Chairs arrived after a month pretty much as advised at time of ordering. Box was battered but chairs weren't damaged at all. No fitting instructions but easy to build. The chairs are very comfortable and exactly what we wanted. Probably not really worth the £280 for the pair but there wasn't anything else online coming up at such a cheap price. Overall am very happy with the purchase.

It's false advertising, I paid $800 for a shelves who doesn't look like the picture, no instructions manual to built it, arrived broken, very bed quality and they put hundreds of screws and small part in a plastic thank you bag!

I have ordered a office table on 5th Dec 23 and table arrived in damaged situation on 30th January 24. I have intimated the support team the very next day and until today they have not resolved my query. They tried to offer 10-15% refund but asking me to keep the damaged goods with me. What will I do with that except to throw that $#*!ty piece of goods! I asked them right from day one that refund 100% and take your goods back. They ask me to return the goods at my cost which is not as per UK law. They are doing a fraud business in UK. I have reported that to the consumer court and many credit card companies as they will receive claim against them A LOT in coming days. Please be aware and never never try to buy anything form them as what they show on their website is just a SHAM. Their goods quality and the way they deliver you, the time they take to deliver their goods, their promises on website are all false, fraud and I will surely suggest everyone to take them to consumer court and let court stop their fraud and they should not be allowed to sell in UK with their low quality defective goods.

I bought a desk which came in pieces, most of which were broken.it was poorly packed so no wonders it was damaged. There was no invoice, no custom paperwork…nothing. Just a sticker on the box which after using Google translator says "forced labour camp", shocking. The desk is made of some cheap stuff, not what they claim on their website. They offered replacement - I read reviews and realise I got scammed. I asked for a refund, they asked to ship this junk back. When I opened the case via PayPal, they again asked to ship "goods" back and then they would issue a refund. I phoned PayPal today, explained to couple of people my case. Got refund via PayPal.
Please don't buy from them and make others aware of this company.
I have learned my lesson- always check before you pay.

Do NOT Buy from Litfad.
Sitejabber, please give us the option to select a 0 star button! Because this Litfad company don't deserve 1 star!
The quality of the goods they have sent to me are a disgrace. The items look like they've been made from left over scrap materials, with no CE marking on the goods to meet EU standards, + delivered in some old cardboard box. I'm not prepared to take any chance's and fit these wall lights, they are so poorly made I'll end up burning down the house. When you email them for a return address you don't get one. They offered me 5% then 10% discount (ridiculous) I just wish I'd reviewed the company before I bought the wall lights. So it's over to my credit card company now?

I bought 4 wall light fixtures and went to install them and was shocked they are designed to attach to the drywall, not an electrical box, they are to small, which would never pass an electrical inspection. Cheap products, they wanted me to pay the shipping to return and get a refund. I filed a dispute with PayPal and PayPal sided with Litfad. Litfad offered me a 5% refund, then a 30% now its up to 40% if and only if I retract my negative reviews. This company should be avoided at all cost.

They offer a 5% refund, then higher and higher, now its up to 40% if I retract my negative reviews.

Products used:
Bought 4 wall lights and they are not installed because they are not meant to cover a standard electrical box. Requires customizing or drywall work and its still an inferior product I cannot trust.

Following the parcel arriving more than a month after it was ordered I found it to be damaged and of very poor quality and pieces missing. I asked for a full refund. Apparently this company has no respect for customer rights and expects the item to be returned at customer's expense - Litfad said they would ship a new lamp base (65kgs) and would not acknowledge pieces missing. Due to my experience, reading the thousands of dreadful reviews and the fact that the item will not arrive before my movers, I demanded a full refund.
I then receive an email saying your delivery is now complete. Thank you.
This is still continuing. I want a full refund, I have been offered nothing.
Please learn from my (and thousands of others) mistake and DO NOT BUY FROM LITFAD- you will regret it if you do.

This is not a legitimate company and I regret that I did not read the poor reviews before purchasing. Our cabinet arrived in rubbles! The box was torn open with holes, all corners were completely crushed because the manufactured wood is so cheap. Parts were missing. The entire package could only be hauled to the junk because they would not pay to have it returned. They offered 5%, then 10% and then 15% return on purchase and would send a new one but would not provide a refund or return shipping. It would cost nearly the amount to ship back. The packaging is terrible. It is not padded, wrapped and is packaged in a flimsy box. The receipt emailed upon delivery has a whole page about taking photos of damages to report within 48 hours. This alone says they have problems with shipping anything undamaged. They were rude and shrewd dishonest business people. They need to be shut down. Do NOT purchase a thing from this scam.

I would place 0 star if I could. 4 months for a parcel damaged delivery and still waiting. Stay away and do yourself a favor. Their quality is bad and they keep promising but not delivering. Their website claims 130 days delivery and I did purchase the extra warranty but they are avoiding any claims. Still waiting and paying for my mistake.

I ordered a Stained-Glass Chandelier for $375. I received a plastic chandelier worth about $2. I raised a complaint and they pretend not to understand my complaint. Instead, they say they've sent me the correct item and nothing can be done if I am not satisfied it with. It seems to be standard script email response sent, one after the other. Not addressing anything I have to say. Instead, they keep saying we've sent the correct item - when they have not. From other reviews, it seems this is their strategy. The best thing to do is to raise the issue with your bank so they don't accept transactions for this company in teh future for other customers. This is the only way to stop these crooks.

Stay away. They are crooks. I am not exaggerating. They are thieves.

