They sent me the stuff I bought and it worked. Honestly so done with Amazon, buy direct. The lights work great too.

I received the box half-open and two of the lamps are broken.

Have had several failures of the UFO high bay lights, but Lightup fixes those with no problem. Hope they change the brands or work with the manufacture to fix the product line.

These led lights makes Hugh difference in my rec room. Easy installation and so happy to not have the flo tube lights that were so hard to keep working

Came in quickly with no damage. Very good product for the money.

It took an exceptionally long time to receive the order. By the time I got the LED bulbs the camper I got them for was put into storage. I won't know if the bulbs function until next spring.

You replaced my defective outdoor light, see above.
I received this light. I am having issues getting it to
Work.
I have rewired it three times. I have made sure I terminated the dimmer wires and taped them off. I have tried all the settings on the light itself.All I can get is a dim output. See picture.
I would appreciate any ideas you may have to make this light functional.

The light I ordered had the wrong connection and I need to return it and haven't heard back in weeks.

I ordered lights they came I a 4pk when I got them two of them were damaged I notified lightup and they sent a replacement pack of 4 within 2days There service is some of the best I've dealt with I definetly will be using them again as my friends also

Good quality lights, they have so many to pick from. I had been trying to find a certain size to replace mine through out my house. They had a perfect fit. Great service. Will definitely recommend them

I ordered 4 2x4 led flat panel lights and the install was easy and the lights are simple to operate (we got the dimmable and color changing ones). They were promptly shipped and arrived without any damage. Thanks LightUp!

The lights worked well and at a very good place. Items shipped quickly and were packaged well. Overall, I would recommend this company.

Well, we didn't get the 1st purchase 12% discount. Delivery was ok, but when we began to check the fixtures (8), one of the new 2x2 lights worked initially. Then it began to blink, blink continuously. Not sure if it is worth sending back a $15 fixture. Otherwise, the lumins is good & we believe the misfire was a percentage defect 1/8 defective. Turns out to be a $27 loss.

I have four grandkids, and they all enjoy coming over to play in the carpeted basement, where all the toys are. While the lighting was adequate, little kids don't appreciate "adequate" too well. So, after putting in the 1x4 LED lighting panels, they want to be down there playing, especially when it is raining outside. They were easy to install and replaced those old fluorescent lights. The shopping and shipping experience was quick and painless - Thanks to you all at LightUp for all you do... keep it going!
