Saya bener benar sangat kecewa terhadap lifepoint yang mana tanpa sebab dan tau permasalahannya mendadak saya tidak bisa login ke akun pribadi saya dengan alasan "keanggotaan lifepoints saya.sementara tidak ditemukan", 3x24 jam saya mengirim keluhan ini untuk tau apa penyebab atau mungkin ada kesalahan yang saya perbuat hingga saya tidak bisa login ke akun saya tapi pihak lifepoint pun tanpa ada keterangn dan penjelasan sampe saat ini belum merespon pertanyaan yang sudah saya kirim, dan yang lebih mengecewakan lagi kejadian ini terjadi setelah 2 hari sebelumnya saya sedang melakukan transaksi penukaran hadiah, saya tidak mempermasalahkan bilamana akun saya di tangguhkan ataupun tidak mendapat hadiah tapi ini bisa menjadi bukti betapa buruk dan kurang profesionalnya Lifepoints terhadap janji serta tanggung jawabnya.
LifePoints adalah survei online terbaik yang pernah saya ikuti dan terbukti membayar, surveinya juga mudah & on the point :)

Do not join this website lifepoints it's a complete scam. They take all your personal information and close your account claiming its your fault. They also refuse to pay you out via PayPal even if it's just £5 avoid at all costs!

I have been with lifepoints for many years without any problems until recently they closed my account for no reason and wont pay me the money I have already earned. I got the usual copy and paste response when contacting customer service.
