The lenses have worked out well with multiple pairs of glasses. My only complaint is that it takes too long to get the shipping box and too long to get the lenses back. They should provide more rapid shipping with the cost of the lenses at the same price rather than USPS
The initial lens were done incorrectly (Blue tint with gold when the original lens were brown with gold mirror). I had to send back for correction. However, the new lens didn't match the quality of the original lens. I wish I had sent the glasses back to the original Optometrist.
I needed lens replacement for my sunglasses, and wanted transition drivers. I got the replacements done, everything looks good, but the lenses are not "transitions" - they do not get lighter or darker at all...

The prescription on both lenses were confirmed by optometrist as correct … however, the nearsightedness~farsightedness transition between the R and L lenses are misaligned by 3-4mm. Having prior positive experience I ignored negative reviews and assumed most people like myself tend to comment when motivated by a poor experience. Lesson learned.
I send two Alexa Frames for Lensabl to change the glass to my prescription and they are perfectly done! This time I send another smart glasses for the same purpose, well, this one is poorly replaced. It took longer than the first two for replacement, and the prescription lenses does not fit snuggly into the frame. Two plus weeks now since I got them back. The prescription lenses are falling out of the frame. You see space between the lenses and rim of the frame. I am not impress with the work performed!
I sent in my own frames and they forgot the anti-glare on the first order. I sent them back and they fixed them. Now they are perfect. I love that I can get progressives for a reasonable price.

Ordered prescription glasses with Goodr frames and they cleared were not made correctly. The lenses have a fishbowl feel and give me a headache each time I try to wear them. Wish I had purchased through an in-person business rather than choosing an online company. Lesson learned.
My first time working with Lensabl was great. This second time around - while they were accommodating when they sent glasses with inaccurate PD and SEG, the second time around, when my optometrist said they had the PD incorrect, there is nothing Lensable was able to do for me and they are nonrefundable. Big mistake on my part to work with them. I've since learned I can take Goodr frames to my local shop at my optometrist and they will make lenses for them. So I will be doing that in the future. Or going with Warby Parker.
Ordered a pair for hiking the CT. I can no longer hike without prescription sunglasses. These were lightweight, nonslip and feel great on my face. Unfortunately, I dropped them in the first week and scratched the lenses which made them annoying to wear. Ordering a second pair and added the scratch protection this time.
Super difficult to give you the measurements or log in! Why did you not ask me for the measurements when I placed the order. Then after placing the order I cannot log back in? No way to register? No way to get back to the order to put the measurements in? Wow It seemed easier the first time I ordered. Now it has gotten worse.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