I ordered a bookcase from liftad over a month ago. When I received my order, I noticed there are scratches and damages on my order. I also noticed there are some glued parts that are loose now. I asked for a refund and they told me their base in China and I need to pay the return shipping fee and clearance fee.
All I can say is, this is their strategy to get money from the customers and if they are unhappy, then they will offer a 5-10% refund. This is certainly a scam.

We ordered 4 outdoor wall lamps. After initial contact to send an alternative postal address (instead of PO Box) the tracking number provided by Litfad showed the parcel going to a completely different person/address (Victoria instead of WA). No contact possible other than chat on website, which was no help at all, because all they replied was writing an email to support (which they did not answer).
After threatening with legal action, they replied with the same tracking numbers (which were also in a completely different receiver name).
I engaged Consumer Protection WA, but even they only got the same tracking number.

After 10 e-mail exchanges, Litfad offered 5% back on my purchase that arrived broken, electrically, dented, chipped and cracked. I waited 55 days for the item to come from China, they then offered to send another one having to wait another 55 days otherwise I could pay for the return shipping to China and they would give me my purchase back minus thier shipping costs at the first shipment to the US this is a terrible company. I will not be ordering ever again. You can't trust this company & they won't do full returns.

Nice website but total scam. They will send you a poor quality product. Not worth the money you paid for it and then make the returns process as expensive as possible so it's not economical for you to return. Read the T&Cs it's a scam.

I placed an order with LitFad based on their nice product pictures and return policy which allowed cancellation before the item shipped. A few days after placing the order I realized it would be shipping from China and would take months, and would arrive too late to be useful. Since I didn't receive an email saying it shipped, I contacted customer support to cancel. They refused saying it had shipped, but could not provide me any proof (scam). Then when I pushed them on it, they both told me it was at sea and then later in the US (lie). Then they claimed the product was delivered and attached a photo of a box in front of a random house. I had ordered a large table (over 80 lbs) so this was clearly fake. Then they accused me of refusing the package, but then later claimed it had been delivered to a person (fake name). Stay far away from this unethical company!

Please go elsewhere, don't get scammed like I did!

We ordered a desk. Nowhere in the ordering process did it say it would take 2 months to be delivered. When it did finally arrive half of the parts were missing and the every part we did receive was chipped scratched or dented! Totally unusable. Their customer services offered us a discount to keep it or to return it to China for a refund! Neither acceptable options. Just a few examples below

Do not do business with this company. My product arrived damaged and I contacted the company for a refund and they have repeatedly tried low-balling me, starting with an offer of a 5% refund... we've been going back and forth in emails for almost a week now and thier offer is now up to 50% refund. I have contacted PayPal and started a dispute. I am confident that Paypal will get me my full refund. Awful, awful, awful!

Tip for consumers:
do not do business with this company. the product quality is very cheap-suseptible to being damaged during shipping and they DO NOT honor their refund policy.

Ordered a desk for my wife in February. Received it in April - damaged of course. One corner was busted severely. Contacted Litfad and they shipped a replacement desktop. Took another 5 weeks to get to me and it too, had two dents with one of them leaving a 1/2" chip of laminate hole. Not impressed. Litfad offered a 5% discount/refund if I keep this damaged one.

This company is in complete violation of the Consumer Fair Protection Act. This act Protects consumers from predatory businesses. This company is selling used items, garbage and missing part items as new products. Buyer beware. I have reported them to Google legal department to have their website removed and all ads removed from the search engine. I am reaching out to those who were scammed by this company to do the same and file a report.

Ordered two lights, one was smashed into pieces (the glass was also paper thin and loose wires sent with it to put together yourself - dangerous!) they then take you through a process - you can send it back to China at your own expense (yes all the broken glass and plastic, even though I sent pics) or they will send a replacement for part of the broken item but not all (so not all of the broken parts) or refund you part of the payment after shipping. AS this was was only viable way to get any money back, I got £9 back on a £35 item. If you read the reviews you will see they do this to alot of people, so they are definitely doing well out of this process. You are better off paying a little extra and going elsewhere.

I have taken some time now to read the reviews on Litfad and can safely say, stay away from this company. take time to read through reviews, as it seems what happened to me has happened to many people.

Would give a zero, light fixtures wiring was suspect and the instructions did not match the fixture. I asked for a refund and they offered 5% refund despite what their policy says. Definitely a scam. Do not buy.

Sent me a leather chair for the office with 2 rips in it and broken parts. Said i can send back but i have to pay the postage cost and till be expensive or just accept a refund. They tried getting me to accept a 10% refund on a $1000 chair which was ripped. Ripped in 2 areas.

Water Resistant Storage Cabinet Glass Paned Standard Cabinet - 17"L x 13"W x 61"H Wicker & Rattan. It came just like the photo in the advertisement. It is beautiful and sturdy. It came with 2 different door options. We loved it so much we purchased a second one in aqua. And we are thinking about a 3rd purchase. Great for storage. The customer service is great. You get an email when it is shipped and then weeks later you get your shipping date and then they check on you to see if you received the product with a follow up email. Easy to put together. Highly recommend!

Quality is not terrible, but the armoires we ordered had to be assembled, which was not indicated on the web site. There were no instructions provided, we had to request them. The "instructions" were useless, "assemble drawers." Holes were not drilled in the correct places or on the incorrect side. My husband luckily had the tools and skills to make it work, so we are pleased with the result. But am sure many people would not be able to do so. Not worth the money.

The light I received is So poorly made and looked nothing like the one I ordered. When I tried to return the light they made it very difficult and had me send many photos. It also came without any hardware to Mount the light. They told me to look at the instruction manual. I am still waiting for this company to take back this light and thank will never get a light from them again.
