I love my glasses. I shipped my frames to them, lenses were put in quick and I had them back within 2 weeks of shipping them out. The only issue I had was my original frame case was not returned.

The lenses came out great! Perfect vision. I was skeptical having ordered glasses online in the past that had some distortion in the vision but these are great. Plus the case was an added bonus!
On August 18,2021 I ordered replacement single vision sunglass lenses for my ovvo optics Stratus frame. Approximately five weeks later the sunglasses arrived. After a couple of weeks I noticed to two concentric circles on the left lens (sort of like looking down on an inner tube), between the circles there were production scratches. I returned the frames for a redo, at my cost. It took about six weeks for the frames to be returned. The delay was blamed on "failure to pass quality inspection." When the frames finally were returned they were returned with rose tinted lenses, not brown tinted lenses as I ordered. The frames were again returned on December 1. They were received by the company on December 6. I was told they would be expedited. After two weeks I sent several email inquiring of the status of the redo. No one bothered to answer my email. I then went to their website hoping to find a telephone number but, to my surprise, there was a notation that the order was "missing information." Specifically, the prescription. I was never even notified of this supposed missing information. Why it was missing I do not know as the lenses were made twice. It has been over four months since the initial order and I still do not have my sunglasses. The cost of the lenses was $186. Return postage was $22. The cost for frame replacement is $390.
While I've only had the glasses for a few days, the lenses are great so far, the turnaround time was fast, and the price was reasonable! I think it's a great service.

Great lenses! Good value! Only problem was I shipped the frames in my Bose case and it was not returned. The case the provided can't be used either my Bose tempo frame. Would like my case back.
I sent my Stella McCartney glasses in to be fitted with distance lenses and they came back perfect (only they still have my Stella case so I need to get that back!)
I got my glasses back in less than a week, perfectly done and in a very nice packaging! I sent a first pair as a test and I'm definitely sending more for them to have them done.

Two months ago I sent in my old eyeglasses for new tinted Progressive lenses but received single vision, non-tinted ones instead. (The error turns out to have been largely my own.) I contacted "Alex" by email who sent me a return label. I sent the glasses back and had several email exchanges with him to ensure the order would be properly filled this time; this took some time (up to a week at one point) but Alex was helpful and I believe worked to ensure I would get what I wanted (Progressive, Sunglasses G15 tint Level I, CR39 material). I confirmed in a reply to his latest email two days ago that this is what I wanted. An hour after sending that email, my eyeglasses arrived! Surprised, I opened the package and found once again the order was incorrectly filled (single vision-- properly tinted this time-- but NOT Progressives!) I emailed Alex immediately requesting another shipping label but I have not heard back from him (as I said, there has often been a delay for which Alex has been apologetic.) I sense from Alex that he (and Lensabl) is trying to make this right. I will need to send the glasses back one more time. My only major criticism so far is how long it takes for an email response to my emails. When I finally receive my properly filled order I will be able to write a positive review...

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
