Not being able to preview the cart while you're on the checkout page was confusing. Had to pull up a separate tab to do a final check to ensure I put in the correct prescription data and correct product in.
All of the customer service reps are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I hope they are well compensated for their work.
Ordering went well, easy process. Delivery took about 8 days. Tried out contacts and they are totally wrong - can't even see out of them.
The website, as a first time user, was a little cumbersome. But overall, I will purchase from Lens.com again!

Pricing is high for low 1 box each not everyone can afford to buy multiple boxes for the reduced price
I usually order from Costco but with yearly having to get a contact exam, it gets expensive so I was looking for a deal with my prescription Lens.com was better priced than any of them especially for 24 pk!

I am always satisfied with lens.com. I have been using them for years. I have seen them add different products over the years. I usually pay $160 per eye for my RGP lenses. I pay only $29.95 per eye for my RGP lenses. I have never had any problems. I always request quick delivery so I am not seeing out of one eye for too long.

Delivery times with Lens are always shorter than expected, and whenever I have had any problems they have always been willing to help.
Ordering was easy, prices have gone up 31% since my last order however and the color of the lenses (supposed to be Forest Green) was not consistent with my last order of Paragon HDS lenses in the same color. I took pictures side by side and the new lenses are clearly NOT the same color (much lighter. I am disappointed by that as I really liked the way the Forest Green enhanced my green eyes. These look like the basic green tint from over a decade ago.

My RX expired the same day I placed my order. Lens.com offered an eye exam through my phone! How cool is that? I was able to get my replacement contact lenses same day!
Although lens.com's return policy is not as generous as 1-800-contact's, if you know what you need and are confident you won't be returning anything, lens.com's prices are unbeatable. Quick, easy, and inexpensive way to buy contacts.
Positive overall experience with product and shipping. But prices are tricky and not clear, 1 box is $20 and 2 boxes are $70 for example.
