Chairs arrived after a month pretty much as advised at time of ordering. Box was battered but chairs weren't damaged at all. No fitting instructions but easy to build. The chairs are very comfortable and exactly what we wanted. Probably not really worth the £280 for the pair but there wasn't anything else online coming up at such a cheap price. Overall am very happy with the purchase.

It's false advertising, I paid $800 for a shelves who doesn't look like the picture, no instructions manual to built it, arrived broken, very bed quality and they put hundreds of screws and small part in a plastic thank you bag!

Bought a ceiling light, installed in my kid's bedroom, by a licensed electrician. The driver (electric inside light) melted, and caused a fire. Luckily, I was home, and smelled it, and was able to put out the fire. I contacted the Litfad, and had a difficult conversation where they didn't understand, didn't believe me, and didn't want to help. Rather than refund me, they sent me a new driver. The same electrician refused to install it because the driver was the same, and was not UL-listed. He thought there would be another fire. A second electrician confirmed, he would not install this because it was not UL-listed (approved, and certified to not burn down the house). By this time, Litfad refused to help me, saying the timing was past the window of the return. Contact me for any questions, but stay away from this company, unless you are trying to kill your family.

******* not even 1 star... Litfad is a scam, dont waste your time and money. I ordered my table in Feb this year... and its now September and its been lost for a 3rd time and no item still and no money back! Don't purchase from them... I'll send you all me email threads they just pull your leg for 5-6 weeks at a time making you wait all over for a product they are never sending.! And no money back! No one to speak to but some idiot on some emails... don't buy from them! Im still waiting and it's been over 6 months...

We ordered a computer desk in March. We later found out it would take 2 months to arrive. It finally did, the day after we left the state for a family death. When we assembled the desk, we found they did not send the desk we ordered. It was no longer available. We tried to order a second desk that was on their website. It was no longer available. Same thing with a third desk. We tried for a fourth, finally got an answer to a question that told us that desk wouldn't work for us. There were no more options. We requested a refund. All they could offer was 60% of our purchase price. It took six months to go through this hassle. Buyer beware!

I ordered this big beautiful chandelier from Litfad and had it put up by an electrician & it popped & doesnt work. Litfad will not pay for the shipping back to China & offered me 5% & then 10% if I pay to ship it back which would be more expensive than the 10% back. I found someone that might can fix it & asked Litfad for the specs for the fixture & they said they will send me a new LED drive if I will cancel the dispute with paypal. I disputed through my credit card & have no dispute with pay pal. Screwed all the way around! Dont deal with this company!

I bought a sofa with storage from litfad. They send me a sofa miss storage. Besides, the quality of the sofa is horrible. It does not natch the description on the website. They said the sifa has memory foam cushions but they are not. Do not buy from this store and do not waist your money.

It's taken me a few days to write this since I've been SPEECHLESS about how scammed I was to buy this crappy piece of furniture. It was clearly advertised as a metal vanity cabinet but after 6 weeks it arrived and IS PLASTIC. My contractor thought I was playing a joke on him when I asked him to unbox and assemble it. It's honestly too flimsy to be a child's plastic play cabinet. I could probably fold the cabinet door in half with my bare hand. Litfad says I would have to pay the return shipping, and since it came on a boat from HongKong it would cost more than the item. To add an insult cherry on top, they offered to refund me 10%. WOW. Don't get scammed by LitFad. We're all spoiled by the Free Returns and mostly-honest advertising on Amazon, but don't be fooled into thinking LitFad is anywhere near as reputable.

