5/28/2019, this App has been a Failure at best. It shows people to be located where they are Not. It may start and may not start. It shows people driving through fields instead of on roads and streets. It was good for a few months but it is Horrible now and we are looking for a better App.

Not only has the app not been accurate, I end up tracking down family members myself, only to discover I now have issues with the billing I will need to address. I have now been charged for two premium memberships two months in a row at $49.95. I would not recommend this app to anyone who is looking for reliability without frustration.

This app used to be so good. I love tracking my kids especially because I work so much, it helps me have piece of mind. However, lately this app had been completely off. It shows my son leaving at random late night/early hours. I got sooo upset at him, thinking he has been sneaking out. Until, I realized something. The route the app shows has him cutting through a cement wall in our neighbor community through people's yards, front and back. Even if that was at all possible, the app states it took only 10 minutes to do all that AND arrive back at home. At that point I had to look the reviews. And big shocker, other people are having the same issue. I had to apologize to my poor son. This app literally almost ruined my faith and trust in my son. I'm not sure what happened to the app that I love, but it really needs to be fixed. Tjis something a lot of people rely on and its failing some of us.

I have this to keep track of my 17 yr old daughter. Tonight she left around 8 pm to spend the night at her friends. Around 2 am I got a 360 notification saying she left home. I looked up her location on 360 and it showed her a few towns over, in the opposite direction from where her friend lives. I sent her a check in request through 360 and she checked in through 360, it showed her at her friends. Got that? The 360 map was showing her in one location on the map (about 10 miles from where she actually was) the 360 check in was accurate. I think it was showing her movement earlier in the day, just 6 hours behind. Saying she was some here at 230 am when she had been there 6 hrs previous at 830 pm.

Used to be good now it's not it used to show directions to the person and automatically open Maps. And take you there. They have now got rid of this feature which is a backward step. All you can do now is click on it and it just shows you the route. Lots of my family and friends are not updating the app as they will lose this on the update. It was very handy if you need to get to somebody it will take you to them. Just don't understand why it was removed in the first place.

I have come across a lot of tracking apps but I can say this is the best of all I have used. And am really grateful to Prohakks he works anonymously and helped out with all what I wanted to get from my partner's phone remotely without any traceable sign. He's really perfect and reliable. The app works fine if you can get it loaded on your phone, however if you can't get it loaded on the phone Life360 will not refund your subscription even though you JUST renewed in the last month. They say it's their policy and contained in their terms and conditions, which is bull crap. If the app doesn't work, why should you be charged for the subscription. Terrible customer service.

It is not always accurate. I almost kicked my husband out because it showed he was at someone's house when he was at a meeting, it blanked out twice before it showed him there and only for a couple minutes. Thank godness I read all these reviews because up until then it has been fairly accurate when checking on our son.

Hi, I'm in my late 20s & my mother wanted to get this app and make sure at the end of the day her kids are safe and sound. She even bought the "gold membership".
It was great until it started saying I was at certain locations that I was not! The funny thing is. I got my boyfriend involved... "hey babe it's awesome" I regret every bit of me saying this. How do you tell your man that this app is lying? When he sees clear as day that you were at a very specific house in a neighborhood... house #, address, & everything! Do we go knock on the door? Then what? I am furious... my family obviously believes me but trying to explain this to your partner is ridiculous. I hate this app w/ all of my heart. I was at Publix but apparently I was in a nearby neighborhood at a very specific address & it says I was there for 19 minutes. Now I'm left deleting this app but still unanswered questions. FML

Im sorry to say this but this app only teaches your kids how to hide and lie better. When they have someone or something constantly tracking them and limiting them then it make them find ways around it and as time goes on they will only get better at hiding things. If you really want to [track them] when they leave the house, then get a different app because i know thats not the only reason why you want to get this app. You want to get this app to control your kids and what they see... well you know what, their going to see it at some point in their life and your only making them want to see whatever it is more and more as time goes on. If your going to get this app, you mind as well just get an app that controls you kid 24/7 and turns them into a robot

I have had problems with this app because of the location permission issue. I did not turn off my location and it still told the other members in my circle that I did. This caused many problems between my family and I. Will be deleting this app because it is not accurate and creates issues.

