I signed up for this site as I have several others. They never allowed me to do any surveys and when I asked why, they said I did not meet their standards. When asked what standards i did not meet or what i had done to be comoletely shuned/screened out i never got a response just the same old blaogne about not meeting their standards. I was never given the opportunity to try even one survey so how could they know I did not meet their standards. I had comoleted the application to join as directed and told they were happy to have been then they said they did not want me. Maybe because i am 70 years old or who knows what. I would not spit on them now and I hope noone else will try to work with them either. Rand over. Thanks for listenint/reading my review.
Do not join this website lifepoints it's a complete scam. They take all your personal information and close your account claiming its your fault. They also refuse to pay you out via PayPal even if it's just £5 avoid at all costs!
Dear Sar,
We can assure you LifePoints Panel is not a scam which the thousands of people sharing their positive experience would confirm. Thanks for sharing your experience with LifePoints. We know that our feedback was unfavorable but was necessary to maintain the high standards we set for ourselves so we get the most accurate survey responses. If your account was inactivated it was due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, which is something we take very seriously.
I have been with lifepoints for many years without any problems until recently they closed my account for no reason and wont pay me the money I have already earned. I got the usual copy and paste response when contacting customer service.
Dear Gary,
We appreciate you sharing your experience with us. While we know that our feedback was unfavorable but was necessary to maintain the high standards we set for ourselves so we get the most accurate survey responses. If your account was inactivated it was due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions which is is something we take very seriously.
For no reason (apart from a generic list of 'possible' reasons), my account was suspended. Funny that it was just as I was about to redeem points for rewards! The 'communication' in response to my genuine surprise, was from a 'bot. I believe.
Only later did I realise that many, many other people have had the same experience.
Beware! Avoid!

Why can't I spend my reward points on e-gift cards? I get the following message when trying redeem my points. " Looks like you need to link a PayPal account"...

At LifePoints, we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of data integrity. Your opinions you provide in surveys are not only listened to but they also inform important decisions. That's why, it's very important we should be able to rely on our members to take LifePoints surveys seriously and follow our Terms & Conditions.
After reviewing your account, we determined that your membership and/or participation has not met our quality standards or membership requirements. The reasons for this could include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Inaccurate/Incomplete membership information
2. Inconsistencies in your profile or survey responses
3. Speeding through surveys
4. Straight lining (providing identical/similar responses to multiple questions)
5. False geographic location
6. Multiple accounts
7. Inappropriate language
Therefore, your account has been suspended and all LifePoints, incentives and rewards have been forfeited.
We know this is not a favorable outcome for you and it definitely is not one that we take lightly. However, it is a necessary one in order for us to continue to be our best and keep our commitment to the brands we help.
I have been a member of Global/Lifepoints going on 15 years and when Lifepoints took over, it has been going downhill. I wouldn't have a problem with my account being suspended if they would be honest and let me redeem "my" points. I"ve wanted to get off this site anyway, but I would like to be able to redeem "my" points.
If you are reading this and considering joining Lifepoints, you might want to reconsider.
Hi Ronnie,
Growing our LifePoints Community is very important to us. We depend on our members and when we have to inactivate an account due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, it is something we take very seriously to ensure we are making the right decision.

I got my 581 LPs and when I redeem it suddenly saying that my PayPal account is not verified so I donated it instead and it went through right away. In short they don't really pay and just make up lies. My PayPal account is a verified account I have paid out from other sources.
Hi Maria,
We are sorry to hear about your bad experience with our platform and we assure you that we are an honest panel. From what you're describing, the issue you faced was related to PayPal verification. Membership security on LifePoints is unique and together with PayPal we can proudly say that hackers and fraudulent accounts are immediately detected. In order to keep your account safe we require members to make sure that their PayPal is fully verified and that their account information is identic with the LifePoints. This is why we suggest members to make sure that their profiles are up to date.
Since our HelpDesk's mission is to assist our members, we invite you to open a ticket and allow our agents to verify exactly what happened.

The LifePoints Team
I have been their member for over 5 years and I was satisfied. Yesterday i tried to redeem the fee for 10€ and i got an error message and to contact customer service to solve the problem. I actually contacted them and they told me that for some unknown reason my account was suspended and I'm losing my pay. When I asked what exactly I did wrong, they answered me with a list of 15 POSSIBLE causes. I still don't know what I did wrong. I asked them for my payment for the surveys I have already completed and they were paid by their partners and they reply to me with standard messages. Searching on reddit I discovered that it is simply the practice they have been following here for some time. Those of you who participate, keep that in mind
Hi Kostas,
Thank you so much for your review.
Unfortunately, we cannot disclose the methods we use to verify someone's account when the Terms & Conditions are broken. This is done so to avoid compromising our security in this unsecured online climate.
We are just as upset when we have to lose members. However, this is sometimes necessary in order to be the best we can be for our clients.

