Technical team answers promptly, kind and professional, the monitoring features work great!Good and extra ordinary service. I highly recommend this software and with the special supports of a1techwise.com I was able to monitor my suspected cheating husband's phone activities from chats, calls, emails gallery and all my partners phone activities remotely without suspicious thanks
Hide behind the app, never communicate with customers, drag it on to a worse nightmare of your day getting lost documents is a zoo
This app is great, my only problem is that it keeps sending me notifications of other members arriving and leaving a location when they are with me in the same room. This never happened when we first installed it but then it started to have glitches
This app does not allow for teens to experience the freedom that they need to learn. While sharing locations could be a matter of safety, Life360 shares needless details about the activity of teens, and therefore, impedes on their privacy and liberty.
I drive a lot for work and this app helped me feel more safe because I knew my boyfriend could track my whereabouts if needed. We had gotten the new driver report upgrade and after I had gotten home that day my boyfriend asked what I had been doing on my phone while driving... I told him nothing. I ignored some messages and adjusted my maps app. That's it. I even showed him my recent calls and texts. A few day later we decided to try it out while running an errand and I had done the same type of things I had done that day on my phone - Those actions didn't get recognized by the app. Talk about causing major trust issues here. It also doesn't show location properly and will say I stayed at a location longer than I did. This app just keeps getting worse.
Daniel F and Gary K said most of the problems I'm having. Me and my husband have it for safety reasons but also because I can get really paranoid. I noticed it would jump to a random location and notify me that he left and would take minutes to go back to where he actually is. Fix the app then maybe I'll come back.
This app was ok when I first installed but it has since went downhill and quickly! It has created many issued for my fiance and I when it says I am not at work all day while I am sitting at my desk doing my job. It has put his location between work and home many times a day making me wonder what was going on and creating issues. Also, we purchased the premium which is supposed to have so many "great" advantages such as Driver & Passenger Protection... What a joke, it never activates when leaving the house! Waste of money and altogether terrible app!
Being completely honest this app is more dangerous than you think. You think it will help know where your kid is nope kids leave there phones at home when they go out so you can't even get in touch with them and then you'll have no clue where they are it makes kids sneaky screw this app shut it down now
My teen showed that she was on the phone 7 times in one 15 minute ride... when she comes in I am ready to take those keys! But when I confront her about it she pulls her phone out & shows that she has it set for 'Do not disturb while driving', the phone detects motion & will not allow text or voice calls thru! I even checked the call log & could see the missed calls! Thats is not a useful app in my book!
We signed up when they allowed up to 5 locations without charge went in to replace them because of changes in our life. Of course this meant deleting one of our five to add a new location. Once it was deleted, another one could not be added in its place. No warning of this was provided at all. After thinking maybe we did something wrong, now we only have two locations. They knew this would happen and provided no information that it would. While I was thinking of getting a paid plan that thought is gone. This is a dirty way to do people imo. Beware. There is no transparency in their processes.
Doesn't work all the time. I keep turning my spouses phone to "always" so tracking should work. It does not. Keeps reverting to another setting. UNRELIABLE. Cant get any response from the company on how to solve issue. Onto another app.
Life360 is amazing. It saved me when I had a depressed teen who would leave school and I needed to know where she was. It allows you to see where your family is, how fast they are driving, and what time they got to their destination. The low rating is 100% because of teens trying to get it removed from the app store.
Tried this on our iPhone 6's. This app is hit and miss... it often doesn't respond (states in banner to check connection, when connection is fine). It also says my daughters phone is somewhere its not. I know this because myself or my wife are with her and it locates her miles away somewhere she has never been. When it does work, it's not up to date, but may often be hours behind. Definitely needs more work
I had a parent thinking I drove 87 with her kid in car and I had cruise set at 70 for the whole 5 miles driven. This app has caused problems between us because they believe I went that fast at one time. Never got over 70. Y'all need to fix this damn app it's a trouble maker app! I don't have app never had but got pics saying I was speeding! Fix your damn app or delete it
I purchased the upgrade and cancelled it within the 7 days required of them. Now, a year later, Google charged my credit card for a "subscription renewal" which I NEVER authorized. It's a mess and Life360 is not refunding the amount. They are not an honest company; don't be duped by their "Family" facade.
My foster mom tracks my phone, today it says I was off some road for about ten minutes while I was at school but didn't have any more information other than "off blank road" This app it annoying and makes more problems for me. Trust issues have been cause by it. Get it together!
