Chairs arrived after a month pretty much as advised at time of ordering. Box was battered but chairs weren't damaged at all. No fitting instructions but easy to build. The chairs are very comfortable and exactly what we wanted. Probably not really worth the £280 for the pair but there wasn't anything else online coming up at such a cheap price. Overall am very happy with the purchase.
It's false advertising, I paid $800 for a shelves who doesn't look like the picture, no instructions manual to built it, arrived broken, very bed quality and they put hundreds of screws and small part in a plastic thank you bag!

I ordered a chair that was supposed to be an office chair. Instead a received what I would call at best a campaign chair of extremely poor quality. Just have a look at the photos so you can see that I am not exaggerating at all.
When I contacted customer service to return the item and get a refund, they replied mentioning that I would have to pay shipping costs from UK to China.
On their site they state that you would have to pay shipping costs to return the item, but there is no way of knowing how much that would be and on the invoice shipping costs are actually clearly stated as zero.
Throughout my correspondence with them they have tried hard to settle for a partial refund, making it obvious that the chair is of such low cost that even if they provide a 40% refund to you they are still making tons of profit.
So the overall scum is that you cannot get a full refund, else you are stuck with paying insane money on shipping costs.

I purchased a coffee table in mid-August and the company said that it would take 30-40 days with express service, which I paid. I followed up on day 40 (10/3) and they told me that it would be shipped soon. When I reminded them that I had paid for express service and it was day 40, they followed up and said that it shipped. When I asked for the tracking number, they said to wait a few days as they didn't have the tracking number. On 10/13, I requested the tracking number. Again, they said it will be shipped soon. When I reminded them that they told me it shipped on 10/3, they said that it had shipped but to wait several days for a tracking number. Same response they gave me on 10/3. I told them I want to be refunded for the express delivery since they were unable to ship by this date and they said they couldn't do that because the shipper was paid. No idea how that's possible if the order has not shipped. I have no idea if I would ever get this product so I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. Thankfully, I purchased through PayPal and submitted a claim. I made every effort to resolve the issue and have my item shipped but they kept asking me to close the claim. When I asked when it would ship, they said 4 more weeks.

There should be a zero star category. I bought three items totaling thousand of dollars (large furniture). ALL ITEMS were INCORRECT, MISSING PARTS AND DAMAGED. You get what you pay for; a lot of cool styles but EVERYTHING else is a sham. Poor quality and finish and EXTREMELY SLOW shipping, EVEN WHEN YOU PAY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING!
Then when it arrives and you need to assemble it, the instructions you get to do it looks like it was copied a thousand times that same day and you simply can't see what to assemble. Lastly, NOT ALL THE PARTS ARE THERE and you have to wait another 2 months to get those from China! JUST DON'T DO IT - IT'S A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!

Unfortunately, I did not read reviews before purchasing a coffee table from Litfad. As with most of the other reviews here, the table was trash and not what was shown on the site. I tried to request a refund and return but Litfad only offered 20% or I could return the table for a full refund (less the cost of the initial shipping). The cost to ship from the US to China would exceed any refund I would get.
I purchased through PayPal and opened a dispute. I documented all communications, sent photos of the actual product received and the advertised product, and reviews from this site. I outlined the scam Litfad performs:
1. Falsely advertises a product
2. Sends trash product
3. Offers small discount to customer
4. Only offers refund (less initial shipping) if the product is returned.
5. Return shipping outweighs the cost of refund, so buyer is essential stuck with the product.
Additionally, Litfad will claim that you "signed" for the product and if you were unhappy you could have refused the product. I did not sign and the product was place in my garage. Go to the FedEx tracking page and it will say very clearly "No signature required". Send this as part of your follow-up dispute details - catch them in their lie.
I received a full refund from PayPal and still have the (garbage) table. Most major credit cards will make the dispute process even easier. Good luck.

Do not use this company having order a computer desk for my autistic son then waiting for 2months it arrived in a scruffy torn box on opening box to start assembly quickly realised that half the desk top was missing we got in touch with them they asked for the dimensions of the missing part which we sent to them they agreed to send this to me. Having trying to explain to my son why he could not have his desk yet we then waited a further 2months a delivery arrived I was given a package that was half the size of my arm and as wide as my hand new immediately this was not what I had been waiting for. Opened it to find a slat of wood that was broken in half not the other half of the desk that was described as part b in the assembly instructions I was furious as I now had to explain yet again to my son who had been asking all the time when he could have is desk. When contacting this company again they said the matter is now closed and we're satisfied they had completed this deal.all that we can do now is take the package to the skip as I CANT put together half a desk this cost 133 pound and was is birthday present. Please don't use this scam so called company.

