On May 15,2022 ordered jeans from levi store, then I found a pair in store and salesperson cancelled ordered transaction. Said I would get refund immediately. Today is June 14 and I still have not received a refund. I filed complaint with better business bureau. I email and chat and they tell me to be patient. I will never order or buy from them again. Poor customer service. They keep saying 2/4 weeks. Its been amonth and no refund. They want to keep your money and you dont havee their merchandise. Please be cautious whenpurchasing from them. Never again
