Chairs arrived after a month pretty much as advised at time of ordering. Box was battered but chairs weren't damaged at all. No fitting instructions but easy to build. The chairs are very comfortable and exactly what we wanted. Probably not really worth the £280 for the pair but there wasn't anything else online coming up at such a cheap price. Overall am very happy with the purchase.

It's false advertising, I paid $800 for a shelves who doesn't look like the picture, no instructions manual to built it, arrived broken, very bed quality and they put hundreds of screws and small part in a plastic thank you bag!

I ordered a shoe rack 10.29, for $198.11, paid with PayPal. Confirmation estimated the delivery date of 11.22.23. On the 25th I checked the shipping status and it appeared it hadn't been shipped yet so I reached out to customer service. Now they are saying the delivery date is estimated at Jan 11,2024 and issued a new tracking number. Oh, and they changed the price to $302.43. I wrote back saying I want to cancel my order but they claimed I can't because it has shipped but have provided no proof or that. Of course this is being shipped from Shanghai. I have had only bad luck ordering products I later found were coming from China. I tried to upload proof of purchase but pdf was not accepted.

Are you missing a table top? We received two of them, and the smaller one "yours" is broken.
Do you have a box of hardware (sliders, hinges, legs and screws?) We have a cabinet without it:-(((((((
What I thought was 6 white "planks" in the box of the cabinet and thought "aahh horrible looking shelves". Turned out to be our fancy doors.
Want to return something? No problem, send it back to us in CHINA in ORIGINAL unopened boxes! (What is pretty hard to do when the box where it came in was already totally broken.
STAY AWAY from this company!

Just the table... cabinet had no hardware and only got the bottom of the chairs.

$#*!en piece of $#*!, wrong color no instructions. Didn't even have all the pieces. Don't buy from this website literally trash! Took forever too! Not worth it $#*! litfad. Honestly doesn't even deserve 1 star.

This LitFad is carbage complete was of time and money. Im out $250 ordered a light that I never got. They have been just giving me the run around no help at all to find out what happened or how to get my a remplacement. Please buy from some one else Im so up set.

Beware, The websites states you have 60 days to return products. However, they DO NOT TAKE return items. I waited 6 weeks for my lights. The lights were described as high end however they were cheap plastic. When they arrived within the hour I contacted Liftad to state I wanted to return the lights. I was told they would not take the lights back. I have ordered many thinks over the year never left bad feed back.

I purchased two light fixtures. One never came and the other is for 220V electric - our home is 110v which is what we ordered but not what we received. When I reached out, they said we could use 110v bulbs in it - not sure where I was supposed to get those from or why I was expected to search around to find bulbs that would fit, then pay for them. I explained the that fixture is 220v and that won't work in a 110V home - they said to get an electrician. There is no phone number and the only way to reach them is by email or chat. The chat was useless as they direct you back to email. Stay away from this company! I have filed a dispute on the charges.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! This company is a scam! It is not one star, but ZERO! In a couple of months, they will send to you an item that will be scary to even install. You won't be able to get your money refunded in an easy way, not from PayPal or from your bank. You will be asked to send it back to warehouse in China at your own cost (approx. $100)! I have no desire to go into details with my case, just wanted to warn everybody who thinks these deals on the site are attractive. LitFad is a total scam! Keep your money and save your time.

Ordered not realizing that they were based in China. Waited for 2+ months for my product to arrive. Finally received my console table with a cracked marble top - was I contributed to poor packing. The marble top is glued to to the table at the factory so no individual pieces that can be easily replaced. They recognized that and promised replacement piece. Waited another two months for a promised replacement table and top and to my surprise only received the marble top - which they confirmed was not what I should have received. When they insisted to ship me another replacement I said "no I had enough" - 6 months later). Asked for a refund and asked them taking their defective product back. Surprise...received this message today "Our base is in China. You need pay the return shipping fee and clearance fee if you insist returning your order back, after we received the return parcel, we will proceed with the refund.Pls consider again."

I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. Be careful buying from these folks. Might be a bit cheaper but not worth the hassle and poor customer service.

Get ready for the ol' switcheroo with Litfad!. Looks great online with a lux gold finish, then you get mailed a similar-looking, lower priced item with a gaudy yellow sparkle finish. I contacted customer service to report the product as misrepresented, but they plainly say there are no returns. I can't believe this company can be all over Google with their fraud.

I ordered a stool on April 15 or 16. I received an email that a Fed Ex label had been created... but after over a week, no further tracking info was available. I'm now told that I won't receive this order for at least another 2 months. Burned again by China. My fault for not checking to see where this was shipping from, but I'll never order another product shipping from China again. And they won't allow me to cancel my order. Unhappy.

I ordered a toilet for a renovation project. The item arrived shattered. They wont refund my money and only want to ship a new one which will take up to 3 months and the contractors are waiting. I had to buy another unit while I wait for my credit card company to handle the dispute. Horrible customer service, dishonorable company, unethical business practices with regards to providing refunds. Stay away, I certainly learned my lesson the hard way. It was hard for me to honestly even give them a 1 star!
Also - I cant seem to upload the photo but trust me, it was a shattered mess.

