When we first downloaded in May 2019 it was very accurate & showed even the slightest turn or curve someone took. Last couple months it shows us quarter mile from where we are, shows my husband never leaves his office when he goes to lunch 3 blocks away, shows trips "as the crow flies" (rather than the route taken), and doesn't update location for minutes to hours. Not sure what's going on but I pay a subscription price, would expect it to be accurate.

She never left! I was so embarrassed - why would I trust an application to give me accurate information?! We only had three members within the family circle, and it was always my daughter, the alerts would pop up on my screen, showing me she left the school! No no no, not what one expects from a location application. I've had the life360 app for a few months &overall, it's given me &my circle more peace of mind. I don't feel like my privacy is being invaded like I thought I would &I've never had any issues with the app not functioning properly. The real test was last night, I had to call for roadside assistance after AAA told me (after 3hrs waiting for them to show up) they were sorry but they wouldn't be able to make it out to me at all. I was in disbelief and livid as it was now pretty late &I'm in an unfamiliar area. Anyway the light bulb clicked on &I remembered I have roadside assistance through the 360 app! Long story short, one phone call to the service technician &he then sent me one text that included a live link to my request of service showing me the drivers ETA &all other necessary information to keep me informed! I am so happy &I'm grateful for this app! Well worth the annual price &will continue to recommend to everyone I know!

I bought this app to track my son traveling to and from new school. My screen routinely says he is at home, when he is at school. It says he is offline or turned off his phone - again, not the case. I have contacted customer care endlessly and asked for either help or a refund within the first week. I have got NEITHER. It has been a time sink and a source of stress because I bought the app in the first place to communicate with my son and it DOES NOT WORK. Find another app that actually works AND has customer service people to help when it doesn't. This one is a nightmare.

Life360 USED to be a great app. Lately, family members can no longer connect and the locations are all over the place. Accuracy is usually no better than within a kilometre. Or map shows I'm at work, but app says I'm near an address blocks away! You'd think I was spending my nights at someone's house instead of at work! My daughter is in school, but the app suddenly shows her kilometres away and moving, then suddenly back at school. If you want family members to wonder if you're cheating on them or skipping school, then this is the app for you!

Me and my boyfriend have a circle of us just two and while i was in class the app told me that he had let the school and shown up at this street by a bad area. I started texting him asking where he was and he told me he was in class. He even took a picture of him doing his work! Life360 will tear relastionships apart with trustworthy complications. I do not recommend the app if you are downloading it to track your family or boyfriend.

This is a complete scam. You run a search and they tell you that it returned positive results. In order to see the results, you have to pay. The report then shows that nothing was found.
They claim to have a 100% money back guarantee, but this is nonsense. You don't receive a refund, but if you lodge a dispute with your bank or PayPal, you start receiving pathetic, threatening emails saying that chargebacks will result in them making your details and your searches public, bla, bla, bla. Their grammar is appalling too - a completely Don't use them, SCAM!
