I posted a review about a terrible experience with lids on 12-3-23 and fan relations reached out to me and basically made me more mad. Today lids customer service resolved the issue within 20 minutes. I know people make mistakes and that's ok but when a business takes accountability for their mistakes shows they care, and at the end of the day that's all you can hope for. I'm completely satisfied with the outcome and look forward to more purchases from lids.

If I could there will not be ONE star! The site needs to specify very boldly that you're not directly ordering from LIDS and that you're ordering from a company that's partnered with LIDS! Very inconvenient to return and customers aren't able to return to store! Will never ever and I mean never ever order again! Misleading

Ever since Lids merged with Fanatics it's been nothing but a hassle for loyal Canadian customers to get the products they want and deserve. The Lids Canada website says things are in stock or available in store but nothing seems to be correct about that.
Even when searching for an item online... all you get is... Oops. We couldn't find the page you requested and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Being a long loyal customer doesn't seem to matter to this company now. I had a Lids access pass account and in transition I lost all points. I know I'm not the only one having this problem but talking with their customer service has proven ridiculous and provided no solution. They post twitter, instagram, Facebook...
Showing Canadians things they can't purchase because of lack of availability. I realize Lids isn't the same anymore but this is a pathetic excuse for a way to treat its longstanding Canadian customers. I think they need to apologize to customers and put more effort into fixing this website problem soon.

I ordered a men's size patriots jersey and received a women's size. I return it to get it fixed this all has been a hassle calling back n forth and emails already it's been 3 weeks dealing with the same situation so the jersey they had to look for it since it wasn't online nomore. They finally contacted me saying my new order was set to go and positive it was the correct size. Now they sent it with FedEx I was tracking it very happy I was finally gonna receive it and it told me it got delivered I called the ones that were home to confirm with me they said their was nothing their they even went to check with the nieghbors. I'm completely over it i don't know what to do it's a gift and now i don't know what to say. Fanzz completely messed up with expierence for me I will never order from here again. I hope I find my order or they help me resolve it.

The only reason I gave it 1 star was because -100 stars wasnt an option. SO. I got a jazz sweatshirt about 3 weeks ago. So I order it on FANZZ. Well, about 9 days ago I hadnt heard anything from them, so I emailed and asked for my tracking on it. Didnt hear anything back. So I called, like, 10 times. No answer. Emailed AGAIN today, no answer. Called them AGAIN, THREE TIMES, no answer. So I messaged them very unhappy via Facebook. They said they would send my info over to a sales manager who could take care of me. NO ONE TOOK CARE OF ME. Instead they told me the sweatshirt was out of stock, I wouldnt get it, and a refund would happen in 10 days. You take my money 2.5 weeks and want me to wait 10 days for a refund? You guys are a joke. Dont buy.

Josh is the nicest employee ever. Great customer service, he's funny, and he sold us the hats in two seconds. Super cool, and definitely coming back if he's there.

Why are you guys so awful at customer service? I should have read your review before I ordered from you! My item from them broke the day after I received it and because I wrote a name on it they won't accept the return. WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME!

Bought a bengals purse online listed at $21. After i paid the price showed $23 and a handling fee was added. There was no way to immediately cancel, so now i have to waste my time and return it

I ordered a Colts snapback on Dec 14th and I just got it today, Dec 17th. Fast delivery! After reading previous reviews I was worried because it's a Christmas gift and was worried I wouldnt get it but I got it in good condition and quickly!

I ordered 2 hats on line. I revived tracking number and awaited my order. 10 days later I received my package opened it up to find 1 hat, that I did not order. Inside the box there was a receipt for the hat, with someone else's name on it and the packing slip for my order. When I called customer service I was given Apologies. I called again and they stated they would send out the replacement and give me 2 day Air. When I spoke to them to check about shipping tracking number I was told the order would not be fulfilled for 2 business days and it would then take 2 business days to reach me. So in total my order will take approximately 17 days to reach me if it reaches me in their time frame. When I call customer service all I get is apologies. They mess up and the best part I have to go to ups to send out the hat they sent in error to me. So not only do I have to wait for my order I also have to go and send out there package back to them. I will never buy online from them again. Horrible business practices and there employees must be high when they're fulfilling orders

If i could have given you a 0 on the rating i would have! I went to Lids in the Jefferson Mall on Christmas Eve to purchase a couple of hats! I ended up getting 4! 3 of them i had names put on so i had to wait to pick them up, i was told it would take about an hour or so which was fine because i had a few other stores i needed to go to anyways so I didn't mind waiting at all! I ended up coming back in about 3 hours to pick them up! When i get there to get them the line was literally out the door they were super busy! The gentleman handed me my 4 hats i look at the one on top and it looks great so I didn't even question the other 2! When i got out to my car i look at the other 2 both of which were messed up and looked terrible! 2 of the 3 hats that i had names put on were completely unacceptable they had long threads and one had a kink right in the middle of the name so i couldn't even fix that one without messing up the whole name and taking a chance on it coming unraveled! Not only am i a loyal customer but i spent $160.00 there today and i am completely unsatisfied! I will not be returning to this lids in the future! They were supposed to have offered anyone who spends $50.00 or more in store a free gift in store only which i was not offered period and i spent 3 times that amount!