I bought a total of two bed frames, and both headboards were broken when they arrived. After contacting their customer service, They started to say that they would give me some money back, and I replied that I just need to send back the headboard that I can use, and they refunded $160 to me on their own initiative,And they promised to resend the two headboards to me, and then I only received one of the headboards., Then I contacted the customer service again, they told me to wait to send it back to me, after I waited for another 50 days, there was no information about my headboard, and no reply was given to me when I contacted again!
The picture below is the broken headboard I received, do you think this headboard is still useless? You have to spend money to buy a quilt and spend time contacting a company that doesn't answer your emails at any time, and they don't have a company contact number at all, you can't contact anyone who can be responsible, or they don't want to be responsible at all!

It's a scam, do not buy anything from Litfad. Unfortunately I did bought a wardrobe from this company and paid £748.90, I have received pieces of broken panels, glass doors are missing, all the assembly accessories are missing. I won't be surprised if they are sending same box again and again to people, it surely looks this way by the state of it.
By the amount of bad reviews that I've been reading so far I can see that they had been operating in the last 2-3 years, hundreds of people had been scammed. Getting refund is impossible, it's been so far maybe 40 emails backwards and forwards. They are suggesting that I will send back to them the wardrobe, I just checked it will cost me between £400-£600 to get that 2 meters large box to them full of broken panels. Also they are saying that whatever they had paid to the shipping company which it around £250 will be deducted from refund. So I'm stuck with large box of broken panels in my living room…
So far contacted HSBC, I had paid by my credit card hopefully they will investigate this.
I am going to contact, Google, PayPal, and everyone else who I can to stop them from scamming people.

Item faulty after just 21 days of operation. Customer support demanding video footage of fault as evidence, but variously claiming to be unable to open an mp4 file or to see both audio and video. Stuck for four hours in roundabout of resending mp4 videos which their codecs can't open. They will not escalate to a manager. They admitted the item is faulty but despite this will only refund it to them. There is no further recourse. I've spent $600 on an item which is faulty (and also NOT UP TO AUSTRALIAN ELECTRICAL CODE). STAY AWAY!

Dear Future customers of Litfad,
This is to inform you to stay clear of Litfad online businesses, particularly those living outside China. Litfad is an online scam organisation that uses similar patterns and tricks to defraud its customers. Their online products are either enhanced images or 3-D images. The quality of their products can only be compared to being useless. I bought an office table from Litfad on April 6,2023, with a delivery period of two weeks. Behold, the table was delivered after three months. The table looks good on their website, but when the table was delivered, all components were shattered (broken into pieces), and the wood was made of carbon paper. I contacted Litfad, and they started offering me percentage discounts of 5%, 10%, and 20%, respectively, to stop me from asking for a refund. However, when I insisted on a refund, Litfad gave a condition that was disproportionate, with an intent to force the product on me.
Litfad asked me to send the table to an address in China, which Litfad has provided. The cost of the table was £244.97 GBP, and the return cost was £330 GBP. Litfad has stolen my money and given me a useless and malfunctioning table in return.
My recommendation to future Litfad customers living in the UK, Europe, or outside China is: Do Not patronise Litfad online businesses; otherwise, you will be scammed and live to regret your action.
Litfad desires no star, but to allow me submit this review I have chosen 1 star because there is no option of a zero star.

I've bought many things online over the years, but the sofa from LitFad is the worst thing I've ever had the misfortune to buy.It came in a cheap, nasty fabric that was described as being linen in the ad'. The colour wasn't anything like as described & I paid extra for the latex foam, which it isn't.The overall quality is disgusting & I'm embarrassed to have it in my home.The company reinforce the negative stereotypes that are associated with goods from China & their customer "service" is so unhelpful as to be almost meaningless. Anyone considering buying anything from this company is duly warned. I think anyone with a similar experience should share on social media. Trading standards are now involved & they have the power to stop a company from trading in the UK. P.S. This company sells NON UL CERTIFIED products and sends them to the US illegally then refuses to give your money back and sends you suspicious paperwork that says they are UL certified but won't send you one as a replacement that is UL certified. And when you want to return it for this very same reason. THEY give you back 10% of your purchase price and you also need to pay for shipping back to CHINA to receive it. Our LICENSED ELECTRICIAN REFUSED to put up there light fixture for the very reasons mentioned above. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THEY DO NOT DERSEVE TO DO BUSINESS IN THE US. Ordered a really cool desk from Litfad. It took 6 weeks to be delivered and when it showed up the packaging was ripped and torn and crumpled. After opening the packages the entire desktop was cracked. Also other components were also cracked and scratched. No assembly instructions were included. (I was told they are "not ready yet"!)
I contacted them via email and they said they would send me a new desktop in 5 - 6 weeks time. I let them now other pieces were damaged, the hardware box was ripped open and I have no instructions to assemble. I asked they pick up the desk and refund my money. All they kept saying is we'll send a new top even though other pieces were damaged. They refused to acknowledge that the entire desk as delivered is unusable. They refused to pick up the desk and said I would have to pay to send it back to CHINA! They did offer my a % off to keep it even though I told them is UNUSEABLE! Why would I keep it?

