Chairs arrived after a month pretty much as advised at time of ordering. Box was battered but chairs weren't damaged at all. No fitting instructions but easy to build. The chairs are very comfortable and exactly what we wanted. Probably not really worth the £280 for the pair but there wasn't anything else online coming up at such a cheap price. Overall am very happy with the purchase.

It's false advertising, I paid $800 for a shelves who doesn't look like the picture, no instructions manual to built it, arrived broken, very bed quality and they put hundreds of screws and small part in a plastic thank you bag!

Ordered a few pieces off of their site to save money. It's not worth it. The items are OK quality not high. Their return policy clearly states that if you don't like something I would like to return it they'll give you your money back minus the shipping fees and associate from their company told me that they would only give me 10 to 20% refund. It also takes a month or more to receive your items. They gave me the wrong tracking information for my stuff associates kept telling me that it was coming in September and it actually arrived two weeks early. They were unaware.

Tip for consumers:
Although other companies are more expensive, they are easier to work with and you get your items or refined faster. Just go with them.

I ordered a ceiling light from Litfad that was defective for $210 (+ $50 in shipping) on May 29th. I went back and forth with them about the defective item they sent me for over a month. Throughout this month of email exchanges they ignored me clearly indicating how the product they sent me did no match what I ordered from their site. They said if I was unhappy with it I could pay to ship the item back. Note, returning the product will cost you nearly $200 because they stick you with shipping it back to CHINA! Save yourself the headache, hassle and wasted money. In the end I was over the pointless email exchanges and accepted 45% refund just to throw away the fixture, which means I spend $160 just to throw away this piece of trash.

I recommend you use ANY other company than this one. Wayfair's products are very similar, they have much more reasonable return policies and their customer service is great.

Tip for consumers:
Shipping takes over a month to get to you because it's coming from China. This means you are also responsible for shipping back to China for any returns which Litfad will make you pay for (nearly $200). Everything about this ordering experience was infuriating.

Ordered a desk for my son's room 75 days ago! No desk, and no refund! They keep saying there are attacks on the Red Sea and there is a delay…. Load of rubbish. They will not refund. And keep asking to remove reviews. Have reported as fraud!

Their return process says to click a "return item" button in order to initiate a return. This button does not exist. They do not want to actually accept returns. When you email customer service, they will tell you that "they don't accept returns if the item is correct and undamaged" which would be totally understandable if their return policy didn't say they accept returns within 60 days even for undamaged items. After emailing back and forth with support, they refused to honor their own return policy and tried to offer me 5 and then 10% back. When I asked them where in their policy it said they wouldn't provide return service (vs. The part of the return policy where it clearly says THEY DO) they stopped replying entirely.

Tip for consumers:
Even though the policy stated on their website is "partial refund", they will not give a refund.

The bedframe product arrived with extra holes, pieces coming off, and the wrong size. We tried using it anyway, but it broke completely in a week almost injuring my daughter. They will not refund it

I would give this company a -10 rating, but that was not an option. I don't actually think they care about ratings, they will keep doing what they are doing as long as people send them money. I purchased a lamp that arrived with the paint chipping and it had a large dent. At first they told me how carefully they had packaged it (not true), and then they have offered me refunds - first 5%, then 10%, now we are at 40%. I have asked for their address so I can return it. And now I have heard nothing.

Save yourself the grief, and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

I ordered a $400 lamp that arrived damaged. I have been offered discounts to keep it, but it is damaged. I have asked for their return address .. but now I have not heard anything back.

In May, May partner Matt bought a salon chair from Litfad. The chair still had not arrived after 30 days. They supposedly sent out another after he complained via email. When nothing showed up again, he complained. The chair finally appeared last night, 9.6.24. When we saw the box and the state it was in, we became worried. Our worst fears were realized when we opened it. The chair had sustained serious damage. Furthermore, it is unlikely that UPS damaged it. The box contained no safety packaging at all. After my partner Matt took pictures and emailed them, he received a response today. He was given a 2% discount because they denied that they caused the damage and insisted that it was clearly done by him. You could see that it was delivered in this manner if I could upload the pictures.