This company is terrible and has a terrible business model. This product doesn't work as advertised. I was 4 days late to canceling the free trial and was charged for an ENTIRE year. I could deal with a month. Not being flexible with this and just taking people's money is awful business practice. And just deferring to the 'contract' is terrible customer service. Why don't you try to help people out instead of just deferring to your contract? I'll make sure to steer everyone I know away from this product. It doesn't even work! The timestamps are always off and if your kid turns on 'airplane mode' it doesn't even track them.

My family uses this app. We are a family of 5. The 3 kids are all adults with our own families living in our own homes. We use this app to keep track of each other in this crazy world. Helps us track our older parents when they travel to doctors app ect. As well as each other when we might go to social events and such or maybe we are looking to visit. It's been a lifesaver and it's fun for us as a family.

Seemed to work well initially but stopped working on my son's phone which was the whole reason for using it so we could track his location. Kept reporting he was still at school at 10.30pm even though he was next to me at home. Even though he received my requests to check-in and I could receive those check-ins I still had to remove him from the circle, re-invite him and reboot his phone to get it showing the correct location. If something happened and he was missing I wouldn't be able to remotely reset his phone, would I? Unreliable piece of garbage app. Delete at once!

Multiple times, the app told me my son was at home when he was at school. He even sent me a nice picture of a clean toilet in the boys' bathroom to verify that he was indeed there. I cannot trust the accuracy of this app.

I hate this app, being a 16 year old, my parents are always on it tracking every $#*!ing movement i make, damn i cant even smoke weed in peace because my mom is always on there asking all these questions. Is there someway to get this app of the app stores?

Invasion of privacy! A lot of my friends have this app and it's a pain. Parents either need to trust their kids or do a better job raising them. This shows the parents don't trust the kids and that makes the kids not want to listen even more.

Thank you for ruining my relationship! Your app shows me bouncing around my office, when the phone is sitting on my desk all day. It also tracks phone usage while driving, but sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. Then if it does show usage it doesn't show it all. My boyfriend is leaving me today, because of this damn app.

Three accidents, all meeting their "limited criteria" for detection and it DID NOT WORK! I have asked them repeatedly to fix it and they blow me off. No way to contact a real customer service department... just a burred link in the FAQs to "contact us". When they do respond they just give out reasons and limitations. I paid for an app that states it has crash detection. I expected crash detection! I think it's time to report them for false advertising.

The company took of life360 on windows phone that is not cool. They should keep it now I don't know where my kids are because they always walk home from school. It's not right, plus I only have this as my tracker no other company tracker is on windows phone. Know I wouldn't feel comfortable for my kids to walk home. What is wrong with family life360? Is this seriously a joke?

My parents used life 360 to track my location and ensure I was where I said I was. On multiple occasions, the app would show on their end that I was on different ends of town and it even said I was in a different state. This caused unnecessary panic for my parents as well as myself as I had to endure harsh criticism and receive punishment from my parents for "lying" to them.

I installed this app to keep track of my family. My husband and I thought it was ok at first but it just told my husband was 12 miles away from his place of work. When he sent me a picture and even a video of him at work. We have fought so many times over this app telling me he is at locations that he is not really at. I even went as far to tell my husband that I wanted a divorce over this pathetic app! My husband wants me to find if there is a number to call these people. To the people that made this app you all are destroying families and almost destroyed our marriage of 6 years. I am Thanking God I got on here and looked at these reviews! If we can figure out a way we will be trying anyway possiable to make this known to friends and family that this app is nothing but trash and a waste of time! I don't see how you people sleep at night! You all need a lawsuit! I wish I could give this app a 0 you all are sorry as he** for this!

So many negative reviews here, never had a problem with it and can only assume that those that have problems have gps issues with the phone rather than the app - the gps info can be wrong if the phone doesn't get good signals.

So don't blame the app!
