Chairs arrived after a month pretty much as advised at time of ordering. Box was battered but chairs weren't damaged at all. No fitting instructions but easy to build. The chairs are very comfortable and exactly what we wanted. Probably not really worth the £280 for the pair but there wasn't anything else online coming up at such a cheap price. Overall am very happy with the purchase.
It's false advertising, I paid $800 for a shelves who doesn't look like the picture, no instructions manual to built it, arrived broken, very bed quality and they put hundreds of screws and small part in a plastic thank you bag!
I received my order, it got missing parts, no instructions! We barely assembled it with our own screws and attachments I have to buy everything separately as it came without nothing! I paid cosmic price for this office piece! I can't even call it desk no more as it came all loose! With missing parts.
Please don't ever try ordering from this site the wait time was 12 weeks and then it took me another two weeks to figure it out how to assemble it! I regret for spending this much money on their website! It comes straight from "China" the quality is very bad, very cheap! It's not even worth a quarter of the price I paid for my order.

I ordered a cal king size bed from Litfad. We put it together, despite the fact that paint kept on chipping off of the metal frame. It was for a guestroom, so we thought we would hire somebody to repaint the bed. Once we put it all together, we tried to put the mattress on it. Lo and behold, the bed is 3 to 4 inches too short. We tried to put the mattress on it. Hard to believe that when you order a California king size bed, you got a non-specific size frame. I repeatedly wrote to Litfad ( there is no phone number) asking them to pick up the bed and refund my money. First they offer 10%, then 20%, then 30%, then 40%, like it was some kind of running joke. Finally, I told them I would just deal with visa. When I called Visa, they said they would handle a 100% refund due to the fraudulent nature of this company.

Ordered a children's desk. Paid $150. It came dented and chipped but the worst part was the legs were RUSTED shut. They offered me 5% return. Or new legs. I can't change the legs because the screws are covered in rust. It's as if it was already rusty they just spray painted on top of it. What a joke. Dispute the charges with your bank. It's the only way to get your money back from them.

Stay away at all costs. Cheap, falling apart junk. I spent $246 on three ceiling lights. They literally had cracks and burn marks, yet the company refused to refund any more than $35 of my purchase price. Do not throw your money away.

I'm really not someone who writes reviews, but I thought these scammers need to be exposed. The MO is the same, good website, products look great, they have a "guarantee return policy" blah blah blah… the truth is the quality is cheap chinese made, no lightbulbs, you basically have to build the lamp yourself (with no instructions btw) only to find out that the lamp looks nothing like the one online. But hey no big deal, "14 day money back guaranteed" right. That's when they real nightmare begins, I won't bother you with the long list of vague emails, asking irrelevant questions just wasting time, and I'll cut to the chase. They will order to refund 10% of what you paid them, that's if you're willing to ship the lamp back and it's in the same shape, good luck. Really not worth it, for the price you're paying you can buy better products from reputable companies. DO NOT buy anything from these criminals.

I received it 2 months later even though I paid for fast delivery. It came completely broken every piece had damage on it and probably because the material was just horrible. I wish I would have looked up their reviews before buying. So if you are looking here please please save your money and buy elsewhere. The customer service answers but they asked for pictures of the damage well they received all 74 of them. We bought a corner bookshelf with 315 dollars. A box of craps! We were expecting a decent quality given the money we spent. However, you received a box with very low quality material plus cracks and chips on every piece. If they look for customer service, They only have an email address from their website and no phone number you can reach. If you sent complain, an email will reply back to you immediately with 10% refund offer. I wish to give them 10% just to pick up the junks and send me the furniture that matches their advertised. I ordered a bench that was described as dark brown. What was delivered was reddish brown. See photos, When I tried to return, I got the same run around with them offering me tiny fractions of a discount of the price with a percentage increase every time I said no (we landed at 30% after starting at 5%) or me sending it back at my cost with original delivery fees also at my cost. These items are shipped from CHINA so shipping back is a ridiculous option. My bad for not realizing this stuff is all made in China. My bad for not reading reviews before I did business with them. Never again.

I've request a refund due to the horrible quality bar stools, the hydraulics do not work and they are leaking, pieces that screw into the bottom of the chair are bent, the fabric over the buttons are not tappers/ tucked properly, I've sent pictures like they requested and they still are acting as if they dint see the issues with their cheaply made and in usable stools.It also took them 7 weeks to receive this crap I can't even use. I've asked them to send fed ex to come pick it back up and refund me my money!

After waiting 3 months my 2000. 00 server came to me in a destroyed box. The server consisted of over 30 pieces that all needed to be assembled (ikea) but there was no instructions. Have of the parts were missing and the ones that were there are broken… see pics. I tried to call. No phone number. Emailed them back and forth and essentially they are not refunding unless i pay the several hundreds of dollars in shipping cost. There are far too many sites that offer quality furniture with great return policies. I have learned my lesson.

I spent 290 dollars on a chandelier and it came many weeks later with faded assembly instructions. I had to contact to get instructions and then realized that nothing had been wired. There were 126 small wires attached to nothing. Support just kept sending the same instructions again which had nothing about any of this. Fixture was also extremely lightweight and they told me I would have to pay very expensive shipping to return it. Run, don't walk away!

I received the chairs after 2 months of ordering which I knew from the start. The problem came in when they arrived. There were no screws included to attach the seat to the base. They were all damaged, the legs were scratched and paint pulled off. The bases are so scratched that I'm embarrassed to even put them out. Poor quality. I reached out right away and they said they would send me new legs. After 3 weeks I receive an email that they are going to start my order soon. Forget about getting your money back, that's not gonna happen. I would never ever buy anything from them. It was the first and last time!

Absolute rubbish. Long delivery but this was noted. Item received did not accurately reflect what their listing showed, it was a much inferior product which did not operate as it should & had damage.
Raised issue with them stating unhappy & item not as described. They kept trying to offer tiny fraction of cost refund or I send back at my cost & refund would have original delivery cost deducted. Absolute crooks. Fraud written all over their operation.

We ordered a wooden light two weeks ago and although it came within 10 days, the light is not well made, it isn't even wired for globe sockets. There are paint marks on the top and its terrible quality. Stay clear as you can from these people. It's not what you see online.

I ordered 6 Blue dining chairs on 3 September for $1,200. Tardy delivery date and product was the wrong color. I'd ordered Blue and received Green. I was then accused of being confused by my device definition which I could only prove by blatant side by side comparison. I opened the box but did not remove the product. They looked cheap, heavily photo shopped on their website and not worth the $1,200 AUD I'd spent. Only after proving I wasn't lying was I told on 6 October that a replacement would arrive in 4-5 weeks and to keep the green chairs. After 9 weeks I followed up and they hadn't even processed, these were needed for Christmas. I demanded a refund or express delivery in 2 weeks. They told me to cover the cost for returning the wrong product they'd delivered and best refund without me doing this would be $700. After over 3 MONTHS of reasoning, and exhausting email exchange I gave up. Worst customer service I've received, cheap air brushed product and just don't go near them!

I purchased a sputnik style light with 15 bulbs, none of the internal wiring was completed and the wiring is not color coded for north American standards. My father, an electrical engineer had to solder different portions of the light together in order to make it work. Avoid.

Product is not even a quarter of the size it is in the photograph arrived with no receipt no safety certificate and the ceiling rose part missing on contacting was offered a 5% discount to keep said item which is far too small and would only fit a large dolls house offers have risen to 30 % my other alternative is to pay 32 pounds to ship it back with no guarantee of refund. You can see the beautiful item in the second photo the first is the one I received