Be sure to check out your purchase before you walk out the door if you have writing put on it regardless if they are busy or not!!

I ordered an item that cost over originally 299.99 from this company, little did I know that the item would never reach it destination. Long story short the mailing services which they offered that I used (UPS and USPS, Standard: 3-7 Business Days, UPS Mail Innovations® Expedited) mailed the item to the other company and know two weeks later the item can't be found. I have called Lids who told me to call UPS once done they say call USPS. A big waste of time. My item has been pending acceptance since 9/16/2022, damn near impossible to speak to a human with the number provided for customer service. All in all just a bad experience trying to buy a jersey and never got it. Look elsewhere, check out their competitors, and if do decide to deal with them DO NOT USE their offered mailing service of UPS Mail Innovations® Expedited. Its mailing claims did not hold true regarding my purchase to the point I decided to get a refund to cancel order and probably won't do business here anymore based on the run around. Disappointed customer J. Robinson.

Tip for consumers:
Go ahead and pay the $ for the normal shipping option, DO NOT USE THEIR standard mailing which states (Standard: 3-7 Business Days) also DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE that uses UPS and USPS in collaboration to deliver your package. While trying to track my item both companies stated the other company had the item to the point that it was not known where it was, this is the information told to me by representatives of UPS and USPS, This ultimately lead me to request a refund. Mailing info not accurate

I ordered hats that cost $75 bucks and they don't fir. Can't return or exchange them. It such a hassle. Now I have 2 hats that just sit in my closet and look pretty! I DONT recommend them at all!

I got a gift for holidays i went to get a refund cause they didnt have anything i liked. Im frim Houston Texas and being in Pennsylvania the houston hats are not very popular ao i asked for acrefund but the policy says it goes back on card that was used to purchase it. IT WAS A GIFT. So now im stuck with this item. I live in lids never returned anything. This changes my mind on buying caps here. I had the recite whats the problem. LIDS CAN TAKE THE MONEY BUT NOT REFUND IT BACK ON GIFT ITEMS

I ordered 3 hats and I did this a week in advance because they ship it when they want too ship your package I put the correct address my hat wasn't shipped to me it was a big circle thing and I didn't even want the money but I wanted the hat so I called she told me she fixed the issue then with out letting me know the cancel my hat so where my money they like oo this that and the third no lids become ode $#*!ty I'm not a fan no more

A company of liars. Tried to buy two items and apply the "sitewide" discount Discount was excluded from items. No way to reach a human. Awful. No one should ever use these cheats.

This fraudulent compony is ruining my life. Prices are too high! ONE TIME I FOUND RATS IN A STORE. When a package got delivered it was open and my hat was destroyed and I couldn't get a refund. Horrible $#*!ing company its horrible jesus will kill u if u buy from here god is good god is great.

$#*! you Lids. Paid $19.99 for next day air shipping. Time quoted on website is 1-2 days. They say the delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. This includes the order processing time and shipping time.

First of all, can't get through to their 1-888 line at all. Says it's available 24/7 but just rings until it hangs up. Tried their chat help - offered many apologies and zero solutions. These guys don't know their head from their $#*!. First they say that it takes 8-9 business days for this shipping method, then when I quote what it says on their website they say that it's because it's shipping to Canada - which it was not. This shipment was to arrive to a hotel in the US before checkout within 1-2 days, which is why I placed the order.

I offered to receive a different product if by chance the one I had ordered was on back order and was holding things up (it was not), They said I could only place a brand new order and they couldn't guarantee that it would arrive on time.

I said if I could not receive the order on time that I would have to cancel it. They said that since the order is in a processing status they cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled.

They have no details on the reason for the delay in shipping and cannot expedite the process. Why do you even bother to have a help line, Lids? You clearly do not give a $#*! about your customers and I can honestly say that this is THE WORST customer service that I have ever experienced.

Had the best customers service in fanzz in the meadows mall in Las Vegas suite 1300 I was looking for NFL things for my family and boyfriend the two nice gentleman in fanzz there names are Quincy and Matthew they help me a lot on what I can get them and they made it fun to come back to the store when I go back to the mall I know to come back to that store thanks you guys for all the help and everything you guys did for me they need get a raise on helpping me out this store the only store in the mall I had the best customer service in ever thank you you guys :)

I purchased a $50 gift card as a father's day present and we went to use it and they said their system no longer accepts their own gift cards. I want my $50 back. We will NEVER SHOP there again.

A nightmare to do business with. Will only refund about 50% of order if you don't accept gift card as refund

Bought a UofA baseball cap- returning. Will only get about half of money back if I don’t accept their gift cards. Their chat is all bots that can’t read what you write. A complete nightmare for customer service and integral business practices.
