Lens.com has the largest selection of lenses and a readily available for shipping…quickly! The customer service is great both on the phone and emails. They even make sure that my order was received. I highly recommend Lens.com
Lens.com shows a cheaper price and then add on hidden fees and excessive shipping costs at checkout. They should be totally transparent with pricing. I would definitely compare all cost prior to making a purchase.
The service and ease of purchase is great, however all my orders do NOT add up to the price they're supposed to. The subtotal was $81.05 with $9.95 shipping, adding up oddly to $91.00-- and the contacts were priced at $34.95 each. It should have been $69.90, and $79.85 with the $9.95 shipping. If they just charged more for each contact outright, I would understand, but this is ridiculous. It would be great to have an explanation and a refund of the difference, but I've read similar experiences from other users on Reddit. It's still a lower charge overall than my eye doctor, and I need specific gas permeable lenses, which is why I continue to use this site. Just a head up on the weird prices, folks.
Found the product easy and simple enough to get my order placed. My only stipulations were the fees at the end. $30 processing fee? It makes this more money than expected. Most customers expect the tax and shipping, but a $30 processing fee on top of that makes the price not as great.

Always ships quickly. I have been a loyal customer for several years. I just wish the company would not have to verify my prescription every quarter if my prescription is still valid. Perhaps they feel it is a security concern,
Reorder after good experience
Think I might have ordered the wrong box, but double checking website says they are the same contact lenses, I will find out at a later time and if not, try to reorder the infuse box versus the ultra if needed, but very thankful that they have arrived.
Was trying to order an extra pair of RGP through a benefit available through my insurance. Went to 2 places they recommended a neither could make the curve prescribed for my left eye. Started an internet search and found lens.com. For under $40 / lens they accepted the order on Thursday and Monday they were in the mailbox.

Even though my order was labeled "delivered" I did not receive it. I checked with neighbors and the mail carrier but could not locate my order. Possibly a substitute carrier delivered it to the correct house number in a different housing development. Customer service at Lens.com were very understanding and willingly resent my order. I appreciate the understanding and the effort to satisfy me!
I didn't have my lens prescription to submit, so Lens took care of it. It added extra processing time to my order but still got here after a week or two, and the lenses were comfortable and had the right prescription.

DHL stated they delievered the package but it was never received. Contacted Lens.com and they helped me right away and sent out a new set of lenses which were received as promised. Thanking God that I don't have to squint anymore :)
I've never done eye color changing contacts before, but we are doing a day of the dead party for work this year and I thought about doing one side of my face with paint and the other side just a normal face. The one eye contact makes my face look amazing!

From the beginning I found this website to be easy site to navigate. It was landed out good to enter what my eye doctor recorded for my prescription.
Was able to get my prescription verified and ordered was placed. It's all worth placing my prescription for my contacts. Received an email to confirm that my contacts prescription been approved and ordered. Received my contacts in a timely manner and have been so satisfied with the contacts and their quality.
I placed my order on-line and realized I had made a mistake on the order. I called the customer service number and was easily connected to a real person who quickly corrected the mistake. Received my contacts sooner than expected and everything was according to order. I will be ordering again.

It was my first time ordering so I didn't know what to expect because I had bad experiences, but when I received my order, it was just perfect. It fit in my eye perfect and I've had the best experience with it. I couldn't believe what a price I got for this contact, I had been paying an astronomical price from my eye doctor. I couldn't believe the price I got and it was so easy to order it and I got it like in two weeks.
I just started wearing contacts and had no clue how to order. Customer service was very helpful canceling the wrong order and placing the correct order for me. My contacts arrived fast and I was asked to verify my order delivery. I will definitely reorder in the future.

The contact lenses were same prescription but nit the brand i ordered. I requested INFUSE and instead i received another brand. When i called to complain, i was told they are the same thing. I asked if they no longer carry iINFUSE and i was told they still carry it. Then why the switch? Why nor let me know in advance?
It was easy. I uploaded my prescription, picked the contacts I wanted and they got to me right away. I tried to do the same thing with Costco, but it wasn't quick, nor was it easy, so I dropped them and went to Lens.com. Much easier for me!
Ordered 2 sets of contacts beginning of last month. Received notice they had shipped less than a week later. After 2 weeks they hadn't arrived, do I got in touch with customer service. I was told they had been shipped but I hadn't received them. They redid the order and I received them about a week later. Thank you for making this happen for me.
