Contacts have great prices. When I placed the order it said 5-7 business days and came in about 3. They verified my prescription right away and got them shipped. Very happy with the turn around

The price per box wasn't that much lower then the eye doctors. When you add fee's the even went alittle higher. I need to order my contacts but I will be watching the fee's real closely. Probably will order from my doctor.

I ordered contacts from lens.com and they are blurry, so I went to my eye doctor and ordered contacts trhough them and they are working great. I am not happy with my contacts from lens.com

Lens.com offers a full money back guarantee. This is false. Lenses must be in original 'factory sealed' condition, which essentially means you cannot try them on. The lenses I received were blurry, and yes, the company resent another lens, but unfortunately blurry as well. Now I've asked for my money back, nothing but the runaround. Very displeased with this place and will not return.
It was nice when I had to renew, they had my info and contacted Dr to make sure they had the right prescription. They also were delivered within a couple of days

I was just about to give up on finding my contacts for a price below $35 a box before finding them here for $10 a box. Even after shipping, my contacts were still $15 cheaper than the next option. I had trouble with my prescription for a second and once I submitted the information they quickly took care of my order.
Received contacts but couldn't see. Got on line with Vin. Decided to return contacts. Received RAM and sent back contacts. I received email letting me know they were received. Went to eye Dr they saw that contacts were sent with a - instead of a +. Called and ordered correct prescription. Received they are correct.
Fast and affordable
I first used lens.com about 9 months ago after getting a high price quote from 1800contacts. 1800contacts does offer free, quick shipping, but lens.com does not. However, considering shipping, the price of the transaction was still lower at lens.com, for the same lenses.
Google search and shop showed Lens.com has the best price and high user ratings.
When I initialy uploaded the wrong prescription the first call did to help so I gave the survey a 1 and was caled again but this time the follow up made my order a success
I was looking for a company that could get me an online prescription. The process was smooth to confirm my existing prescription was still OK.
However, The price quoted on the website for contacts was a bit misleading to me. It allowed me to reduce the number of boxes while keeping the same price per box quoted. However, once I got through the entire process, the discount went away because apparently I didn't have a large enough commitment. That wasn't clear early on so at that point I was so far into it, I went ahead anyway. Maybe that's their strategy? Something to watch if you're going to buy a small number of contacts.
Everything was great, contact prices are way too high but that's everywhere and that's why I'm glad I have the same prescription in both eyes!

Took a bit longer than expected but this was most likely due to my anticipation as I was out of contacts and blind!
Received old lenses that expire within one year. It's 2024 and they were manufactured in 2020. Called customer service at Lens.com, and they said too bad, we don't sell fresh lenses, and we only guarantee one year before they expire. I said that I only wear my lenses once a week, so the 90 pack I received will expire too soon for me. Customer service said, oh well, that's our policy. I do not recommend Lens.com based on that disappointing experience.
