I liked this app and it worked great for awhile but all of a sudden it started putting me in Austin Texas over and over when I live in Eastern PA. WTH? I tried deleting the app, deleting my account and signing in with a new password and email. Nothing stopped it from continuing to bounce between Texas and PA. The jumps seemed to only happen when I was inside. When I went out and it started depending on GPS and cellular data, it stopped. WIFI seemed to be the issue then I guess.

I am very upset with the apps accuracy. Keeps placing me at locations I have never been while I am at work and sitting all day. Causing problems with my husband, thinking I am running around all day or leaving work late or early. I am pist!

Been using Life 360 for 2-3 years and was really about 90+% satisfied with it all the time. Thought that when it failed was likely for lack of more wifi locators or something. Used it w/ an HTC and now w/ a Samsung 8 AND a Moto G6. All was fine until, unfortunately, my phones auto-updated the app to Version 18. 4. 2. Whether in Colombia or Miami, FL, could always easily locate my family members in the otheror same country w/out problem. Since update: when I try to locate others, it's either frozen in the last, previous location of days past or it shows me the family member icon over a totally out-of-focus map that tells me nothing, and doesn't correct itself after waiting for long period of time. NEW AND IMPROVED is normally NOT a good thing. Please update to at least the previous version; it was working great.

This app shows me getting up at 4am and leaving my house and then coming home and leaving again to the same address and then again to work. This never happened and totally not true. I hope this app is not the cause of divorce for anyone.

I want to sue life 360. I was at work and this site stated i was somewhere else when i was not. To the point i was called a lier! Im done being called things i am not. It destroyed my relationship completely!

I've contacted the company every way I can find and I was told Premium life360 was canceled and no longer charging me $7.99 a month. Its still charging me every month and I cant get any help from the company.

I've had similar issues with this trash. I'm sitting at work and it's showing me MOVING. And MILES away from my job. WTF? Now my girl is suspicious and thinks I'm fooling around instead of being at work. This SUCKS! I'm watching it right now and it's got me 15 miles away from my job AFTER first stating that I was here for a few hours. It looks like I came to work, checked in and then left. Trash!

The app says I am taking random 19 minute trips to random houses in my town. Which when it says that I am either eating dinner or in bed haha. The app is nothing but crap. It works when it wants to but never when you need it

I got this app to prove to my girlfriend I'm not doing anything behind her back. One day the location just didn't work for an hour and u fortunately I had fallen asleep on my couch after work and the app could not find my location. Another time while at work the app said I left for 12 minutes and returned to work when I was at work the whole time. Not only that but the map showed me going through a wall out of the back of my job to the middle of nowhere and back. I don't mind my gf following my location. If that is what it takes to get the trust I gladly do it because I love my gf. But this app is causing more problems. I have not even been using it for a month and it's caused two fights. If it wasn't for the innaccuracies it would be a good app. But it's causing major fights and now my gf thinks I'm doing $#*! behind her back. This app may have just ended my relationship

I have 2 teenage daughters and 1 son soon to be 12. Life360 helps many different ways but most importantly just knowing their location can mean the difference in their life. I'm grateful for Life360!

Location is unreliable & Support blames everything on the consumer. One recent night phone was on nightstand while we slept & L360 reported it at 20 different locations in 2mile radius between 12 & 8am. Free is too much for bad info.

First, I purchased this app for fun. The occasional surprise bumping into my husband. Telling him I was psychic! Like I said, for fun! Now it is ruining my life because it's telling me my husband is in areas and houses when he is at work. It makes me nuts thinking he is in these places and when he FaceTime me, he is at work! I'm paying for the destruction of my marriage. He is pist! How can you charge someone for false locations. Is this your plan to sabotage peoples relationships?!? I think so!

This app location is so off. DONT use it. It showed my husband in a home for 5 hours when he was suppose to be working. I was PISSED! Confronted my husband and he showed me he was working. I swear I almost got a Divorce over this crapy APP.

It glitched and said my child was in the middle of a corn field while she was obviously at school. It caused a big miscommunication between me and my child and has caused lots of problems. Would not recommend very bad don't go there.

My son leaves at 6:31am for the bus to school and it hits my phone at 8:06am this morning. Other times it will message me after 9am, other days say he's still at school after he's come home. It's very frustrating.

My partner can track me perfectly but when I try to track him it always says that he is can not be located or in a completely different place GRRRRRR. This app is so annoying. Even though I have said that the locater is rubbish I get no feed back from anyone ever!

Our family installed this app on each of our phones. It was supposed to be a fun family thing, plus a bit of a trust builder. For the most part it works great on our teens phones. We dont really monitor it much for the kids, but for the times we have, its been accurate within a few miles. However on my husbands phone, its been a nightmare. The app has shown him at strange locations, odd houses for hours, shown full trips with many timestamps, all while he should be at work. Im not sure if this makes a difference but myself and our kids have iPhones, my husband has an Android. Also theres many power grids where he works. After many upset hours, conversations, texts, and proof youre one place when the app says your at another, weve concluded IT cant be trusted. Tread lightly and be wary with this one this app is WAY MORE damaging than useful.

With this App I discovered my husband has Super Powers. He is able to drive in a perfectly straight line through Buildings, Rivers, even Mountains. He intermittently pops into random homes for anything up to 1 hour. I might also add that he drives faster than a speeding bullet to reach his destination in a mere 6min which used to take 20min. If you're after a map that looks like a child has drawn random lines all over it then buy this product, you'll love the art work. If you're looking for a FUNCTIONING app to show EXACT locations you better look elsewhere. Absolute Crap!

This app worked flawlessly in the FREE version, but as soon as we paid for added features, it has lagged, had my son leaving the house several times a night, (while I am standing there watching him sleeping), has my husband in a nearby forest, while we are in the backyard. I used to LOVE it, but it is now too glitchy and innacurate! So disappointed as it was a great app initially.

Yes i have a question about life 360. Good Afternoon: I have been a member since last year and I want to say I am super happy with the app and I recently upgraded to plus and highly recommend to all my friends and family. Yesterday something strange happened with the app and I want to know if you can explain why it happened. One of my circle members showed a 164 mile drive made in 26 minute@ 61mph from Laredo to San Antonio. Then showed a 164 mile drive made in 12 min drive@ 51 mph from San Antonio to Laredo. First of all the driver did not leave Laredo and secondly if driver left the drive to/from San Antonio to Laredo is not 12 or 26 minutes. Can you please advise what may have happened here.

Hate it hate it! I'm calling my college son at UTA wondering why he's at the AT & T stadium & he says he's asleep at the dorm. 30 min later life 360 shows him asleep at the dorm When I look back it never shows him at AT & T stadium. Thx life 360 for making my son pissed off at me

While I was in the bed at work at the fire station, it said I was 5 miles away in another town at a house I have never been at. I was talking to my wife, while I was in my own bed at the station, she mentioned the locator and while I was on the phone with her it showed that i went to that same house AND BACK in 4 minutes. Remarkable that I never left the fire station. Please all spouses realize the uncertainties.