It is incomprehensible that businesses—even those based in China—are allowed to advertise in North America when they have a history of defrauding people in this way. What should happen is a complete refund.

I ordered a GENUINE leather chair for £350. Just before I went to bed the deal seemed to be too good to believe so I read the reviews on all the usual platforms like this one. Every review was shocking. Thank God I had used PayPal spread over three months. I rang PayPal and told them my story and a very confident lady told me to stop worrying because she would get my money back Less than two hours later I got two emails. A very polite professional email from PayPal saying they got a full refund and a very rude email from Litfad saying MONEY PAID BACK
Thanks to everyone who warned me this was scam firm. In future I won't buy anything without checking out the company first

This company is absolutely disgusting and deceitful. I ordered 8 dinning chairs which arrived 10 weeks later! They were completely different from the advertised chairs on their website. Further to this it was damaged, torn and was cheaply made. They charge premium price for very cheap quality product. I wish I could add the pictures to show you how bad it is. Since then many exchanges of emails requesting a refund. All they have done is offering little compensation and not taking any responsibility. Please DO NOT BUY from them and save your money. I've lost £835!. I have given this company many chances to do the right thing and refund me my money but they choose to be deceitful and greedy.They have very bad business ethics and are a complete disgrace. I'm going to report them to trading standards and will contact my bank to get my money back. I've attached picture of the actual chair on their website versus what I actually received!

I ordered a piece of furniture about 2-3 months ago, still haven't recieved it. The tracking numbers they've given were bogus (not recognized by the tracking company, or universal tracking sites like 17track). They refuse refunds saying they'll refund 10% If I remove my negative reviews... all while I haven't actually recieved my $400 item, currently disputing the transaction with PayPal.

I ordered $1683.00 worth of product. 2 sinks and medicine cabinets. They sent the products by sea from China. It took one month for the products to arrive. When the products arrived they came in 2 packages and EVERY SINGLE ITEM WAS BROKEN AND DAMAGED. NOT ONE SINGLE ITEM IS SALVAGEABLE! I have taken photos of everything and sent it to the vendor and they are refusing to pick up the merchandise and issue my refund in full. I keep getting emails asking for me to accept a new shipment and promises of them packaging the product the correct way this time around. They sent the product in a cheap wood frame and broken pieces of foam. They knew it would arrive broken as I have never in my life seen such a poor job of packaging a heavy product for overseas shipment.
I have sent photos and copies of the vendors emails along with a link of reviews from trust pilot to my bank. They will be assisting in getting my money back from the vendor. I have called my elected official's in Sacramento and Washington DC. This company needs to be shut down from operating due to their illegal and unethical business practices. I urge anyone that has had a problem with this company to reach out to your local elected official such as the Assemblyman that represents your district. Provide them with photos and emails of the companies business tactics. Together we can insure that this company gets shut down and that no other customer has to go through this agonizing experience.

Not a legitimate company! Bought a light for $1100 and it was nothing but some fabric covering some unpainted wires. Not to mention, it arrived completely damaged. A friend had a similar experience.

They offered to refund if I shipped it back to China and pay customs fee. Of course this is not feasible as the broken item is big and they know it. They probably won't refund anyway.

Wrote Amex and they won't help despite fraudulently bad product as they offered to refund. Amex said quality is not their responsibility, which is true, but protecting customers from having paid $1000 for a $5 product should be.

I had no choice but to accept Litfad's offer for a 50% refund. BUT THEY REQUIRED ME TO CHANGE THIS REVIEW TO 5 STARS BEFORE THEY WILL PROCESS! See below: "we need you to modify the star rating to 5 stars or rewrite a 5-star review so that we will have the authority to submit the 50% refund application.We won't ask you to lie and claim that our product is perfect. You can provide feedback on your real experience, just show that you are satisfied with our processing results and give us five stars"

