Very happy w/ the new lenses in my favorite frames. Also included in the box a sturdy eyeglass case & as a bonus a little spray bottle of cleaner & a cleaning cloth.
I found the ordering confusing- after entering all the details, including my prescription, it was asking for 2 more measurements which I didn't know. On line chat was helpful.
WE ordered Anti Fog glasses, paid extra for them and its a wipe that was given to us. It doesn't work and now I've spent over 200 dollars on a pair of glasses that cannot be worn at work with a mask. Its a complete joke. If this was what "anti-fog" was it should have been explained to me.
I had them put in $200 lenses on my sunglasses and sunglasses came back deformed and no longer fit my face. They couldn't fix and refused to replace. Sorry to say but definitely wouldn't recommend them.
Sent my frames from Canada to get lenses installed. Easy to use online ordering system and clear instructions on getting the frames there and back to me. They received my frames relatively fast and before I knew it, I received confirmation that they were sending them back to me! The longest waiting time was actually getting them back into Canada but it may have been out of their control due to covid slowdown, etc. I'm using the glasses and now and can see clearly!

I had corrective eye surgery a year ago. Since then I'd been introduced to the idea of blue light lenses. I discovered Lensabl had the ability to retrofit my old frames, and in a short time my glasses were returned in a very carefully packaged box. I'm excited to try them out.
I sent in my glasses 1/14 and did not get my lenses until 3/3. They broke my lenses at the lab and had to reorder new ones, I have my new lenses and now it feels like prescription is off. I want to return these and get my money back. Will not recommend this business to anyone or ever use it again. Would give zero stars if I could.

Waited almost 2 full months to receive my glasses back, after reaching out multiple times because the website was so inaccurate. Only to find once I recieved them that a decal on the front of the glasses is gone and making my $250 frames look cheap and used when in reality I havent worn them for 2 whole minutes yet. Very dissatisfied, hope customer service makes this right.
The process is to long. I sent in my frames overnight instead of waiting for the box. It still took five (5) weeks to receive my frames back from start to finish. Did not have in time for my vacation trip due to the length it took. The customer service stated it was due to lack of quality in replacing the lenses.
Processing time was long. Got an email that they had to re-do my lenses. Then an e-mail with tracking information that says I received my glasses-I didn't. No telephone number to call. The chat feature that is offered is cumbersome. Kept getting conflicting information. Finally received my glasses and so far they seem ok. But the time to get them and the communication, or lack of, will not make me a repeat customer
It took over a month from the time I sent the frames to your company to get them back! I did not realize I needed to check the box for polarized lenses. Who would make a non polarized sun glass lens? These days? So my options are to keep them as they are or send them back for another month and pay 30% off to make the lenses over which would cost me another hundred an some dollars thanks but no thanks
The lenses came out great! Perfect vision. I was skeptical having ordered glasses online in the past that had some distortion in the vision but these are great. Plus the case was an added bonus!
Ordered the glasses and was a little worried at first. Got email said they sent them back for quality control. Then start getting emails about how did I like them and sales adds before I received them. Sent a reply and customer service was great. Issue was explained with great follow up. The lens are spot on and just as I ordered. The process took a while, as the shipping to the West coast utilised USPS. I am upset that the hard case that I shipped my new frames in was not returned to me with my glasses. So far, I have not received a response to my inquiry and whether or not it will be returned to me.
Sent frames for bifocal lense. Didn't hear back for several weeks and did not receive my order. Emailed and asked where order was. Answered they had broken the frames and had had to reorder. I didn't mind that, would have appreciated the update. Many weeks went by and didn't hear. Emailed them and asked where my glasses were. They replied they were ready to be shipped. I have received them, but the transaction from far sight to near is off. I can't use them to see near.
Prescription is perfect and glasses were made and shipped promptly. USPS delivery took longer than expected, so I was really ready to get my vision back with this new prescription. Great service at reasonable price because I could re-use my nice frames.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