I have been a member of this group for years. Back when it was Global Test Market, it was fantastic! I always go prompt payment. I even did a product test on a Keurig and they let me keep it. After a break for a couple years, I came back.
Whomever took over and switched it to LIFEPOINTS are complete SCAMMERS!
Conveniently, right before you have enough to cash out they will stop sending surveys. Then for no reason, when you have done NOTHING wrong, they will claim you broke the rules and deactivate your account without ever paying for your time!
I asked for specifics and they just regurgitated a list of rules it could have been, but refused to tell me just what I personally had done wrong. Because I didn't do anything wrong at all!
I also do in person product tests with a l9cal company and am always in great standing with that company. It's completely insulting to my character and it's illegal and a SCAM!
Steer clear! There are so many negative reviews lately saying the same thing. A very dishonest company! Who knows what they are even doing with your personal information at this point!
Hi Nicole,
We want to assure you that the LifePoints Panel is not a scam, and we believe that the thousands of individuals sharing their positive experiences with us serve as evidence of this. If your account has been inactivated, it is because of a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Best regards,
The LifePoints Team
As soon as you have rewards, they will block you and you will not be able to get your money! Their customer service is terrible - they were sending me different unrelated emails.
Hello,

I have been on the Lifepooints website for a couple of months. I wasted my time doing the surveys, I made $10. The next time I accumulated enough points to cash out, I couldn't, and when I reached out to customer service I was to,d that my account was deactivated and my rewards had been forfeited because I was not doing the surveys according to their terms. So in other words, while I wasn't getting paid, I was doing the surveys correctly, but wasn't when my rewards were due. Don't waste your time!
Growing our LifePoints Community is very important to us. We depend on our members and when we have to inactivate an account due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, it is something we take very seriously to ensure we are making the right decision.
This is a very good survey / I like it a lot."I would like to have a variety of questions, and the survey should be short because some are too time-consuming. Thank you again for the prize, and it should increase according to inflation."
Hello,
How kind of you We're happy to hear you enjoy LifePoints surveys!
Best regards,
The LifePoints Team
Joined the panel many years, I enjoyed this site - surveys were relatively easy to get onto, they were straightforward and paid quite well, compared to some sites. In addition, the redemption process was always smooth.
After migrating in April 2024. The panel was out of the blue, my account was suddenly suspended without any notice or warning. Obviously, I asked them why. I received a generic reply which hinted at quality standards.
I asked for more information and specific evidence of any wrong doing on my part, but received no reply.
In fact, they never replied again, even when I offered to pay back all the money I had been paid since joining the panel, which is nearly $1200.
As others have mentioned, they took what money was in my account. I found the refusal to engage in any kind of communication particularly disrespectful.
As seems now, your company has changed to scammer my hard work reward, I will report to ACCC and social media networks to get help.
Hello,

After doing surveys for this cmpany for 3 weeks, requesting 5.00 in rewards each week, the site froze up and wouldn't let me request my 5.00 and had no surveys. I contacted customer service and they had me do a couple things to trouble shoot, nothing worked! Then I get a message that im answering inconsistently or going thru a survey too fast and they suspended my account 🤣🤣🤣 and forfeit my 8.00 on my acct 😡. Im very consistent and honest when answering surveys! Ive been doing surveys for 8 months so anyone that does surveys daily knows they are repetitive in wording so you dont have to read word by word usually, so yes i might be faster than someone doing their first survey. I know those that do surveys know what im talking about!
I would not recommend this company, they are thieves! Out of know where they shut you down will not pay you what youve earned!
If you do surveys for them, set your phone down and go do dishes between each question 🤷
Signed. Been scammed by lifepoints!

No shame in their dirty game! File CFPB and FTC complaints and make LifePoints an example of these pieces of $#*!! After opting out and blocking them, these $#*!s still penetrate my email accounts with absolutely no respect for The Anti-Spam Act.The law was passed in 2003 to address unwanted commercial email, and applies to all commercial messages, regardless of whether they are sent to consumers or businesses. The law requires that commercial messages:
Tell recipients how to opt out
Honor opt-out requests promptly
Include a valid postal address
Include a clear explanation of how to opt out
Process opt-out requests for at least 30 days
Honor a recipient's opt-out request within 10 business days
The CAN-SPAM Act also establishes rules for subject lines, disclosures, and headers. The law sets penalties for those who break the rules, with each violation costing up to $16,000.
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is responsible for enforcing the CAN-SPAM Act.

