Technical team answers promptly, kind and professional, the monitoring features work great!Good and extra ordinary service. I highly recommend this software and with the special supports of a1techwise.com I was able to monitor my suspected cheating husband's phone activities from chats, calls, emails gallery and all my partners phone activities remotely without suspicious thanks
Hide behind the app, never communicate with customers, drag it on to a worse nightmare of your day getting lost documents is a zoo
Used to be a great app - I have two daughters. One away at school and another in high school. It always was accurate and I was always able to get notifications. (I have an iPhone and they do as well). NOW... omg unreliable on EVERYTHING!
Worst App in the world. I can't imagine the pain that it has caused our family. The app says I left the house at 3:55 in the morning and says it took me 48 minutes to get to some random guys house and 6 minutes to come back. Then it says I left to go to our local welding shop and it says I got there in 10 minutes and says it took me 1 minute to come back. The thing is I was at home all $#*!ing night and I can believe that this, of course, would happen to me. I don't recommend it and never will. It is the worst app in the world and unless you want to be confronted with false accusations then I don't recommend it. Nobody believes me and I will be contacting Life 360 to complain. If I could rate it any lower stars I would.
For the most part, it's ok. But once in a while it will show a totally wrong location. But if you pull up the bread crumb trail, I will not include the previous wrong location. But this can mess up a relationship.
This app is great for keeping track of your children. It is accurate most of the time. Once it said my child was near my home, when he was actually inside the house, but that was the only time it was inaccurate.
It also helped me find out that my husband was cheating on me. I highly recommend it.
This app used to be pretty good. Since it's last update, you now have to leave the app open in order for it to work. If something happens to someone, how can this be of any use if the app happens to be off. This is totally worthless now.
I figured it out after three days of installing the software that Life360 is not for me. It looks pretty but dosen't really word. It just says that my internet connection is not okay but it always is. It's irritating. Plus, it almost always shows my child's location which isn't accurate. I just gave it up for FamilyTime. Location tracking is always spot-on and it let me block apps on my child's phone. It's a bonus. But Life360 has been a great dissapointment. Thank lord I didn't switch to Premium straight away.
The app was wonderful until I upgraded! Today the app shows my son skipping school and going 45 minutes away! I have had no problems with him and found it hard to believe... but the gps says it! I worried, called School, a cussed him ( well I just asked... but) He swore he was at school! It just causes lots of issues! How can we trust it if this happens? Canceling my premium! Its a great idea, but it has to work! Btw... he was at school!
I have used this app for years! Its not ALWAYS accurate, but if you're only using it for safety reasons its a good app. A lot of times I have to hit the refresh button and then when it says whoever "has been located" I know its correct. I don't use it to keep track of a cheating husband or anything. Just to make sure my mother, kids, and husband are safe. Sometimes I work late as well as my husband and it lets my teenage kids know they can see where we are when they feel like knowing. It creates a balance in our house for us. We have certain destinations set to notify us when we have reached our destinations. School, work, home, when we come within 250 feet of that destination it dings. It gives that little piece of mind for that loved one when they need it.
I bought this app to track my son traveling to and from new school. My screen routinely says he is at home, when he is at school. It says he is offline or turned off his phone - again, not the case. I have contacted customer care endlessly and asked for either help or a refund within the first week. I have got NEITHER. It has been a time sink and a source of stress because I bought the app in the first place to communicate with my son and it DOES NOT WORK. Find another app that actually works AND has customer service people to help when it doesn't. This one is a nightmare.
I would get notifications, most incorrect. Just random notifications saying that my teenage son left places he didn't leave and would say he went random places. I have a teenage son that I trust and this app has made me question him several times and that is not ok. I am deleting the app.
Went to the pub and 2 scum stole my phone out of my hand bag i got home and found it missing but saw on my husband phone it was still at pub went back and confronted the 2 scum at pub and phoned the police they dumped phone and ran i got my phone back best apt ever
You can tell which reviews are written by the kids trying to get the app banned. The review starts out saying it ruins the relationship with parents then says they ARE the parent. One says it sells your information to the government. As if the government needs to buy that information OR would use an app to get it... LMAO. Multiple reviews contradicting itself one sentence after the previous. My kids learned how to used the app to their favor. They said they never felt spied on because we didn't use it like that. My husband and I only used it when the kids texted us to say they needed a ride and didn't know the address. We decided as a family to participate and no one was forced. Ridiculous to say that an app ruins relationships.
Me and my girlfriend have the app, she tells me she's at home but the app shows her down the road in another house, I have been out several times to see if she is home and she has been. And when you spread the screen, that also changes as well, so what's the accuracy when you spread the screen,
Just does not work 90% of the time for all sorts of reasons. No hard feelings it simply does not work. We paid, we did the thing for free... It simply does not work 90% of the time and i think that is fairly accurate.
DGM- This app is hit and miss. It is not accurate 90 percent of the time. The time frame they say you where at a location is not correct. The streets are not correct 75 percent of the time. I would not use this app to check on anyone with any accuracy. In the end it will end up messing your relationships up with inaccurate data. I dont know if the pay app is any better. I guess the old adage is correct. You get what you pay for. Or in this case what you dont pay for.
So obviously I do a lot of traveling to other countries. Just this morning I have been to Egypt and Africa but yet have not left my house in texas. Like I have said before life360 is becoming more and more like Facebook meaning it causes issues in relationships and marriages because it is so undependable.
I am from hyderabad and i am in gurugram medanta hospital.my wife says life360 showing i was in lucknow new berry road. I have never been in lucknow in my entire life and this app could be big reason to make divorce between two people.
I just removed this app total nonsense. I thought it could help me to watch my family either they are safe or not but. :(
This is so dumb children need privacy. If u don't trust your children talk tk them don't force them to do this it will make them not trust you and want to tell you things because you are invading their privacy. Talk to them!
I drove to work this morning just before 5:00am, and on my way I set my cruise control at 40mph in a 35. The app sent a notification to my accountability partner that I was going 10 over. Now we're in a huge argument about speeding, whether or not being right is what matters, and whether or not the app is accurate with speed. Has anyone else noticed a problem with their speed tracking?
This app is causing problems in my relationship because it keeps showing that I'm some where, when I'm actually at work, the place that it is showing is maybe an hour away from my job, I just want to know, why does it show a location that you are not at or near
My mom made me get the app to make sure i wasn't speeding and to know where i was but multiple times she has called me while i was at school and asked why i was in a completely different city and whi i drove 98 to get there which was not true at all. It's an absolutely terrible app
This app is a joke... very inaccurate and customer service sucks. Had it earlier than dropped it for a couple years... thought i would give it another shot... worst than before! If i could give it less than 1 star i would
I just was told to return to my vehicle because I was told a provider was there. I returned to a domestic violence situation and ended up hurt in the hospital. While getting stitches Life360 cancelled my order for a tow.
I had already purchased this app for 2 smart phones and one of the phones started having issues transmitting its location, so I simply uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. This quickly corrected the issue, but I was notified that I was now on a 7-day trial period and that 24.99 would be billed at the end of 7 day's. I replied to the email exactly what I had done and requested that the billing be halted as the app had already been purchased. With no response to my email notification to them, they billed for the 24.99 through my PayPal account. I am furious! By the way there is no phone number posted to get things like this straightened out.
Everytime I go in and out of service it bings me at locations that are 20 minutes away. And of course that caused big problem with my bf.
Thanks guys smh. I walked to my van which was about 15 yards away and it said I made a 5 mile trip in 2 minutes which would have made me going 80 to 90 down a road that is curvy and marked for 40mph.
