I just bought a trial cream for my daughter and within one minute Life Cell charged me $189.00 for body butter which I never authorized. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Lied about offer and S&H fee. They keep sending crap and charging all different amounts on your credit card. They have chgd over $300.00 on my card Changed their phone# since last week. Need the atty general or is this business as usual in Florida?

I've been using Lifecell skincare products for approximately 2 yrs now. I currently use the all-in-one face cream, the eye cream, BB cream and the face wash. I have the subscription but occasionally have some products remaining when it's time for my next shipment. Lifecell staff are so accommodating, in that they always delay my shipment for a further month once I've requested them to. Overall I highly recommend them & their products. Their creams really work!

I purchased the same cream on Walmart.com for $14 the exact same size. I only used it once because I just got it. If anyone wants to try it for $14 go to Walmart.com. lifecellskin.com sells there products on Walmart.com for a fraction of the price..

I was so excited to get this product. I did not see any results in the first 30 days, then 60, then 90. No difference in skin at all. I used this product for a total of 180 days and there was no improvement in my skin. What convinced me that this was most likely a scam is that when I emailed to cancel my membership - there was no pushback or questions from the team. They did not ask me how I was using the product, what my concerns were, etc... they just went ahead and cancelled. Do not waste your money.

By purchasing anything from this company you are agreeing to sign up for a subscription. They will charge your credit card and send more products without request or any notice. I searched all over to see where I could've possibly agreed to this and couldn't find it. Even if the product worked (which it didn't for me), being charged $90 USD + shipping for what's basically lip gloss every few weeks without notice is a scam! I was excited to try their seemingly high-rated product, but absolutely will never again purchase from them after this shady stunt. Hopefully my cancellation via PayPal will stop this.

I ordered this for a trial and found the product excellent. I did make the error of not noticing that I was subscribing for regular shipment. That never works for me because I use half, or less, of the amount of product that companies seem to think is the right amount. I have been using skin care products for years and was taught to press a small amount into the skin. I have always gotten great results by using this method of application. When I called to cancel the subscription, the agent was not very pleasant and subsequent emails even less so, but that has nothing to do with the product, or the company for that matter. I persisted and let him know that his attitude was not acceptable. Now, back to the product: daily use has been very effective, so much so that I am going to reorder and try their hair care products. Let me give the company a bit of advice: do not assume that people know how to use a product...even one as simple as face cream. Most people will do only a superficial application and will assume rapid results. They need to be taught proper use. They should also be reminded that it has taken many decades of neglect, bad habits and improper care, for those nasty blotches to appear. It is unreasonable to expect they will disappear in a month or two. I had one scarred spot where a dermatologist had twice removed a dark spot with liquid nitrogen. After 60 days of proper consistent use, it is almost gone, By the way, my 78th birthday is a month away and even my dermatologist is impressed with the clarity of my skin.

Sent an authorised shipment - returned item - told me they received it -didn't refund me - thieves and scammers - please don't buy from them

I'm shocked that I was reading negative reviews about this product. This has to be the most amazing anti-aging cream I've ever used and it's worth every penny! I'm in my 60's and this product immediately reduces my wrinkles and fine lines as I apply it. It's also completely non-greasy and great to apply under makeup. They give you an entire booklet about the quality ingredients and it's phenomenal. It gets 5 stars from me. Also, customer service reps are very professional. Joan from Florida

The cream is a total scam! Do not buy it! Pay attention! Do not buy it, don't waste your money, you won't get your money back and you will pay for shipment if you want to return it. Believe me

Ordered this awhile back for a "Free Trial". Then it kept coming for months & i check my credit statements & low & behold...They charged me a different growing amount every month. Takes forever to straighten out & they use every ploy to keep you locked in for $250, $350, etc. And the product is on par with any drugstore generic brand.
BUYER BEWARE. OH & they use a similar name but not exact, of established brands who have tried to sue them. Awful disgusting Pigs that want the soul of your Credit Card!

The worst I have ever dealt with. If you notice most the reviews are terrible with exception to the reviews written by the company and no in between. Very deceptive. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY!

Didn't do a thing for me if you open the box they will not refund your money there is not anything on the box that tells you who it's from go figure

They offer a trial that sounds great but charge you $189 for not returning the empty bottle back! Crazy! Out of control price. Had I known I needed to return the product and wasn't getting a TRIAL SIZE amount, or if I knew the actual price, I wouldn't have bothered with the product. The product isn't even that good. My wrinkles didn't change.
