On the product page, I'd click in the quantity box, but it wouldn't show whatever number I typed, but it would reflect it in checkout. In checkout, if I tried to change the quantity, it would not change at all, even after clicking on update

I was a little surprised by the surcharge on the shipping of the item, it wasn't mentioned until I added the item to my cart. I understand the need for it. Otherwise, I am pleased with the transaction

Very happy with lighting purchase.The Light works perfectly and I would reccomend it to any one wanting a light to light up the peir fishing area. Price was very good compared to others I had checked on.The shipping was great.

I received all the items however, one of the items was damaged. Looks like the box was damaged prior to delivery. Two of the items were defective in that they were lopsided and couldn't be installed correctly. I've started an RMA and will be returning 3 items. Customer support (chat) was helpful in helping me get that set up.

Finding the correct product was great - far better than most online stores - but checkout was a little glitchy: I had to check "ship to a different address", then uncheck it, then check it again in order for the form for the shipping address to load on the page.

I received my order the day after I placed it, in less than 24 hrs. And my card wasn't charged until 2 days after ai placed my order. The bulbs I ordered were unique, hard to find in my area, and expensive. Lightingsupply was 50% less expensive!

I do have a question. On my print out order page, it showed my discount of 16.80.
But on the packing slip, it showed a higher total because there wasn't the discount there.
Did I or did I not get the discount.

Lucky I found this product. I was hoping this particular type of product was somewhere, just couldn't locate locally or online and then I accidentally bumped into it from LightingSupply. Looking forward to getting it. Easy online experience!

The best part was being able to find two products in particular that other suppliers claimed to be unavailable or non-existent. Your prices are very reasonable.

More user friendly for individual customers than I expected. Thanks for making it convenient! After delivery: packing was great-enough to protect the most delicate bulbs.

With a small congregation, we must always bear in mind what we are spending. I have not found these replacement bulbs cheaper anywhere else, locally or online.