I wish I did research on the company and their reviews before purchasing a $230 POS desk chair from their website. The issues started right after I made the purchase. I saw it said "shipped" right after purchase but then saw that it wouldn't be here for a month. I contacted customer service on their website and they said they can't cancel an order after it's been shipped. So I begrudgingly waited for the order to arrive. It finally arrived almost a month after the purchase date. I open it up, notice some issues right away. Hanging threads everywhere, hole in the right arm of the chair, and the back of the chair doesn't even lock making it essentially unusable besides just an uncomfortable stool on wheels. I contacted customer service through litfad's website where they directed me to email *******@litfad.com, who handle's all of their after delivery issues. After giving them my information and sending them pictures of the damage and the box itself, all they could offer me was 5% of my money back if I kept the chair. I said no. Then it became a game of haggling where they offered 10% back, I said no. They offered 20% back, I said no. They then offered 30% back and reminded me that I would be responsible for the shipping costs back to China. After a bit of googling, I realized that it would cost more than the chair is worth to send it back to China. So I accepted the 30% of my money back. This was a very expensive mistake and I hope if anyone is reading this, they stay away from this website, unless they're willing to risk disappointment for the cool looking furniture they have on their website.

I wish I read this site before placing an order of $570+ for a coffee table with Litfad. It came in extremely poor packaging with broken woods and nails sticking out. It was literally dangerous to move into the house and unpack, with broken woods and nails sticking out. The stone table top has a big crack across, there were scratches on all the legs, the hinges are all bent. It was in such a poor condition that they are dangerous to put up and assemble, not to mention that they used sticky taps to wrap the entire table and the glue stay on the table top and underneath. When I contacted their customer service for a refund, sending them all the proof of defects, they said what can offer is we keep the table and get a 10% refund! WFT?! They said they locate in Fosun China, its gonna be costly and time consuming to return. They said I also had to bear all shipping cost involved which I found ridiculous when they sent a broken table to a customer who needs to be responsible. Now I have an headache just to get rid of the trashy table as I can't return, dont get the refund and need to trash it. This is indeed the worse shopping experience of all. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH LITFAD. Stay away from Chinese buyers (where they call themselves the world factory)!

I have furnished my attic with dresser, bed, and two nightstands All came in good condition. I had frequent contact with the company which answered every email the same day often the same hour. The queen bed was OK quality its a just lower end wood but very attractive and matches, and looks like it did in the online pics. The dresser and nightstand are of a better "rubber wood" finish which I like very much. The pricing was appropriate for what I got. The dresser I think is worth more than what they charge but it comes entirely in pieces and every piece has to be put together About 3 hours but went together fairly well (minor task but had to move a few drill holes) looks very nice, drawers have a nice solid feel. I had a minor indent in one or two places that don't really show. I mentioned that and got $50 back which I didn't ask for, as I am quite happy with the dresser And lastly, a related company on Amazon, Craftthink, sold me the bed I thought it came with drawers under it but it didn't I mentioned that to Craftthink and Litfad and they sent the drawers no extra charge even though it was my mistake and the drawers should have added a couple of hundred cost. At least with me they have been excellently responsive and I am very happy with my dealings Their responsiveness was timely as well IMO generous.

Litfad stole $185.38 that Klarna helped them get. Do not use either; they are scamming people. I purchased a distressed, huge rug from Lifdat in March 2023. It did not show. Lifdat assured me they would resolve the problem in June. Fed Ex brought a damaged box; you could see the rug was the wrong rug. I refused the rug, Fed Ex took it with him. Litfad pretended they didn't understand what happened or whatcI was talking about. They wouldn't speak to me only email. I called and spoke to Klarna 2x, and emailed them. I alway got do not respond to this email. Litfad wont speak to on the phone by email they act like they dont understand. Klarna sure took the money from my account anyway knowing i did not receive my product. Both are probably Chinese who are hard up for cash! Beware, don't use either. You will get scammed. BBB, HERE WE COME!
