I was so thankful that I had found your site. However, once I received the wrong diffuser size I was very disappointed. I called customer service immediately, but they didn't seem very sorry that your online site didn't display the side width of your product. The length 24' was perfect, however, the side length wasn't 5' which is what I needed. Please add the width to your online site description so this doesn't happen to another customer. Now I'm out the price of the diffuser and the shipping.
I had a difficult time finding an online supplier of the particular outdoor LED floodlight we desired. Once I found lightingsupply.com the problem was solved and the transaction was smooth and perfect.
For paying an extra $50 to ship 8' tubes (which I have no problem with) they should have been packaged better than being jammed inside two 4' boxes taped together. I bought a full case of 4 LED tubes and they were in the original box and packaging inside the outer "packing" yet the plastic tube was broken and cracked on one of them. If I had the time to return it I would have but since it was still intact and the job was very high priority I had to go ahead and use the cracked one. VERY disappointed in the poor quality packing and the choice to use UPS to ship. I get FedEx packages all the time in perfect condition and UPS destroys everything they get their hands on. I would have been happy to pay more for FedEx or at least get decent packing for the $900 order I placed. Hopefully I will be able to find similar products elsewhere, I would hate to have to buy from this company again
I received the wrong size bulb. The one that I have is much smaller, but it looked the same as your on line diagram. Can I send it back with a sample of the one that I am looking for? I am willing to pay the freight! Carl Weegar.

Biggest concern was that I couldn't really tell when I'd be able to expect the order. I really want to be anti-Amazon and that was my biggest hold up. So far everything was perfect on the website.

I think when I was checking Amazon vs when I got the lights from you, the delivery was 1 day later than the expected date Amazon was advertising. 1 day is nothing I'm concerned about. Since I didn't see an estimate on your website I was nervous it was going to be weeks later. Great Product! Great Service! Thank you.
I tried to order 8 bulbs online but somehow the quantity got changed to 2, and I didn't notice until my order arrived. I called customer service to order the remaining 6 bulbs and asked for free or discounted shipping since I intended to order 8. The representative was very polite but said he couldn't help me out. So I reluctantly paid $12.95 again for the 2nd shipment. Not sure I will order from this site again. If I do, I will definitely be sure to triple-check my order is correct.
Lightingsupply customer service have been very good, I have only had to contact customer service once, and they were very professional, and looked into my matter and got back to me with in couple minutes, and resolved the issue.

2 of the items I purchased will have to be returned. My purchases were specifically for tube lights with plastic end-caps, so photos were crucial. I purchased a Satco lamp based on the photo that showed a plastic end cap. However, when I received the lamp, the end caps were metal. I re-checked the item I purchased and it appears that while the initial photo showed the product with a plastic end cap, all subsequent photos showed the product with a metal end cap. This should be corrected so that another purchaser will not make the same mistake.
I'm very glad that I agreed to participate in this followup review, because I think that there was a glitch in the shipping. I had forgotten that I even made the $34 order, so when the tickler e-mail came asking for review, I realized that I hadn't received the order. After waiting a few more days, I called the vendor to ask for the tracking info. They sent me a nice e-mail with tracking information showing that the order had only just then been sent. After that, the order came promptly.
Found pretty glass shades for my chandelier that are reasonably priced and look like they'll fit based on the specs & fitter description. Hopeful they are what I think & they arrive in tact! Based on the $10 fee for oversized items I assume they will be packaged securely for fragile glass items. So far so good.
They arrived in 4 days, well wrapped & in great shape. Yes they are what I thouoght they were & they are beautiful. I am thrilled!
I didn't measure the ones I had. So when the ones I ordered came they were small globes. Is there a way I can return my order and get larger globes? Again, this was my fault for ordering the wrong size.

Looked all over for the bulb. Found the old box from a bulb with the Athalon name and found you! Couldn't find the bulb elsewhere. I hope the bulbs for my lamp post arrive sooner than the 10 days promised. S&H is steep. Now I have the bulbs I ordered. Instead of taking 10 days for delivery as stated they were here in about 4 days. I'm very pleased with the bulbs and the service. Thank you.

Used the chat method to confirm if the ballast I found would work in lieu of the one I was looking for. Was told it was a different ballast (duh!), that wasn't the question. Finally got my answer but it was like herding cats...I placed the order only to find it locally for substantially less. I called two hours after placing my order to cancel it, was put on hold for a long time, and then I was told it wasn't picked up by FedEx yet but would be soon I could not cancel it.
I am very satisfied with the price of your products and your service on shipping my order. I received my order in less than 24 hours after I placed my order. I received the wrong green bulb...I ordered a 130 volt bulb and received a 120 volt bulb that is not the same bulb that shows on your site...I have called and discussed this this your a customer service rep (Darcel?) and am waiting to hear back...order #*******

This is the ONLY company that I found the light bulbs I was looking for that offered the correct color temperature that I was looking for. Every where else, only soft white was offered. I wanted Daylight and found them here at LightingSupply.com. I was happy with the price, and they shipped the same day. Ordered on a Friday and received them on Monday. I will most certainly buy from LightingSupply.com again in the future.
On the product page, I'd click in the quantity box, but it wouldn't show whatever number I typed, but it would reflect it in checkout. In checkout, if I tried to change the quantity, it would not change at all, even after clicking on update
