Chairs arrived after a month pretty much as advised at time of ordering. Box was battered but chairs weren't damaged at all. No fitting instructions but easy to build. The chairs are very comfortable and exactly what we wanted. Probably not really worth the £280 for the pair but there wasn't anything else online coming up at such a cheap price. Overall am very happy with the purchase.

It's false advertising, I paid $800 for a shelves who doesn't look like the picture, no instructions manual to built it, arrived broken, very bed quality and they put hundreds of screws and small part in a plastic thank you bag!

This company is BEYOND BAD. I can't understand what they are even doing on US market! DO NOT purchase anything from them if you find this review before committing. I purchased an $800 office desk. It came in broken box with ALL major parts cracked and broken. The quality of material was beyond poor. Some parts are literally made from pressed cardboard, not even pressed wood. The ones that are made of pressed wood ripped off together with the screws as soon as you fasten them. Oh, BTW, it came with a 2 lb bag of screws but not even a basic assembly instruction. When we managed to get an instruction from them, it was a basic sheet with no details of how to put drawers and cabinets together. All the wood had wrong holes and new holes needed to be figured out and drilled. None of the parts matched with each other, either. And the image on the website is different than what actually came- this was an IMITATION. When we requested refund, they insisted on sending a new desk and for refund, we would have to ship this $250 lb desk BACK TO CHINA out of our own pocket! We grudgingly agreed to give them another chance. After another week they said they are out of stock but they still wouldn't give us refund but insisted that we pick ANOTHER DESK for 5% discount. It would be almost funny if it wasn't so infuriating. Aghhh!

We ordered 30 lights for our new store from Litfad. At first only 6 showed up (we had tried to track the order from their website, but it stated the order was canceled). We notified Litfad and also let them know that they were not the lights we'd ordered and that we wanted to return them.
The advertisement for this product shows a very different and much larger light,
Litfad said they'd track them, and when they arrive we'd "Solve it together when it is collected."

When we received the other 24 lights we let them know and their response was this:
"We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the item. However, if we send you the correct size and they do not have any quality problems, we would not provide the return service. Please understand."

We again told them they were the wrong lights and very different than the lights advertised.
They asked for pictures, which we sent, with the message "We have sent the pictures you were looking for that show clearly that it is the wrong product. Can we please get a shipping label to return these items now."
Litfad again responded with:
We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the item.
However, if we send you the correct size and they do not have any quality problems, we would not provide the return service. Please understand.

This went back and forth over many emails with ultimately the same response from Litfad.

Note: Their Return policy clearly states that we can return the items.
Do not trust this company. I would never recommend anyone buy anything from Litfad.

Please see the lights ordered in the first photo, and the lights received in the second photo.

Tip for consumers:
Their refund policy says they will return the item cost but not the shipping, however they do not honour this policy.

This company based in China. They sent poor quality products and then refuse to except a return, instead offer you a discount up to 50% off to keep the item.

I received damaged barstools from Litfad. If I wanted to return them Litfad required that I pay the shipping in both directions. I was informed by Litfad, for the first time, that the goods came from and had to be returned to CHINA and that I would be responsible for the cost of shipping in BOTH directions despite the fact that the goods were DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL! The cost of returning them is too great despite the fact that they arrived damaged! BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a tv-stand and a matching coffee table about 15 hours ago and found this site just this morning and thank God I did. First of all, the stuff looks great on the website and prices seem to be where you would expect them for good quality items. But after seeing how items were packed and received plus the terrible quality. I pulled the trigger and started the process of cancelling my orders. What a nightmare, first I was told if items arrived damaged, I would get free replacement parts and if items were deemed unusable, I would get a full refund. I stated that I would rather not have to deal with that entire process as items take about 6-12 weeks to arrive and if something arrived damaged, I would have to wait another 6-12 weeks for a replacement part. So, I kindly asked that both items be canceled and fully refunded. Here is when they started offering 5%, 10%,15%,20%,30% and 40% discounts on my next purchase. No thanks man. No legit company would hassle you with discounts to keep your order placed.

Word of advice from now on with any website or seller you are not familiar with. Download the image of the item you like and do a reverse image search in Google. Turned out my items were on a site called https://www.made-in-china.com/ and the TV stand and coffee table I had ordered go for $30 a piece when ordering 10 or more. So... do you due diligence. China junk is everywhere these days and there is a reason things made in developed countries cost more. Developed countries have manufacturing standards and banned materials and chemicals that would never be put in a product.

Heck at this point I am not even confident to get a refund.