Horrible experience, dishonorable company - avoid at all cost.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Took them 6 weeks to ship me a plain white $130 coffee table. I initially received an email I would receive it by April 15th. Just received it today. It came with only 2 pieces and both were broken. They refuse to reimburse me my money but are willing to take 10% off of the price. How does that help. $13 off of a broken table. STAY AWAY from Litfad!

Do not purchase from LITFAD. Terrible customer service. And I have only received half of my order which was one wooden cabinet. Why it can in multiple deliveries I will never understand. And makes it useless when you don't receive all of the packages. I have been chasing for 3mths now. Appalling service. They just say it has been delivered but clearly now. They take zero ownership or even try and help. So rude. Do not purchase

Bought solid wood small table. Arrived damaged. Despite pics sent to cs and being charged insurance, they refuse to refund money or process return. There solution is to send a base and screws. This table does not have screws and i do not do furniture repairs. They are not honorable. Proceed with caution, I do not recommend purchasing from Litfad.

Do not purchase from here. Item ships from China. If there is issue, you will likely not get resolution that is satisfactory.

I purchased a light fixture, that unbeknownst to me was being shipped from China. Took 46 days to arrive when outlined on the web sight it would take up to 30 days if shipped to the US. Hired a professional electrician to install the light fixture & it did not work. Contacted customer service & asked for a mailing label to ship the product back and for a refund and they refused both. I was told that I had to pay for the shipping and would give me a 20% refund. Totally not acceptable!

I will never buy another product from Litfid as products are inferior and customer service not accommodating when item does not work. Luckily I was able to dispute the charge on my credit card.

Products are inferior and shipped/made in China . Refund policy is bogus.

Total scam site. It's insane that they're allowed to stay in business in this day and age with these business practices.

The chat assistant straight up trolled me. Every time I asked if they could just verify whether or not there was a way to cancel unshipped/unprocessed orders on the site, they just copy-pasted the same message saying if I had any issues I had to contact customer support and they'd e-mail me back.

This company is a joke.

Ordered bath fixture for $138. Product pieces did not fit together and when I tried to tighten a loose end piece it fell off in my hand, only to leave a bearing stuck inside the fixture with no access to it. Company only offering to send parts for repair but with no access to the inside of the fixture how can it be fixed? BUYER BEWARE!

Terrible experience. I purchased a light from litfad not knowing where they were based as I'd searched UK companies in Google, the light did not work, they sent me a new part for the light expecting me to fit it in the light myself, hahaha, ridiculous when you've paid 200 pounds for a light, non the less I got an electrician out who deemed the light dangerous and not fit for purpose. Litfad said they will accept the light back but I have to pay to ship it to China, since when do we pay to send faulty goods back, the seller should be providing a postage label. Steer clear of litfad, awful awful company. This complaint with them has now been ongoing since the beginning of August and I'm now down 200 quid for the litfad light and 120 quid for a light I had to purchase from dunelm so my daughter had a main light in her room to do her homework under. Disgusting company.

The company sent me a $2500 table that looks like a toy! Poorly made, nothing fits and now I'm stuck and they won't give me my money back! They react you that you made the mistake and they surely made a giant maid take. Do not order form here - you will regret it.

The badiest service I have ever received. The product was done in CHina with very low quality. They never inform any where about it take 3 to 4 month to ship the product to the UK and have a lousy chat support that replies like a bot. Extremely disappointed.

The package arrive after 4 moonth and partsd of it where broken! And with super cheap packaging.

I would never buy from them and would advice other not to do the same.

Save you energy and money... simply rubbish.

Hello!

I purchased two desks from this stupid scam of a company (over $1200) and never received the desks. It's been 2 months now! I have asked for a refund over and over but they refuse to give me one.

Now the most recent email received stated that I could get a full refund if only I left a good review for them. They would then refund immediately!

What a scam company. Don't buy from these people. They are not what they say they are.

If they do not refund me for my purchase that I NEVER received, I will then next post the email they sent holding my refund hostage until I give them a good review.

What a joke.

I bought a butterfly shaped LED chandelier from them through AMAZON. Installation was not too bad, some of the butterfly crystals broke, they offered to ship immediately. Then after installation the wire-shorted and burnt, not sure if it was the light or the installation, however they replaced the whole set, no questions asked. It did take 1 month to get a replacement, but it came. Hope it doesnt burn out again, its been a year with the chandelier now.

They will not allow any returns. Even if you were to receive the exact item elsewhere such as Amazon - buy it because Amazon will allow returns. This company is horrendous to deal with. I am disputing the charge with LItfad and Capital One.

We ordered 2 products from Litfad on Oct 27th 2022 totally $8,000. We STILL have not received our products and customer service has deemed them "lost" but has yet to rectify the situation. They offered to send replacements but that can take 4 to 5 weeks, I asked if given the circumstances if there was any way to get them here faster. They replied that they would try to locate our products and get back to us. They also said if we don't hear back in 2 days to reach back out to them. I cannot attest to the quality of their furniture as we still don't have them, however there seems to be some shady things going on with customer service and their preferred shipping partner. I highly recommend you skip the headache and shop elsewhere.
