“Dissapointed with reaction of servise clientelle”

Received 2 brases too small. 2 cotton dresses too big, one roda robe toi small an material catastrophe!
The proposall of service clientelle 2 variants - I accepted the 1.one - retourn of my payment 30% off achievment price back to my Finance Institut and keep the items.
The Answer next day was: « we recompensate the 25% in form of the BONs for your next buy at our Firma -
The name is LighInTheBox!
It is DARKNESS NOT LIGHT!
I am complettly DISSAPOINTED!
