We cancelled an order with this company because they could not guarantee a date for delivery of goods this was 2 weeks after ordering them and having taken the money from our credit card.No information has been forthcoming from them in e-mails or promised return phone-calls. Excuses for not returning the money to our card are - someone forgot to pass on the information, accounts are closed today, they are in a meeting.The goods were ordered on the 24/3/2010 and I am still awaiting another promised return phone-call today 28/4/2010. The company use sage pay I have no option but to contact mastercard.
I have returned 12 outdoor lights (within the timescale for return), as I was not too fond of their size. The company is now trying to avoid a refund by alleging that they have been fitted, and due to that, they cannot provide me with a full refund! Such a lie; the electrician has not even looked at the lights. The company is committing fraud to avoid refunding its customers!
I have used Lighting Direct numerous times over the past couple of years and i have always found them to be great. Delivery always quick and on one occasion i had to call about my order they were extemely helpful.
My most recent order was ordered at 3pm & arrived the very next day - Amazing service, even in these difficult times!

Our outdoor coach post lantern arrived super fast! Great product! One part was missing and we received it immediately! Definitely recommend Lighting Direct to anybody!
Have to say this company has gone right downhill since Brexit. Greatly reduced range, higher prices, slower delivery and poorer service. Shame
