Chairs arrived after a month pretty much as advised at time of ordering. Box was battered but chairs weren't damaged at all. No fitting instructions but easy to build. The chairs are very comfortable and exactly what we wanted. Probably not really worth the £280 for the pair but there wasn't anything else online coming up at such a cheap price. Overall am very happy with the purchase.
It's false advertising, I paid $800 for a shelves who doesn't look like the picture, no instructions manual to built it, arrived broken, very bed quality and they put hundreds of screws and small part in a plastic thank you bag!
I've ordered a corner glass curio cabinet. It should have come in 3 separate boxes (never got this information from the Seller). Received 2 boxes - no notification from the Seller that the 3rd one was damaged in transit and Fedex returned it back to the Seller.
Opened both boxes (paid for moving them upstairs and for the assembly) - both boxes had damaged parts. And that's when we figured out that 3rd box is missing
Contacted Litfad right away requesting the full refund. They offered replacement, but I was already too dissatisfied with overall quality, so I insisted on the full refund. The response was weird: "we will only refund you 50% or you can return it back to us at your own expense, plus we will not refund the cost of original shipment".
All the way through the email exchange I had the feeling I was talking to a bot, as half of my replies were just ignored and never I got a name or a contact information of a real person.
I've filed the claim with PayPal - will see how it goes. If that fails, will have to escalate the claim to my credit card company
I am really upset - the design was great and I haven't seen anything similar anywhere else - matched perfectly what I was looking for

I've never seen that bad quality of furniture. Have you ever had Ikea furniture - so it's a business class furniture comparing with a pile of trash I got. And price 5 time more expensive (I payed about $1100 for my bookshelf).
First of all the package was poorly packed so all edges were broken, most of the panels of my bookshelf were dented or cracked, in some panel was color leak, glass fixed to doors with a cord and popped nails. The quality of doors you can see from attached pictures - awful. Color is not as in the website: glossy, the kind of wood comes from 50th. Every little details here were unacceptable quality. Random number of screws (not enough to assemble).
The instruction looks more like just a pic with and without doors, but it is not for my bookcase I ordered (I have wider).
I did not get a regular assemble instruction even after contacting with a seller - they just have what they have.
The seller is very responsive. He will talk to you and offer to send more of this garbage. He does all to not to give your money back even in dispute with your credit card organization. They pretend it's not a scam company but it is. You won't be able to return anything, because using any US delivery services it will be super expensive to send it back to China. Keep in mind in case of return you will have to pay for both directions (from China to US and back).
So, never buy anything from their website!

Stay far away from Litfad. I purchased a "Blue Glass Scalloped Table Lighting". When it finally arrived it was a plastic globe and the electrical cord was covered with a white sticky substance. I took photos & sent them to Litfad. Long story short, they wanted to send me a new cord. I am not an electrician. I was not spending more on this cheap plastic lamp which, they insisted was glass! I told them if I threw it on the floor it would not break. They suggested I not do that. Lol
Litfad then proceeded to tell me I could send it back to China but it would probably cost more than the lamp itself & they could not guarantee they would receive it. They basically said, Ha ha. You're stuck with this cheap ugly damaged lamp. I told them it is companies like them that give China a bad rap.
I went to Chase to get a refund. In the end, they sided with Litfad. I could not believe it. I am so angry about this situation.
Never ever buy from Litfad. Their products are cheap, ugly & plastic. I chose 1 star because I had to choose something in order to post this. They don't deserve any stars.

We purchased a bed from LitFad not knowing it was a Chinese company with everything shipped directly from China. Their website is very deceiving and you will not know this until your order is complete. Bed arrived 9 weeks later with no assembly instructions. We contacted customer service and got the runaround until we told them we would be contacting our bank for a credit reversal. We then received ONE PAGE of instructions 24 hours later. No parts are numbered, there is no master parts list we have no idea if our order is even complete. The drawings on the instructions include parts we do not have. No holes are drilled, and it is not clear where the 4 different lengths of screws are to be used. When I told them this, they said " Sorry, we don't have other manuals currently,pls you can try to install it, it won't be too difficult. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Have a good time." Thank goodness for Chase customer service. If it wasn't for them we would have lost $1,000.00.

