop in all configuration, good performance, good battery backup! And
Laptop working is super & features are excellent.
Lenovo is very smart and sexiest laptop in the market. I bought last year and its look very good and i prefer it for everyone
Seriously, I have bought my first mobile phone way back in 2013 and up until now it worked perfectly
This company has worst customer care team in ever where no one trying to take responsible it is really bad
Lenovo (or Lenovo customer service) is cheat. I had a nightmare with Lenovo. Around 9 months ago, I purchased a Lenovo idealpad online with split payments from 1)a gift card from Lenovo and 2) a credit card. The next day I saw the online price dropped by $200. I plan to cancel the order and repurchase it. When I start to cancel, the website shows very friend message "we will match you the price difference…." (do not trust this!) I called Lenovo and got same answer "the matching REFUND will go back to my original purchasing credit card". I trusted Lenovo at that time. However I did not see the matched refund within next several weeks on my credit. I called Lenovo and got answer that refund was sent to my gift card (this was issued by Lenovo, by going this this card, I will be forced to buy Lenovo product), but problem is I don't have that gift card information, which means that refund is blind to me. I called Lenovo again and again, and eventually a manager made that refund as rewards points to my online rewards account (they do not want to refund to my credit card). I thought that is my money and will be able to use it later. However, 6 months later, the rewards $200 is totally disappeared. I am very sad and spent a lot of time talking to customer service back and forth many times include their manager but eventually the answer is "they can apply the $200 points to new purchase next time, and they can only apply rewards points for machine, PC and Desktop computer and the rewards will apply 30 days from invoice date…." Do I trust these guys? They want to cheat me to buy more Lenovo and who knows what will happen next. Lenovo is robber.
Lenovo is the worst computor i ever got it wasn't even worth going to go buy it it breaks down steady
Nothing is warrenty, buy other. The small letters go to Signapore the give 0 warrenty, If you have a problem, it is always your fold. Do not Buy.
I bought a product of them and I'm not desappointed. But I'm still wondering if I should by a tablet of this company...
I bought this product in January of 2021 and almost immediately ran in to problems with it. I had the keyboard and trackpad driver software fail on it within two weeks of receiving the product and I had to reformat/ reinstall. I have been having ongoing issues with freezing and programs quitting/ not responding. In addition, some of the hot hey features could not be deactivated which has been disruptive to my workflow as I use the computer often. Computers should be adaptable to user preferences and I don't feel that they have done a good enough job with this. Overall, I ran in to far too many issues for having just bought this computer. I bought it to replace a 10 year-old MacBook and I still find my old computer more efficient and functional than this new lenovo laptop.
My next issue I take is with the company itself and the way it conducts business. I tried to trouble shoot and address issues on my own for a couple of months. I really tried to make it work for me, but in the end I just ran in to too many difficulties. So I contacted Lenovo customer services to attempt to return the computer for a refund. I stated to them everything I have mentioned above and told them flatly that I do not have any confidence in their product. They put up a number of barriers, I had to make several phone calls and waste hours of my time to even get a proper claim made. My case was escalated and I waited a week to hear a response back. Because it landed outside of the 30 day return window, they told me that there was nothing that they could do, they refused to even consider giving a refund and were quite dismissive and rude about it. I feel like I was justified in wanting a refund and was extremely disappointed that they would not consider it.
From beginning to end my experience has been one of frustration, from the issues I had with the computer to Lenovo's lack of integrity. I would advise against purchasing this product and I certainly would not advise giving this company your business because they clearly do not care about their customers. Don't waste your time and hard earned money with these people.
I purchased two laptops in 2021 from lenovo. One was a ThinkPad T14 with top specs (technically ordered in 2020 but not delivered till 2021) and an idea pad 5 with decent specs.
I immediately hated the T14. It didn't do nearly as well with things as the Idea pad 5 despite the incredible specs in the T14 versus the idea pad. Eventually the T14 started overheating so bad, the fan often never coming on, that the fan started making a horrible unbearable noise. People couldn't sleep with it on and I couldn't have video chats or calls. Fortunately I put in a ticket right before the warranty expired but I have no faith it will be honored as the mail is delayed. We'll see. That said, if they don't fix it, it only becomes a matter of time before it becomes a brick. No laptop that costs more than $1000 (this was almost 1500 with a black friday sale) should become an overheated noisy brick within a year.
The ideapad 5 was ok for the specs. It was also hot and didn't cool down well but having a wide base and thinner body I could keep it from burning up. Until after the warranty expired. A piece fell off the screen on the bottom and I couldn't get it back on. The screen over a week began to pull away from the body even though I was very careful. Until today when the screen connections literally fell apart from the body. I have no other laptop. I can't afford to get it repaired and the Lenovo warranty is out. I gave lenovo every dime I have and now I have junk. I have bought many laptops in my life, including used ones from pawn shops. Though I have those I hate and love and I have literally never had one literally fall apart in my hands. Seriously, this thing is actually falling apart. I have to have the screen gently propped up against a box of soymilk or other things just to keep it together. Pretty soon it will be a useless piece of junk.
I will never buy lenovo again and I recommend you do not either unless you like tossing your money away on disposable laptops.

I like lenovo products specially Laptops. But their price is so high. I disappointed about this.
I purchased a Lenovo laptop (Flex 5 15.6" 2-in-1 Touchscreen Laptop – 11th Gen Intel Core i7-1165G7 - GeForce MX450 - 4K) on July 26,2022 from Costco, but did not pay extra for an extended warranty. On Jan. 12,2023 when I opened the laptop to use it, the plastic holding the hinge screws shattered and the hinge pulled out on one side. Upon inspection, the other side was also cracked but had not completely failed yet. The laptop had undergone only light normal use, no dropping or abuse. A Best Buy technician we took it to for an assessment believed it to be a manufacturing defect or poor design and estimated that the screen and hinge would have to be replaced by a Lenovo technician, with parts alone costing at least $400. We contacted Lenovo regarding the warranty since it was within 12 months of purchase and were informed that the basic warranty we have does not cover any physical damage whatsoever, regardless of whether due to manufacturing defect or user damage. "The current warranty entitlement of the machine registered appears to be a standard warranty only, which means it only covers the hardware failures on the machine. When a warranty is identified to be standard, it means it does not actually cover any kind of physical or accidental damage." Basically, the machine I bought is trash less than 12 months after purchase, and instead of repairing it I would be better off putting the money toward a better quality one from another manufacturer. It's incomprehensible to me that Lenovo would not offer any assistance other than a billable repair for a machine that failed due to their design or manufacturing defect. I would never recommend them or purchase anything from them again.
Tip for consumers:
Buy the maximum extended warranty if you decide to purchase anything from Lenovo, but closely check what it covers first.
