Chairs arrived after a month pretty much as advised at time of ordering. Box was battered but chairs weren't damaged at all. No fitting instructions but easy to build. The chairs are very comfortable and exactly what we wanted. Probably not really worth the £280 for the pair but there wasn't anything else online coming up at such a cheap price. Overall am very happy with the purchase.
It's false advertising, I paid $800 for a shelves who doesn't look like the picture, no instructions manual to built it, arrived broken, very bed quality and they put hundreds of screws and small part in a plastic thank you bag!
Bought shelfs from this website, they were defective, had dents, scratch's and broken pieces. Reached to here customer service and there response we shipped right product. Ordered a bookshelf from LitFad. They said it would arrive in 7-10 business days. It took over 4 weeks to get here. The shelf arrived in shambles. The box was crushed and the foam was coming out of it in tiny pieces as it had been damaged that badly. It looked like the shipping company shrink wrapped it trying to keep it together.
I tried to get a return set up and after over 20 emails back and forth we gave up. After 6 emails they finally sent me a return address. But in the meantime they kept offering a % off to keep the item. They kept saying we had to pay return shipping and I kept asking for them to show me in the policy. They couldn't do that.
This place is a complete sham. We are out $185 dollars on a bookshelf. Do NOT buy or do business with Litfad!

Liftad has horrible quality rugs. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Their images are edited, and gravely misleading. I asked to return it after received and due to their complicated, and unjust policy, I could not. They said I had to ship it back to China, out of my own pocket, in order to be reimbursed, which would result in paying more money to ship it back, than the original amount I paid for it. Their support system was extremely unhelpful, and they only gave me a small percentage back for a reimbursement. They even told me to resell it online. Well I tried, because they left me no other option, and I tried to resell their overprices $100 rug for $10 on multiple platforms, and nobody wanted it. I regret every engaging with this company. I hope they pay their graphic designer/photo editor a lot, because that's the only reason why they're selling.

I have received my order this week. I'm very unhappy with it:
- 1st the cardboard was in a very bad shape when i received it. Open on the edge
- when i open it a cockroach was inside!
- all the pieces were dirty and with polystyrene everywhere
- the quality is very bad: drawer damaged and when i screw one of the leg, the quality is so bad that the screw break away of the leg, so the desk could not even stand up.
I tried to contact them, and it is a stupid bot that answer that say that it is not their faul. They suggested a 5% refund!

I purchased a chandelier with Lutfad. It took them over a month for it to arrive. When it did arrived, the boxes was badly beaten and the product inside was not securely packed. Items was all over the place. I requested a return and they will not accept it. The reason the support team give is, if they send it it to you and if the product is what you ordered is correct, t you can not return if it's in working order. How am I to know if the products is in working order when I do not want the item for poor quality.
Do not buy because you will not be able to return to them. A company like this should not have consumer support for them to stay in business.

Ordered a modern writing desk. It was delivered completely damaged. We have detail pictures of the shipping carton and the pallets as well as notating on the bill of lading that it was damaged. They did not want to hear it. They wanted me to ship this heavy desk back to China, which would have cost me more than the original price of $850 that I paid. Customer service Offered to send me just the broken piece but it will take two months. I said I did not want to wait that long and I prefer to get a refund and have them pick it up. They will not pick it up and they want me to pay to send it to them and they also want to charge me for the shipping For sending it to me

Stay away from them. They sell inferior products. Their site pics are photo shopped but when you finally got the product, it is cheap China garbage. Shipping is horrendous and they do not pack anything to secure getting to you without any damages. I bought a pair of wall mounted reading lights. First, one came with a broken wire. When I contacted them, they sent me a new wire (I had to rewire it myself). When I go to mount them we discover they are 220v - US standard is 110v. It's too late to send them back, so I'm out hundreds of dollars on a pair of lights that won't work in the US. Wish I had never come across their site.

WARNING - WARNING - Do not order from Litfad... I placed an order over 2 months ago and my item has not even shipped. There has been nothing done to accommodate me for all the delays. There should have been some type of notice prior to ordering indicating a tentative ETA, but that was not done. It was only after waiting at least a month that I learned my item would not arrive within a reasonable amount of time. I don't even know if the item will look as expected. I will NEVER order from this company and caution anyone else to be weary of this company as well.

