Lima Beads

I have shopped several beading sites over the years and Lima Beads is by far my favorite. The website is amazing-size photos of every item, color variance, suggested projects are favorite features. You can search by color or shape. Photos are clear and detailed. Shipping is prompt and clearly packaged and labeled to match the invoice. Every item I have ordered has been top quality.

I use Lima Beads more frequently than my other jewelry suppliers for one simple reason--they are the industry's best at what they do. From selection, to pricing, and fast shipping, Lima Beads has never let me down!

I originally ordered two of each item, so I could special order earrings for my customers. When they arrived, pairs did not match and I was upset however, when I notified the company, they explained that unless items are sold as a pair they will always be a variance in one item versus the other. Now does that I understand the situation I will only order items by the pair. Lima beans offered me free return shipping on the items I was dissatisfied with, and I am very happy with the customer service. I will definitely order from them again.

I've been buying with LimaBeads since 2018 and I'm very consistently happy with their services. I primarily use their products for my homemade earrings and I personally enjoy their selection of gemstone beads, findings, charms and all kinds of other sundries.
Once there was a strong of rose quartz beads missing, but customer service responded promptly and they mailed them out pretty quick. I order a bunch of small items at a time, so I can't fault them hardly. In about a year and a half though, all of my other orders were correct.
Aside from that, I also appreciate your past orders being on file and easy to access. If I lose my receipt and forget a gemstone's name, I can just pop online and check
Great variety, great service, great prices and an ever changing inventory. I recommend highly.

I have been a customer for a few years. They carry quality merchandise at reasonable prices, offer discounts, give the the customer the option to select one of their charities to which they donate exclusive of your order. I have not found any other company who does this. Their customer service is beyond excellent-from product questions, to returns (which are incredibly easy), to refunds. Shipping charges are quite low and promptly shipped, website very easy to navigate.
Those reviews complaining about lack of phone number, email option is much more efficient. Keep in mind difficulty of taking pictures of products and how colors appear on computer screens-if not happy, returns are VERY EASY and the customer does this for themselves on the site. I've been shopping with Lima Beads for many years. They have prompt and friendly customer service and are quick to communicate regarding any questions or problems. I am writing this review during the COVID-19 pandemic, and, although they are taking longer to ship orders, they are communicating clearly about what customers should expect. I've also reached out with questions about product availability and received a quick response. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews--that has not been my experience at all. I highly recommend Lima Beads!

They are the best when it comes to gemstone strands and pendants. Customer service is AAA, just talk it through with them and they'll work it out until you're satisfied. They have picked up some great big and small companies to partner with. And their team of people in the warehouse are good at matching strands to pendants, etc. They make you feel important on every step of the process. They run the best marketing promos and sales! Hands down my favorite go to, for all of my creative jewelry needs!

I have placed several orders with Lima Beads this year, and have not had one single problem with any of the orders. NONE, which is pretty spectacular compared to several other online bead suppliers. Prices are good, competitive. Quality has always been great. Their organization of the orders is done well - bead types are bagged with numbers that correspond to the invoice; makes it very easy to inventory.

I have been making jewelry since 2011. I have purchased beads from a lot of beads sites. When I discovered Lima Beads that was it for me. Their beads are so much nicer than any other company I have bought from. I like the wide selection, the quality, customer service, and low, low shipping charges. It's been great watching them grow over the years.

I like how they provide a wide and fun range of products on their site, such as Zola elements and Greek patina beads. Their delivery is also very prompt. However, their basic beading supplies (such as chain and nails) seem a bit limited and more expensive than other companies' products. Nevertheless, they are a fun site to buy from because of the quirky and special products that the sell.

I ordered strawberry beads. The picture showed a red/pink 14mm bead. I was shipped a 14mm flesh colored bead. It isn't what I need so I emailed. Customer service responded right away but they don't care. It took 3 requests to get the Return Authorization they claim to have sent.

So if you need flesh colored beads order strawberry. Ignore the picture. They certainly do. I do not recommend.

I have been purchasing beads here for years and have never been disapointed. The quality is always great and I save a lot of money. I'm writing this review because I got the wrong chain in my order today. It's the first time I've gotten the wrong item. I contacted them and they're expressing me the chain I ordered. A+ service.
