“Lackluster environment, horrible company culture”

Lightspeed FInancial Services Group has a lackluster work environment due to the lack of support from the management. This company has a horrible culture because employees are expected to know everything and discover solutions by themselves. But the reality is that our management is just too lazy to give us the support and guidance that we need.