I am constantly pulling teeth to get my money. My best advise is filing federal compalints with the CFPC and the FTC for sanctions and penalties. These on-line survey companies are profiting off the sweat of innocent applicants and are hurt by the deception. There's no phone number and they hide like cowards to avoid confrontation. I am owed over 1,200 points and to this day have not been able to get these assholes to respond with any kind of help. If you'r around their neighborhood, show up at the door pissed off.and ready to punch the culprit in the face for lying to society.
"Hi Robert,
We hope that the thousands of people who have shared pleasant experiences with us are proof enough that LifePoints Panel is credible. In the event that your account was deactivated, it was because you disregarded our terms and conditions."
Complete and utter lie! I asked you on a number of occasions to inform me where I had allegedly done something wrong. You couldn't! Why? Because you made it up so you wouldn't have to pay the money you owed me: £160! And even if I was somehow guilty of whatever it was I was accused of (completely non specific and wholly ambiguous), surely you're obliged to pay up what I have already legitimately earned before closing me down? It's evident you're a bunch of fraudsters simply because of the number of people with the same complaint! My advice to anybody using Lifepoints is to claim your money regularly; every time you've earned even just a fiver, because, they'll close your account whenever they need to save money.
Hello,
We understand your frustration and we can assure you that we are well-intentioned. The methods we use to conduct our quality investigations are confidential to avoid creating a precedent where fraudulent accounts or even Ai bots would learn or discover how we investigate instances of fraud or poor survey activity.
For further clarifications we can discuss by contacting our Help Desk quoting "SITEREVIEW-SJ"

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They have deactivated my account, owing me £160, giving me some absolute nonsense about 'suspicious activity' on my account! No proof of anything. No warning. Nothing!
I've been doing their surveys for about three years, and this is what they do!
I repeat: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! AT ALL!
I joined LifePoints few months ago. I was very happy to participate in the surveys but a month ago they close my account and accused me of not being legitimate. These accounts hit me hard as I think I am a very honest person

I'd been doing surveys for lifepoints for around 5 months. All was going well, I made £10 and redeemed my awards with no problem. A couple of weeks ago I tried to redeem another £10 to my PayPal account but an error message kept popping up. I wrote to customer support and 2 days later was told that my account has been deactivated and I'm unable to redeem my awards. The same thing seems to happen to a lot of lifepoints members so I really do think they're a bit of a scam. They can stick their points where the sun don't shine. Y live and Ipsos Isay are better options

Trying to cash out points for an Amazon gift card and kept getting an error message. Sent a note to help desk and the response is that my account is deactivated because "your membership and/or participation has not met our quality standards or membership requirements. Therefore, your account has been deactivated."
There is nothing in my survey history that indicates issues and Lifepoints owes me a $25 gift card. And, in fact, I was still receiving survey invites and completed the monthly My Telco survey without issue and received credit.
I feel this is Lifepoints way of culling their membership and keeping the profits for themselves.
Don't be fooled by them. They get you hooked and then they turn on you.

They started off fine and then reckoned they'd sent the rewards, when they blatantly hadn't, then surprise surprise I couldn't log in and my account had been closed so they got to keep the rewards and basically said I was a liar. Don't waste your time with them, they'll just rip you off

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
Answer: I never felt this as a scam since I have already recieved my gift cards in a short span of time.
Answer: Typically it may take upto 5 days for the PayPal to transfer the amount to your account. One thing you have to note that the e-mail for the LifePoints account and PayPal account should be the same, which I faced due to which some delay happened to me.
Hi Kathy,
Thanks for posting your review here. We are very transparent and accept all feedback, whether it's positive or negative, because it helps us improve.
Unfortunately, we cannot say the same about our quality or membership procedures. When it comes to disclosing why we suspended a particular membership, we will never provide specific reasons. This is a free-to-join platform, and members are required to adhere to our Terms & Conditions. LifePoints reserves the right to suspend any membership that is not in compliance with the T&C.
I kindly ask you to raise a new ticket with our Help Center, quoting ‘SITEREVIEW-SJ,’ so I can review your membership again.
Once again, I sincerely apologize if our decision to suspend your membership has upset you. I look forward to hearing from you through our Help Center.