We googled floating vanities (modern). A few sites came up. We were looking for something nice but different. Litfad have some nice items. We knew they were not located in the US. No problem. We found something we liked. Before ordering, we communicated back and forth with an online support team. They assured us that we were getting what was described in the picture. Two months later it was not correct. We were supposed to receive a lighted medicine cabinet (rectangular design). We received a a round mirror with strip lighting on the back. No medicine cabinet. We had to again email support. We even went as far as to type it in English on word doc and convert it in their language explaining their product and copied and pasted exactly what they said we are to receive. Well to make a long story short we received a rectangular mirror with the strip lighting on the back. No medicine cabinet and no lighting on the front as the design stated. Never again will we order from them. A waste of our time and money. We told them they can send us prepaid shipping to get the items back. The only thing we liked was the floating sink. We reported them to PayPal to at least get a partial refund and it turned out to be a nightmare. All we could do is email back and forth and send pictures of what was sent. They will give you the run around. Whatever you don't order from Litfad! You will regret it!

I purchased a floating media center from Litfad. Prior to making the purchase, I went to their chat feature and asked customer service a few questions I had prior to making the purchase. They answered my questions kind of strangely (I thought it was a translation issue) but to my satisfaction and so I made the purchase. When I received the product, it was not the one I wanted, and some of the features I confirmed in the chat were missing...they sent me the wrong item with missing features.
I emailed them and asked for an exchange, but they wanted me to send the item back at my expense. Sending a 95-pound crate back to China would be hundreds of dollars. Still disbuting.
They did not take responsibility and they wanted me to pay for their mistake.

Litfad are a company in China, they are not located in Australia. 2 of the items we received were damaged and one had no hardware or instructions. The 3rd item just never arrived. The company are difficult to deal with as all corespondent is by text or email, there is no phone number to call.

Beware all items from Litfad are shipped from China. They are badly packaged and take up to 3 months to arrive. There is no customer support, no tracking numbers, no returns and no refunds.

Litfad sent us a damaged children's desk. The company return policy was terrible for damaged items. They told us it would cost us more to return the package to Hong Kong than the desk was worth. We tried to comply with their requests to send pictures of the damaged pieces, but there were so many pieces that it was not possible to ship them. We wanted a new desk shipped for free, but they were unwilling to do so. Their packaging was not substantial for shipping all the way from Hong Kong. It is no wonder the pieces were severely damaged. Do not make a purchase from this company.

I also did not read the reviews before purchasing the desk. I ordered it in November and it is March and still cannot use the desk. It took two months to receive it, got broken pieces with no instructions or labeled parts. Requested new parts, that took another two months to get and still got the wrong parts. Inquired about instructions, they sent me a 1 page instruction. None of the parts are labeled and neither are the directions. Hired a handyman who spent 8 hours to put it together and could not finish it. I received parts to another product and not for my desk. Please Don't order anything from this website,they gave me so much of a run around about a rug I purchased and it was not good quality and it was faded in some spots and it is a bad quality of a rug, it looks like thin door mat and it was overpriced! I receive a email confirmation of the delivery but I work from home so I could not missed a delivery. Dishonesty and misleading!. When I query about it again, I was then sent a picture taken of a good in corner of a door, without the door number.

The worst quality ever...I did not read their reviews...I bought a coffee table, came in wrong color legs, low quality, then the top came in worst quality ever, with a few dents on top and soon after a coffee drops were not removable and could not be cleaned and the stain stayed. The customer service provided some discount but that does not give me the quality I expected and the stains stay on the man-made terrible quality of qualrtz.

On my first review I detailed my horrible experience with this company, which by they way it was done after I communicated my problem to them and after at least 10 emails back and forth. They replied here that a "VIP" customer service will review my case and get back to me- that has never happened. There has been no review and there has been no VIP communication at all.
They have offered no refund or other resolution other than, " sorry we delivered broken merchandise, we will give you 5% discount to keep it"
Again, safe yourself the hassle and do not buy from them. They are NOT a reputable company by the standards we expect in the US. Do not honor delivery, return or refund polices. Company has no honor whatsoever. You pay top dollar for an item, receive a defective and broken garbage and their expectation it's that you should be ok with it. NOT how we conduct business in the US.
And just for the record- I received a Broken desk- cannot be put together because the pieces are broken, the other parts are dented and the metal bars are stained. I requested a 100% refund and by all means, send a FedEx label to return the defective merchandise I received.
Their answer continues to be the same- sorry, we will give you a 5% - 10% discount to keep it….

I bought 2 writing desks. I had issues receiving the unassembled desks. The boxes were mangled after waiting at least 1 months for them. Found out the instructions were horrible, not clear on how to assemble at all. After 6 hours of working on the 1st one I finally figured out how to assemble. The desks I bought had 3 drawers that had no support brackets so they drop down after pulling them out. The desks are very short where it is difficult to put a standard chair under them. The send desk was damaged when I put it together. I couldn't return it after 30 days and I was so unhappy with how cheaply made they were that I gave them to good will after putting them together and repairing the second one. Don't buy from this website if you want quality furniture.