This app saved my daughter and her friends when they were in a terrible wreck. As soon as they crashed I received a text that she had been in a collision. It gave her exact location so I was able to make it there quickly. Any parent would benefit from downloading this app. I give it 5 stars and I have encouraged so many families to create circles for their loved ones
Nightmare this app is gonna cause me a divorce it says I leave in middle of night when I don't. It says I visited an address over 100 times never been to that address my wife thinks that's my girlfriend's house. My wife got app I agreed because she thought I was having an affair so since I have nothing to hide I agreed and it's caused major problems almost like something out of twilight zone. I tried contacting customer service no phone number it's like pandora you can never talk to anyone because of this app my wife is convinced I'm having an affair. It also says phone usage when I never touched my phone she thinks I'm erasing messages. Don't get life 360 it's caused alot of problems for me it don't have any customer service.
Like others below, according to the app, it put me far away from my actual location. It caused an unneeded argument at home and like others we are guilty of lying about a location until we can prove otherwise, essentially proving that the app is flawed. I have messaged the company several times with no response. Of course, there is no phone number. If the ceo is reading this, please respond to my texts. Hopefully these messages go viral and puts your company out of business. If someone at google is reading this, the concept is a good one, please do this yourself and put life360 out of business
Had to contact my son to see why he left for an hour to go to some house close by And then return back to school to find out that he never left it all has to be signed out... This can cause a major issue in a family if it's not taken care of please please please help me whoever invented this, get these bugs out
Life360 USED to be a great app. Lately, family members can no longer connect and the locations are all over the place. Accuracy is usually no better than within a kilometre. Or map shows I'm at work, but app says I'm near an address blocks away! You'd think I was spending my nights at someone's house instead of at work! My daughter is in school, but the app suddenly shows her kilometres away and moving, then suddenly back at school. If you want family members to wonder if you're cheating on them or skipping school, then this is the app for you!
This app has been wonderful for our family. There are obviously some kids that don't like it (as is evident by the pretty humorous tantrums being thrown in the comments here). If your kids are well behaved and for the most part trustworthy, then they will probably like this app too. If they like to sneak around and don't want their parents to know their whereabouts, then they probably won't like the app. This is a huge compliment to Life360! To those that complain about battery life, the app needs GPS to determine your location, and GPS radios typically require a significant amount of power, especially if you use drive detection mode. Your complaint about this would more accurately be directed toward the phone manufacturer. This app can't do its job without GPS location updates.
Keeps saying my bf and I are places we are NOT! Says I'm leaving work at different times of the day, and putting me in a neighborhood right across from my job... WHICH is where my boss lives, so yeah... NOT GOOD! This app and a jealous bf dont mix... even if your not a jealous person, it lays the seed of doubt! Beware!
Either you turn on notifications or you get a launch screen every time you open app life360 making it sound like I will miss really important info if I don't allow notifications. Turn on notifications and they are constantly reporting low battery status for each member of circle. I don't need to know this. Will never pay for the app. Just want to occasionally know the whereabouts of circle members and for that it reason the app is merely sufficient... but mostly it's annoying.
I have this tracking app on my granddaughters phones. The app cost $0. My oldest granddaughter is visiting a friend in California. I get a text from the app...
Life360 detected sudden motion on Lucy's phone. This could be the result of a collision, hard braking, or a dropped phone. We suggest that you call Lucy to check on them.
So we tracked her phone and sent her pictures of exactly where it was. Incidentally, it was on the side of Pacific Coast Hwy. She left it on top of the car. Still works like a charm. Scared the crap out of her grandfather and I. Also got a follow-up text from Life360 that they had reached Lucy. Great app. End of story.
Used to be a great app, even though there were some problems with location accuracy. A few weeks ago, they introduced a new UI and a new version which compromised on performance and accuracy. Today they have tried to restore to the old version, but not quite. They have half restored it. When you click on a person to see where they are, the focus does no longer go to that person. It seems like sloppy testing team :(
I have been home with my husband all day. We checked to see if my son made it to work and it has me in 3 different areas over 50 miles away. Showed I took a, 72 mile trip in 2 minutes. Now have to apologize for trusting app over my son the other night when it showed him somewhere else.
#1 family app created for your peace of mind. Life360 keeps millions of families and friends connected with private location sharing, messaging and driving details like phone usage, speeding, and more.
