The cabinets look great and were an affordable price. Darryl, my design specialist, was easy to work with and made all changes I asked for in a timely manner. Unfortunately, they took about six weeks to arrive. They were somewhat easy to put together, but I had trouble with some of the wood chipping off of the cabinets as I slid the pieces into place. Overall, a good cabinet for the price.
Website is hard to navigate. Search is pretty much worthless, even when you type in a sku # it comes back with a random list of items. You have to scroll thru way to much to get what you are looking for.
Couldn't find hardware options then they showed up upon checkout and prices seemed wrong. Could use more dimensions on Quick lookup (had to keep going back to catalog). Never understood why a blind base needed to be pulled out 3". Couldn't ascertain what the difference is between Shaker White Elite and Colorado Shaker White since the specs and price are identical. Also didn't understand why you designed a 33" sink base + 3" filler.
After going back & forth for about a month, I finally gave up and placed the order myself. Website stated 'Delivery in 1-14 Days'. After 14 days and no delivery I followed up and was told that it had on been 10 Business Days. If their definition of a day is a Business Day then that should be stated. After 14 Business Days I followed up again and was told it would be 21-30 Days. All the time no status change in MY ORDERS. After another week I followed up again and,after checking with warehouse was told it would be delivered on Thursday. But no change in status in MY ORDERS. I called again Friday and said I hadn't received any shipping info and was told it would be delivered on Monday. Finally got it on Tuesday. It was raining and the Yellow Frieght driver said he had to drop the order in the street. Luckily he was a good guy and said since he would have to break down the pallet because it was too big for his pallet jack, he backed up my drive and I was able to get it in my garage. He said it would have normally been over $1000 charge.
All cabinets went together except a 90' pantry The dovetails were too narrow for the sides to slide into. Luckily I have a table saw and had to cut the face frame dovetails larger to get them to accept the side panels.
Everyone was great to work with. I loved how quick our designer was to get a hold of. He was able to help us design the kitchen that is going to be perfect for us.
Chuck was very patient with us. We changed things numerous times and he was very professional through it all. We finished the install this weekend. Everything fit exactly as Chuck had it in the design.

Amazing job! They were so great at communicating delays due to Covid. The items I ordered were exactly what I needed and looks amazing.
I really couldn't rate on the 3D design service since i didn't use it. Webpage is good, the quotes saving feature is a time saver.
The only issue i got was that it took about 5weeks for my order to get here, assembling it was ok. Some pieces fit a little to snug but nothing a little elbow grease couldn't handle.
LilyAnn Cabinets did a great job getting our cabinets to us in a timely manner despite COVID related delays and the cabinets and accessories came intact and tall ready to assemble and install. Their customer support team overnighted a broken face frame that was damaged during shipping and were a great help. Highly recommended!

I did not use the 3 d services and it didnt give me an option otherwise. The website is not stellar - poor descriptions and pics of the parts (most were diagrams,not true pics ie crown molding choices).I only needed a few parts and cabinets and was a bit disappointed
Some of the website links don't work. Customer service was awesome and super helpful with one of the install questions I had!

My shopping experience so far has been great. I changed the layout once and the dimensions another time - but Darryl just re-did my design with no problems.
Heidi was wonderful! All cabinets installed. I was quoted 27/28K but three companies for my cabinets, all low end. I installed these under 14 and they were the top of the line. Truth be told, many of your local cabinet guy buy RTA cabinets. In closing, I have to say that Heidi was amazing. Careful Lillyann, I want to hire her! Feel free to email me for pics!
