I found what I was looking for.Shipping is a bit high but we will see delivery time.

Yea I thought I had ordered two of the sockets and 50Watt bulbs. I got one socket and two 20 watt bulbs. It looks like I got what I ordered. I'll know to check better next time.

Actually haven't gotten my product but they did stand-up for a free shipping offer that I could not get initially at check-out. Very much appreciated. Pricing seemed meaningfully better than competitors.

I was shopping for bulbs for my light therapy box and was having trouble finding them. So I googled the model number of the bulb and found that most places wanted $22.50 a bulb, while lightingsupply only wanted $8.70. So I got the 2 bulbs that I needed plus shipping for only a few dollars more than one bulb from other places. The shipping was fast and the bulbs were packed very well cushioned. I must mention that I browsed the web site and the selection of bulbs was unbelievable. If these guys don't have it, it probably doesn't exist!

Since your system wouldn't accept the additional four digits of our zip code I had to re-enter all the credit card info. No big deal but a little aggravating.

I was also a little disappointed by how long it took to receive the delivery. A total of six days between my order and the arrival. Considering the weight involved (less than a pound) snail mail would probably been more efficient. But if these receptacles resolve my problem with the Perko lights on our tugboats I'll be happy.

Took a while to find your site

Took a while to find your site. Looking for the item I bought there were multiple sites but none had the item. When I got to your site this item popped up immediately. Couldn't find it elsewhere except in quantities of 50.

I was looking for a very obscure bulb and Christine Buchholz opened a chat, knew exactly what I was looking for and instantly showed me the page where it was. It showed a comprehensive command of lighting products and it was an impressive performance. Because of that truly excellent experience, yes, I will recommend Lighting Supply to others, and yes, I will come back. Is Christine related to our Red Sox pitcher?

The box was smashed when it was delivered

The box was smashed when it was delivered. If it had been bulbs it would have been destroyed. Little care was taken in the way my order was packaged. Fortunately ballasts are durable and they appear to be serviceable.

Tech Support Great!

Tech Support Great! Online easy, I needed a quick-connect ballast and received a wired ballast. They now tell me the item number I requested for 1-4 lamps was discontinued. I am returning the 3 ballasts I received.
The Customer Service Rep said I would have to pay for the return since I did not specify quick connect. The Item number I requested was the same that is still attached to the lighting fixtures. I did not know that two items would have the same number. This was a waste of time and money. Now I am back to square one.

First time using the site, works great. Love Michigan, great state. Love Michigan State University...Charlevoix, Burt Lake, Rochester and all points in between.

Only suggestion for web orders is to allow client to use their own shipping account to defray costs a bit.

I started a project at my home to re-lamp all of my can lights with LED replacements. I found a particular style at the local building supply store we liked and bought all they had but was six lamps short. I waited a couple of weeks for more to come in but didn't see any so I checked and found that the my style was discontinued and would not be re-stocked. They didn't have another style that matched up so I went on line and found lightingsupply.com and found what I needed. To be fair, it was not the same UPC but had the same specs and you can't see a difference. The bonus was they were at a lower price so I wish I would have spent a little time researching on line before starting the project. The online transaction was simple and arrived correctly and on time. I will definitely use them again.

I usually find what I need at LS.com and the pricing is usually good. Sometimes when I ask for a quote, it is a day or so before I get It. Usually when I ask for a quote, I am ready to buy and need it asap to order.

However, on this order I received the wrong product, but it was a relatively inexpensive order and LS told me to keep the bulbs I received and sent me the right ones at no charge.

I was making a rather large purchase and shortly after I made up my cart, I was contacted by email by a Representative at LightingSupply offering a better price due to the amount I was ordering -- this was a very pleasant surprise! On top of their already low prices, a further discount to boot? Unheard of!:)
Not only that, the Representative took the trouble to keep me updated on my order and made sure that I got the product I wanted.
Once my order arrived, I installed the product and everything is working perfectly.
I am very satisfied with the customer experience and highly recommend LightingSupply to my associates and friends.

Good store

Good store. Good delivery. Exactly what i need. I had placed 2 orders. The first came in great. The most recent order I received was damged, bent when i open the crushed box. I was able to bend the ring back into form, hoping it works as I ordered these for my cousin.
Thank you, I will gop back to lighting supply when I need stuff.

I would have liked to order FC12T9/D/RS 32 watt circular bulbs as well but U no longer have them available. So sad to hear this. Will U bring them back?

FC16T9/D/RS was available and we did get what we ordered. The box was packaged very professionally and the bulbs shipped just fine. Definitively will reorder when necessary.

But, we wish you had the 12" circular bulbs!
