If I could give zero stars I would! The CEO is on TikTok trying to teach kids how to hide their locations from their parents! That is not okay at all! Parents should know where their kids are at all times for safety reasons! This app is crap!

I am almost twenty. I'm about to lose my car all due to the "Top Speed" feature on this sin of an app. I never go over about 56mph because I have extreme anxiety while on the roads. TELL ME WHY IT SAYS I WAS GOING 103? And of course my father believes this bs MOBILE APP instead of me. Not to mention it sells your info to insurance? Can totally screw everyone & anyone over.

This is a different point completely, but the amount of parents and spouses who downloaded this app to abuse is... frightening. You guys are crazy and it goes to show that if you could implant a CHIP inside of people, you 100% would. Stop misusing a GPS as a personal tracker because you have trust issues! This app was originally created for safety purposes, not to fulfill your weird obsessive stalkerish habits. Sincerely, get help.

My Husband is a truck driver. This App gives me a peace of mind. We use this app to make sure each other is okay. If my husband is in a location to long, I call just to make sure he is okay. We do not use this app to spy on each other. One thing, I have noticed about this app is when it tells me my husband has arrived home and I don't see him. It's because he drove passed the block we live on. He just started using the app. Before, I can call him to let him know, I am pulling into the garage he already know. Love this app. This App is used for our safety only. FYI: I will put this app on my 15 year old niece phone for safety reasons. To many women missing in Chicago.

Had same issue with 2 phones with separate accounts and emails. Both working fine then suddenly couldn't login. Numbers and emails correct. Customer service non existent, they don't answer emails, been 6 days. Uninstalling

My wife and I have been using life360 for a couple of months. Sadly the app put me miles from my office mid-day and put my wife in a tizzy. She wanted me to tell the truth about my "cheating." I was with 119 others in a company meeting. Uninstalled the app and have no intention of ever using it again. Fair warning.

If you're a parent reading this and thinking this will help your psychotic $#*! track your children, understand that you're putting them in more danger. You have severe issues if you think it will help anything at all. I promise your child will leave their phone at home and be drunk at a frat party with no phone. Understand that your child is about to be sneakier and in so much more trouble than they've ever been. Also, just another challenge accepted to get around you. If you still choose to force your kid into this, sorry for the loss of trust and relationship as a whole you ever had with them.

Even as a paid subscriber, customer service doesnt reply to requests for help with errors within the app (such as showing me logged out even when I clearly am not). The simply do an auto-reply, but wont interact or reply back to you. An exhausting amount of trouble shooting has been done, to no avail. The app is glitchy with locations, even with perfect signal and using WiFi... its also unreliable with speeds and phone use, as we have tested it to see results. My husband and I installed this app since we both spend an extensive amount of time on the road, and its been a huge disappointment. #byefelicia

If you don't want your kids to go out, just lock the doors and stuff. Let them have freedom. Don't always bee over their heads. They need to live their lives without the constant fear of going somewhere they shouldn't. Say they take a wrong turn when driving or walking. You call them and yell at them and take away their phone. Just let them live their $#*!ing lives. This app needs to get taken off the app store. This app will also ruin your relationship with your child. Don't micromanage them. Its an invasion of privacy too. Say you don't want to hang out with your parents, and you try to just walk away. They can just track you and force you to do stuff with them. They will be constantly picked up from parties and friends houses and ruin their social life. Thank you if you have made it this far, i needed to get that off my chest. I hope you agree and also give this dirty app one star.

