I have been ordering from Lima Beads for years and have never been disappointed. They carry high quality products with the best prices around along with many hard to find items. The shipping is pretty fast and always packed with care. They are by far my favorite jewelry making supply shop and their customer service is excellent.
I ordered strawberry beads. The picture showed a red/pink 14mm bead. I was shipped a 14mm flesh colored bead. It isn't what I need so I emailed. Customer service responded right away but they don't care. It took 3 requests to get the Return Authorization they claim to have sent. So if you need flesh colored beads order strawberry. Ignore the picture. They certainly do. I do not recommend.
I highly recommend Lima Beads. I have always been pleased with their customer service. They are organized and thorough.