This company is a sham! They sell products they don't make, see or stand behind. I ordered a wall mural and was sent this sloppy pixilated over-blown up image that was uglier than you can imagine. All their items are made and shipped from China. They never see the product they're selling! After much back and forth I was given a lousy 30% refund. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought a desk and chair back on January 9,2023. I received a completely damaged (crushed and cracked) desk (top and side table) about 2 months later. I was angry and disappointed. After much haggling and trying to get my money back with their customer service department, I caved, and they sent me a replacement. This took another two months. Upon inspection, the desktop was fine, but the side cabinet was again, crushed about 2 inches deep in 1 corner and cracked along another corner that extended to the other side of the cabinet. I asked for a refund - they offered me 2 options. First option: keep the damaged goods and they would refund me 15% of my total purchase price or they would send me a third replacement with a 5% refund for my inconvenience. WTH?!? I can't keep the cabinet because it is damaged garbage - it can't be used - Not to mention the wasted time and aggravation I have been through. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and they said if I didn't hear back from one of their "colleagues" in 2 days, I should email them again. This is THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered and I would NEVER recommend them or do business with them again. It is of no surprise that this company has poor ratings. It is now 1 FULL YEAR since I have been trying to get my money back - Does anyone have a contact for escalations?

By far the worst place I've ever shopped from!
I read their return policy before splurging a few thousand pounds on furniture. Their website clearly states that, if you aren't satisfied with the products, you have 60 days to get a refund, minus shipping fees. Their products are so cheap looking and much smaller than stated. I asked for a return as soon as I received them and to my surprise they are not willing to adhere to their policy! They have been playing games and denying me of my right to return the unsatisfactory products. They have no phone services and no manager to talk to! Just a random email every now and then, stating that they don't offer returns. And when I refer them to their policy, they still say they don't offer returns! This is scam for sure and I want everyone to know what they'll be dealing with if they ever decide to shop from Lotfad!

I purchased a coffee table from Litfad. The table came in two different boxes. Both the top was broke and the bottom was damaged. I put a request refund in with paypal and litfad. Litfad told me my case was lock because of the dispute paypal. Litfad asked me close the paypal dispute and after this they would give a refund or a new table. I closed the paypal dispute. Little did I know if case a paypal case you can`t reopen it. Emailed litfad back and asked for a refund. So they started negotiate with me about my. Refund. They offered 10% first refund, and seccond a table top 20%. Keep in mind my table top and bottom damaged I told no I want my full refund. I have not heard back. I contacted paypal and waiting on the results. Don`t buy anything from the company. It`s like a scam. Please never close your paypal case until it`s solved. RJ Cordova,TN

I ordered a sturdy looking desk from this company it took 5weeks to arrive I wish it hadn't arrived would have been happier and just got a refund. First picture is what I ordered second picture is what I got steer clear of this company.

Made mistake of ordering a Litfad round, rotating bookcase. It arrived in a low quality box that was coming apart just from the weight of the contents. This item consisted of many partiucalboard parts which all were loose in the box and had shredded the styrofoam packaging material, making a huge mess. Many pieces were chipped and damaged, again due to improper and poor quality packaging. Two sets of assembly instructions, the best was in Chinese and the one in English was useless. Overall, a very poor quality item...TOTAL JUNK! I kept it ONLY because repackaging it to return it would have been more effort than it was worth. BUYER BEWARE!

Desk top cracked, parts missing, box was obviously opened or bysted and retaped, hardware missing to put together. Asked for a refund over 6 weeks ago, they want me at my cost to ship back to china.
ABSOLUTELY NOT/ have sent over 30 emails.
Have now contacted attorney

Item ordered June 27 and not received as of July 9. Litfad "Chat" responded to my inquiry that item is on a boat and expected to arrive in September. I asked for order to be canceled, and Litfad responded that orders may not be canceled once shipped. Currently am trying to get a refund through Paypal.

The product is literally being shipped on a slow boat from China.

I ordered SKU: ******* Rectangular coffee table with storage in March. It finally arrived on 4/26/23 (I paid extra for express shipping). The first thing I noticed was that the box was badly damaged. The plastic overwrap was torn, almost shredded, and there holes at two of the box corners. I then opened the box and discovered the following:
1. The table top has a crack running across half the table
2. The laminate trim is damaged at the point where the crack begins.
3. On the opposite side, the trim is not glued properly.
4. The color of the table is very dark. On the website the table is lighter (almost like oak).