I'm sorry there is not an option for 0 stars. This is the temu (trash) site for furnishings. I ordered what I thought was a European upholstered king bed frame. I scoped out so many options, but I did not scope out the reviews of Litfad before purchasing. The web description was lovely; metal frame with storage below, fully pillowed head board and box frame with "leather". Upon receipt, it was clear I had made a costly mistake. The pillowy head board was puckered and not full at all. The "leather" box frame is flimsy and the fabric is haphazardly stapled around the base. The pine wood slatted frame on which the mattress sits is pathetic; split in places, and not at all sturdy. Slats began to separate from frame first night mattress was in place. I'm still in the process of resolving the issue; I'm requesting the metal frame for the support of the mattress as I'm willing to make due with the cheap looking headboard and box frame. I'm guessing there is no metal frame, so I'm going to construct a sturdier one of decent material. Apparently, as mentioned in other reviews, the site pics are stock, because the product I received in no way resembles the website photos / description. Shame on me for expecting more. Shame on Litfad for supplying such shabby products and poor customer service.

UPDATE ON ORDER #******* from Litfad

Spent £1503 on 2 sideboards from litfad. Took 3 months to arrive. Only one arrived and other was in bits, cardboard box held together by string. I did not accept the delivery as was clearly damaged.

I have read all the reviews, on here and reddit, which claim litfad send out cheap products, that take months to arrive, then refuse to give refunds, or offer 10% refunds etc. this is clearly their business model, to send out cheap items and make profit by refusing to give refunds. They also blackmail you to remove reviews on trustpilot, claiming to increase the amount offered in refund if you remove the review.

I have straight away involved the fraud department of my bank, who are investigating the case for me and hopefully to attempt to stop this company trading in the UK.

So far, they have claimed that I have received my package, when I dod not accept it, and have said they can only consider any form of refund if I send them 6 photos of box and 6 photos of the item... that I dont have.

I will continue to update the trust pilot readers on my dealings with the company and the banks investigation into them.

Safe to say... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A TOTAL FRAUDULENT SCAM.

If they do refund me in full, I will let you know on here... but dont hold your breath..

To warn others:
I have ordered 2 side tables for my bedroom which were supposed to be solid wood top and beautiful oak finish.
I must say that when the parcels arrived, I was extremely excited as the photos and description on company's website were great and I loved the items I was supposed to receive.
However, when I opened the 1st package I almost burst out in tears. What I have received is not even remotely similar to what I expected. We have decided to build one of the units just to see how badly manufactured it was.
The product is shabby and made to, what I can describe as no standard at all. Parts came damaged and not fully finished. The bits of CHIP board, not wood, are covered with ill-fitting lining and you can see the corners of the board inside! Also, the lining was chipped in a few places anyway. The holes for screws and sides were not fully made so we had to clear them through and drill bits of holes in order to be able to put things together. There are no runners for drawers, so they are loose and just hanging there when you pull them out. The legs seem to be finished with what I deem is wood like looking crafting paper used by children for projects at school! Also glued in wonky.
The list of faults is endless.
If I could give them minus stars I would.
I was certainly deceived by what they have put on website in picture and description of the product. I have spent over 200 pounds on something that is worth possibly 20.
It is also extremely disappointing that when I wanted to post the feedback on the Litfad website under the product review I was immediately blocked as I tried to give no stars to this item.
And then, after I have contacted them to raise a complain and request the refund i was insulted with the offer of 5%! Which in the end ended up with the final offer of 30% after a few emails there and back. I have sent them photos of all damage and described the issues we had and even photos of item from the website and item they have sent side to side and they still claimed there are only minor issues! Absolutely unbelievable.
Therefore, to whomever might consider buying from Litfad company, i would strongly discourage.

I ordered a plant stand - took over 31 days to get via back and forth emails they said ships from CHINA. Received the UGLY plant stand. It was NOT what I ordered - had marks all over it from the crappy packaging they did. Disputed with my bank for full refund. I sent all photos in. You can see what they advertise is not what you get. HORRIBLE Customer Service
Took a month to arrive. Box damaged, the furniture in literal pieces. TERRIBLE customer service, just like the other reviews! Asked for a full refund, and they want to "negotiate" with you, and not listen to the refund request. WHO does that?! They first offered just a replacement. When I kept saying no, I wanted a refund, they then offered replacement plus 5% refund. Then replacement plus 15%. Finally I charged it back to the card. This is what they need more of, to wake them up to reality and scamming doesn't pay!