We have been using Life 360 for several years and although it is far from ideal, it is by far better than other similar services that we used before. My friends and I use it when we go to Airventure in Oshkosh WI every year where there are 20 or 30 thousand people in a 300 acre area and have little or no problem in locating each other to within 50 to 100 feet. My wife misplaced her phone and Life 360 found it in our grandaughter's car which was parked outside our daughter's house where she had mistakenly left it. One of my friends likes to travel and I routinely follow him to places live Scandinavia, Taiwan, and other Asian and European sites where it seems to work just as well as in the US. Yes, we have had some of the problems described by others, but feel that its usefulness far outweighs its shortcomings! - HD, Georgia

Up until a few days ago my husband and I were using this app because a few times he left his phone at a jobsite and then people kept saying that he was being unfaithful to me. So I followed him for a week and wrote down where he was and date and time. He wasn't cheating on me at all. They just hoped I'd leave him so they could have him. So we were fine. Tonight however, it said I was on the other side of town when I was actually a few blocks away at 7-11 getting a drink and heading home when he calls me and accuses me of lying to him. In which he was about to end our marriage because of this app. I had to get on here and show him proof that this app was faulty to change his mind. So unless you fix this crap, I'm never going to use it again.

We use this app to find ballgames my son is playing in. We are a small school, and the schools we play are small and hard to find. Life 360 takes us straight to my son as long as he has his phone on him, and it's up and running. It also tells us how fast he is going in whatever vehicle he is in, and each trip he has made daily. I can always know where he is when he is out running around. I especially appreciated it the night he was broke down out in the country on the back roads. It took us straight to him. Another time my daughter was broke down with three small children and groceries on a very hot day. Life 360 took us straight to them. They too were on a country road.

This app helped catch a criminal, my phone was taken and pocketed by a guy who was pretending to be a cop and arresting me. I managed to get away but the impersonator had pocketed my phone which has a life360 app that was used to located and capture the criminal, my phone was returned to me and he was arrested on many charges, yae life360

While at work the app sent my boyfriend an alert that I'd left work. He tried to call and I couldn't answer so he now thinks I'm cheating. I never even left the building. Can't call customer service so I sent a msg and just have to wait.

Becausr of this stupid app. I am often shown in places I am not places I've never been. My fiance takes what it says as gospel. I am beside myself. This app is ruining my life.
I had the app on my daughter's phone and it said we were in 2 different places and we were in the car together. It showed us going on different directions. How do I explain that to my fiance?

The Premium service ($4.99/mo) states you get Roadside Assistance for 80% less than Onstar, AAA, etc. We have been a subscribing member for over 2 years, and when we needed them yesterday for a tow, they informed us they don't actually provide tow service. They simply provide the phone call arrangement call of a tow company. DO NOT purchase the premium service. If you have a smart phone, you can find a tow company just as easy as they can. Don't waste your money.

I woke up to alerts that my boyfriend got up in the middle of the night and drove to a neighborhood, spent 20 minutes in someone's driveway then another 1hr19 minutes in the woods near their house. I was angry that my bf would do that while I thought he was sleeping next to me. We believe it shows a cell tower location when wifi is not turned on.

The app showed me at one location for 9hrs
Making me look like a liar. I in fact went to dinner then class before heading home. But the app only showed me at an earlier location as never leaving and then heading straight home. Terrible! Just terrible.

It was working, now it rarely updates, shows my kids places they are not, or at home for days even when they are not. Cannot get anyone to respond on helpdesk and I PAY for the premium service... the number they say to call to cancel is false! And the app says that is the only way to cancel. Yikes! Gonna cancel via my credit card and uninstall this!

Old version worked well, but new one. It sucks big time. My daughter left 7:50 AM for school, 4 hours later, it told me my daughter left home 11:33AM. It did not tell me what time my daughter had reached school. When I tried to locate my daughter, update icon kept circling, and my cell started heating up, 3 or 4 minutes, it told me cannot locate my daughter, my cell was so hot, and battery was drained to nothing. I had no choice to power off my cell, and let it cool down. I emailed support, no reply back.

Life 360 single handedly murdered my step sister with its terrible content. With the death of my sister came the death of her fetus - my son. Obviously i am beyond devastes as the sex has really gone downhill since.

Im 15 and this morning i woke up and couldn't find my phone, i called my mom from our house phone and asked if she took it. She did and said wed talk when i got home. When she got home she said i left the house last night. Which i did not. It told her i went up the road. Im now trying to convince her to give me my phone. If i was to sneak out id just delete the app