Needless to say, I am very unhappy. Given other reviews of the company's products and business practices, I may not even try to return it but acknowledge the purchase as a mistake from which I learned a valuable lesson. ALWAYS, research and read reviews before buying on line. I wish I had!

I ordered a wall mount 47" sink. Took about 5 weeks to get to me. They left it outside my front door and when I opened the box, the sink was broken into pieces. I contacted the company (you can only contact them through email) and they refused to give me my money back. They told me I could ship the sink back at my expense TO CHINA and when they received it they would give me a partial refund. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges and Litfad sent documentation which said I confirmed the sink was fine at delivery. I wasn't even here when they left it at the front door! TERRIBLE COMPANY! I will never buy anything from them again.

I do not even want to give it 1 star. They never sent me the whole order in 120 days and 100+ emails to *******@litfad.com. They do not even send me the instructions and ask me to start the installation with the partial order and when I find the missing part, they say they will ship in 4-6 weeks, and then if I find another missing part, they will ship in another 4-6 weeks, etc,. Never place an order through Litfad. They simply DO NOT care once you place the order.

Writing from Canada. This company scams you by sending the cheapest paper material lamps and deceives you showing fake pictures. Lost close to $300 as they have asked to return the junk which they shipped to me in Canada (not even worth $5). Like the other reviews have said, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They are a Chinese company with no ethics and morals and will take your money and ask you to ship $5 light for $200 shipping costs and will deduct the original shipping from you. My fellow non Chinese customers, lets sue this company and file a class action lawsuit against these crooks or else many individuals like us will fall prey to their tactics.

This company is a fraud. I paid nearly $2,000 for a rug and table from Litfad. Waited two months for delivery. The products delivered bear no resemblance to the online images. Now I read up on the company and learn it is a fraud. Have exchanged dozens of emails and they refuse to refund me.

I've lost $2,000 and am angry and embarrassed to have been scammed. I need that money back. The products are not only fraudulent knock-offs, but they are dangerous and unusuable. Can't even attach the table top to the bases. The company suggests I drill holes into the table top, which will not work, because the bolts are threaded. The items are unusable and now they say I need to ship everything back to China. This is supposedly a UK company, but it's not I've read about them scamming thousands of people.

Never buy anything from this fraudulent company.

Paid $135 for a ceiling light that, according to the photos, show its lens rotated to direct light toward ceiling. After receiving the (broken) light, its lens was fixed downward. I emailed them and they indicated the light lens couldn't be rotated to face upward, even though three photos on the product page clearly show it facing up. After TWENTY emails with them, they wore me down, refusing to replace with an alternate product, refusing to replace unless I shipped it back (which costs almost $60 back to China) and kept trying to offer me 5% and 10% credits to keep the light. What the hell am I supposed to do with a bent light that is internally cracked? The box it shipped in is a joke and I wouldn't trust to ship something across town let alone the planet. This is a $10 light in a $1 box. It's worth noting it also isn't UL listed and even if it did work, judging by the weight, would overheat and fail in a month.

Awful company stay away even if it looks like what you want STAY AWAY.

THIEVES AND FALSE ADVERTISING! Stay away and don't waste your money! After waiting 2 months I received completely different looking product that is cheap and not worth £10! Product was also damaged as company is incompetent to pack correctly! On top of that customer service is shocking, they don't understand basic English and refusing to refund! Is so ugly and cheap that is going to the bin straightaway, considering legal action for stealing money from me! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

THEY DO NOT HONOR RETURNS OF ANY KIND. The colors on their website do not match at all. I got chairs with no holes to screw into, so I have to measure and screw all my cushions into the legs from scratch, hoping I build them correctly and evenly. DO NOT BUY! UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. The quality is junk. Their customer support is a joke. I've been going back and forth with them over how to settle this. I will probably need to request a charge back on my credit card. They are a scam.
