Technical team answers promptly, kind and professional, the monitoring features work great!Good and extra ordinary service. I highly recommend this software and with the special supports of a1techwise.com I was able to monitor my suspected cheating husband's phone activities from chats, calls, emails gallery and all my partners phone activities remotely without suspicious thanks
Hide behind the app, never communicate with customers, drag it on to a worse nightmare of your day getting lost documents is a zoo
It can sell your personal information and is an invasion of privacy. Find my iPhone is sufficient for safety matters.
This app is so inaccurate. It showed me traveling in the middle of the night from 2 am til morning in different locations while I was home sleeping!
My son was in two wrecks. One was a head on collision and it never notified me either time.
The location service part of it is pretty accurate.
So have payed for a gold membership on life360 in one of my circles for a while, up until august 25th, 2022. That being said, i had crash detection on. And had the emergency response feature at the time. I have screenshots of my drive from that day. I had driven 27 miles. And then crashed my car off a 20 foot cliff into a creek, after hitting 8-10 inch washboards going 40mph, down a hill. So realistically was probably going even faster when i hit the ground. More than fast enough for a crash to be detected, acording to life360s explanation of their services.
I spun in a circle like a frizbee right off that cliff, and still had my foot on the break when i landed, so came to a complete and abrupt stop. Hard enough that when my chin hit the steering wheel, i split my face open all the way down to the bone, and smashed my head off the windshield hard enough to break it and be knocked out for roughly 3-4 minutes. More than fast enough for the crash to be detected. No one was ever notified. Not even the other people in my circle. Let alone anyone who could really help. I even have screenshots of the drive from the app.
This app is so cool, I am sitting at work and my phone dings when my son arrives at home. I can also make sure he is at school or at a night time football game. All this and it's FREEEEE!
This app is not worth a sack of monkey crap. Locates (manually only) sometimes and is often miles away from where the person actually is.
Tells me my hubby is at one location while he's at work I called his office and he was there talking to someone in the office app is a scam
Very helpful to stay in touch with family members when on trips and know they are ok, when they get home, use it often
What does that mean when it is saying no network and sometimes I can see him driving other time it does pick nothing up
Absolutely the worst customer service over ever delt with. Asked the same question 8 times and all they did was close my ticket
Constantly having problems with this app. The location will sometimes say it's off when it isnt & fails to do its job!
I've had this app for over 6 months and only one day out of the complete time I've had it the app was down it's always accurate no problems
Recently thought we signed up for the free edition, to our surprise a few days later received an overdraft charge on a bank account we never use anymore and keep very little money in it. Somehow Life360 had charged an old card we had in Google, without the 3 numbers on the back being entered for a yearly subscription. Called Google, they were helpful contacted these people since they already have the money and they wouldn't refund it. We have canceled the account, so Google sent us a way to contact them and ask for our money. I sent a nice email explaining everything and get a reply that they had no way seeing Google Wallet so the CSR rep there said in her on words I needed to get "wit" them to get my refund. Call Google again and they are very helpful send me another letter that I can add to and forward to this so called company.
Hopefully they will get back "wit" me... lol I feel I have just had $69.99 stolen from me, that I will never see but will be giving Life360 daily updates!
PLEASE DON'T GET RIPPED OFF AS WE HAVE!
Company does not stand behind their benefits! My son was the victim of a robbery which included our vehicle, his phone and his wallet. With our Gold membership we should be eligible for a $250 protection. I emailed as required. Took them days to respond (after more follow up emails from me) with the claim form. Filled the form out and sent the CAD police report I was able to obtain. Again days go by and they tell me they need the full police report. Immediately responded that the full police report isn't available due to this being an ongoing robbery investigation. Gave them the name and all contact info for the detective on the case so they could verify. Continue to get the same canned response from Life360 customer service that they need the full police report and it has to be received within 15 days of the phone being stolen. Asked for the name and phone number of a supervisor. 3 days later I get a call on my cell phone with NO CALLER ID. It's Life360. Go back and forth with this "supervisor" saying he's sorry but there's nothing he can do that they need the full police report and it needed to be within 15 days. Asked to speak to someone higher up and he said there's no one higher than him and he needs to follow their policy. Explained that my son was a victim of a crime and I will get them the full police report as soon as the investigation is over. Told them this wasn't a simple "someone stole my phone from my locker" situation. Told him I'm sure he has the power to make a note in the file that the police report will be provided as soon as it's available to be released. He absolutely would not do this. IT'S OBVIOUS LIFE360 doesn't want to stand behind their product and plan benefits. It's beyond unfortunate that a victim of a crime is further punished because it is not possible to get the police report. LIFE360 should be ashamed. And I find it very interesting the supervisor called from NO CALLER ID. It is clear this company wants no actual contact with it's customers as you cannot find a phone number anywhere. So frustrating and defeating.
Accurate, reliable and so helpful. Whole family is on it. Highly recommend this app. It's the app I use most on my phone!
Said i went somewhere for 20 min and i was in the same location i'd been in all night. It always is slow.
This application sucks. It doesn't track my children efficiently and correctly. It has never worked, ever.
I love this app. It helps me as a parent to have peace of mind regarding my children. A second set of eyes for a working mom
Stay away or you will be sorry and good luck trying to get out or get your money back.
Rip Off Alert
Late notifications and inaccurate. So much. Drains battery. Not worth paying for, annoying for sure.
This app is toxic. Invasion of privacy. $#*! TOXIC PARENTS. IM HERE FOR THE KIDS. I WAS IN A BAD SITUATION TOO. WELL GET THROUGH THIS ONE TOGETHER. ILY AND ITLL BE OKAY
I mean this app just sucks it's used to control children and teens. I'd rather b dead than have this app
One of the best apps ever. Helps my family and I keep in touch. Especially my sister and I when I need her to pick me up from somewhere
Called for roadside assistance, using their button/number in the app. Was on hold for over 30 minutes and when the call was answered, they said that we had the wrong number. So two of us us clicked the button/number in the app to try to get someone else to help. We finally got through after being on hold again for awhile and the guy was not helpful at all. He sounded like he was just waking up or not used to taking roadside assistance calls. He kept asking the same questions over and over again. Name, cell number, make/model/color of the vehicle, which tire was flat, were we in an open/safe area, did we want to be towed, was someone in the vehicle, did someone in the vehicle have a key to the vehicle, oh and my favorite-he asked us to give him the name/number of a local tow yard that we wanted him to contact. What the heck? L would slow down and speak and he would pause and ask the same questions all over again, saying that he needed the answers to complete his work order. I asked him for his name and/or employee number because he was not helping us at all. He ignored the question and asked one of the questions that he'd already asked - again. It was very frustrating, to say the least. Long story short, we stayed on the phone with this guy for over 17 minutes and never got any help at all. He even kept asking us where we were. We the highway sign to him and asked why he couldn't see the location on the app and he was short, impatient and kept saying that he would have to get a response via text to get the location. We were in a good service area and we never got the text from him and we finally just hung up. He called back and still the same, we ended up not getting any help at all with this guy. He made the roadside assistance from Life360 seem like a joke. I cancelled my subscription and I will not be renewing it. As a matter of fact, I would like a refund!
THis app has disappointed me again and again. Those pesky teenagers keep finding hacks for it. Thanks for your time