What a truly awful company.
Similar to everyone else on here, goods arrived in separate packages and heavily damaged.
Paid almost £800 for a luxury office desk (apparently discounted from £1600).
When it arrived (3 separate deliveries) and with all screws in what looked like a used envelope, every single piece of wood for the desk was damaged, ranging from small nicks to huge chips.
The quality was awful, the desk looked used like it could be second hand and the damage was significant.
I have now been bouncing emails back and forth for a week trying to get a refund.
They firstly offered 5% refund to keep the damaged item. We refused.
They then offered 15% and to send replacement items. I refused telling them the whole item was damaged, and the quality was not what we expect.
They then went to 40% and then 50% offers for us to keep the damaged desk. But even if the desk wasn't damaged I wouldn't say it was worth half of what we paid. They have said things like "we have no space in the warehouse to take your return" and "if you want a refund you need to pay for the return of the item."
So now I've given up speaking to them, and started a chargeback request with my credit card company.
I've told them to collect the item or we will have to put it in the skip.
It is really terrible, and wish I read reviews of the company before ordering - it's something I would usually do.
I strongly suggest you consider against using this quality for any high quality furnishings. £800 is a significant outlay, and our experience has been the worst I've ever had with a retailer.

This company sucks and they are SCAMMING PEOPLE. I placed an order on 7/21/2022. I paid for EXPRESS Shipping, as of today 9/5/2022; I don't have my package. Your item will take two months to arrive from China. It will be sub-standard / damaged. You will want to return it and it will cost a fortune to do so (I was quoted £89 to return a shelf that cost £68). You will then spend a month arguing with their useless customer service department who will only offer you 40% unless you want to pay more in postage than the item cost in the first place to send it back.
AVOID THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE APPALLING.

WARNING! Do not by any means buy anything from this company, LitFad! They are untrustworthy unreliable scammers who absolutely don't care about the clients. The only think they do fast and without delay - is to debit your account for the order they later fail to deliver. The rest is a total disgrace. After waiting 1,5 months for my order I received the information that it somehow had not been sent or was returned to the sender with no reason at all. When I asked to cancel it, seeing that they confirmed that the item was with them, they offered to RESEND it with shy 5% discount. Then 10% discount/ THREE times I tried to require cancellation of the undelivered by their fault order, but to no avail. They keep replying that they want to resend the item. And considering that the shipment cost would obviously be bigger than the simple refund of the order cost this attitude amazed even more.
So my sincere warning to all - avoid buying anything from these retailers. They are complete scams. Google the reviews - there are plenty of devastated and disappointed customers out there.

If I could give this place negative reviews I would. I wish I had looked up reviews but the website sucks you in making you think this is a well-put-together, reputable company.
They don't do refunds, products arrive damaged and the boxes look like they have been through hell and back. Let me repeat, NO REFUNDS EVEN IF PRODUCT ARRIVES BROKEN OR DAMANGED...all they do is try to offer you like a 5% discount and resend the product which is such bull$#*! since all of their stuff arrives like they've been run over by cars.
Oh and, the icing on the cake - it's all CRAP FROM CHINA...complete waste of money, I wasted $1k on their cheap products and that's money I'll never get back.

We ordered a hall unit, it took months to arrive and was damaged - due to the poor protection - crush damage and scratches.
Contacted them, and they said 'Our return address is in Foshan, China. The time cost and freight cost of returning the goods are very high.
Therefore, we hope you can consider keeping the item.'
So this company does not offer a returns policy - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - NO AFTERSALES, USELESS TO DEAL WITH - I am now stuck with a damaged unit - What a waste of time and money

When searching for a toddler bed and frame for my friend that incorporated safety rails, I thought I had struck just the right site when I found one on Litfad that met her sons needs. The purchase was made and in 3 months time, it finally arrived. The box looked in good condition as if it had been shipped with care, however, upon moving the box inside we noticed the sound of screws rolling around. When we opened the box we found that the material quality was poor. The hardware was placed into a Ziplock bag, and that the bag had come open at some point during that three month shipping period. The scraps of wood that were supposed to be a bed and frame when assembled were damaged and would be unsafe for a child to use which was the original intention when buying it in the first place. Even if it came undamaged, the instructions were in Chinese and unreadable. We contacted the customer service department to find out what we could do about returning the product and getting a refund. At most the company had told us that we would have to cover the cost of shipping back to China (nearly as much as the original cost of the product), and that they would refund us a maximum of 15% of our purchase. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with, and is a scam. Don't buy from them!

I ordered a table on 3/3/2023. It came 6 weeks later. When I opened the box to check the pieces, the corners of each piece have terrible finishing. Very bad quality, for the price I paid $330 it not even worth $100. It is shame to have this piece of furniture in the house. When I contact the Litfed they offer me a shipping of the broken parts, but while the assembly I find out all pieces have the same problems ( look at the pictures) Wright a way I sent a email about it to the Litfed, but they said I can return the table and pay for the shipping, and they will deduct the original shipping price from the refund also. Can you imagine to pay double shipping price for bulky item? It will cost the 2/3 of the table price. I will contact the credit company to dispute the charge for this poor quality table. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM LITFED, DAFE YOUR MONEY.