If you want to return damaged items, returns go to Fosbon China at your expense.

Way overpriced and terrible quality. Received in broken condition.

Returns all go to Fosbon China where purchaser has to pay shipping costs before money is refunded. Shipping cost is more than the purchase. This is not covered in the purchase screen

THERE IS NOTHING REPUTABLE ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY SELL CHEAP PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT LOOK LIKE THE PHOTOS. THEY LIED TO ME EVEN WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE MATERIAL OF A COFFEE TABLE TELLING ME IT WAS STONE WHEN IT WAS CHEAP WOOD WITH A LAMINATE. THEY EVEN HAD THE ITEM THEY SENT ME ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR $100 CHEAPER THAN WHAT I PAID FOR THE 'STONE' COFFEE TABLE. AFTER 5 WEEKS MY ITEM ARRIVED AND WHEN I QUESTIONED THEM VIA EMAIL THEY ACTED ALL INNOCENT LIKE A MISTAKE WAS MADE AND OFFERED ME A 10% DISCOUNT. THEN THROUGH EVERY EMAIL THERE WAS 10% ADDED TO THE DISCOUNT AT A CAP OF 40%. I WAS STILL PAYING MORE THAN WHAT THE WOOD LAMINATE COFFEE TABLE WAS LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE. THEY THEN GAVE ME THE OPTION OF RETURNING THE TABLE T CHINA AT MY EXPENSE AND THEY WOULD DEDUCT THE SHIPPING COSTS FROM THE REFUND THEY WOULD ISSUE. THEY WOULD NOT TELL ME HOW MUCH THEY WOULD DEDUCT OR WHAT SHIPPING WOULD COST MEANING THEY COULD GIVE ME BACK WHATEVER THEY FEEL LIKE AND STILL KEEP A NICE PROFIT. TRUE SCAMMERS! ONCE I OPENED A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL AND GAVE ALL THE PHOTOS AND EMAILS AND DOCUMENTATION THERE TUNE CHANGED. I WAS CONTACTED BY A 'VIP' SUPPORT EMAIL AND IT WAS VERY EMPATHETIC AND ASKING ME TO CLOSE THE DISPUTE SO THEY COULD ISSUE A REFUND. YEAH RIGHT ANOTHER SCAM FROM THIS STUPID COMPANY. I AM GOING THROUGH A PAYPAL DISPUTE NOW WHICH IS NOT IDEAL BUT IM FAIRLY CONFIDENT GOING OFF OTHER REVIEWS AND CASES ON REDDIT I SHOULD GET A FULL REFUND.

I ordered item #******* from Litfad on 3/19/23, which is a Mediterranean Banker Lamp with Pull Chain Stained Glass 1 Light Wall Sconce in Blue - Blue 110V-120V. They told me it would be delivered by 4/7/23 which I thought was a long time. I didn't realize it would be coming from China. I started to wonder if I had been scammed, but then it was finally delivered on 4/27/23 in a damaged box that was all taped together and the styrofoam was also falling apart, but taped together. It took a long time to get the package open since it had so much tape, but when I finally opened it, I noticed there was a screw missing and 1/2 the light was not together. The item doesn't look like the nice picture as it was advertised on line. It looks dingy and clunky and it is too heavy and too big to fit in the space I was going to use it. It is supposed to be a wall sconce, but the directions to install are for a ceiling light. It came with no receipt or paperwork. I emailed the company and they gave me a very hard time in returning it. They said they would send me the screw and give me a 5% refund. When I said I wanted to return it, it had to come in back in the same box. That was impossible, so I had to buy a box. Then they said that I would need to pay the shipping cost to and from my house which is 30,00 one way, so a total of 60.00. I will never order again from this company and I will be sure to read the reviews of the company if I order anything on line again.

I bought a set of chairs. They had the red and black combination I was looking for. I paid $1300. They took 2 months to arrive, which was fine, I was warned it would take a while. One of the chairs came damaged, the red leather seat had dings and marks all over it. I wrote to Litfad, with photos, and they offered me a 10% discount to keep the chairs. I told them I loved the chairs and wasn't looking to send them back, I just needed one replacement for the damaged chair. I wasn't even asking for a full chair - the legs were fine. I needed the chair part. They said they'll send me another seat/back assembly. I finally got it, a month later, and lo and behold, they sent me a seat (without the back) and some screws. These people were assuming that I, a single disabled female, was about to completely deconstruct a chair I paid $300 for to replace the seat alone. I don't even own the tools to do that. If I wanted to build my own furniture, I sure as hell wouldn't be paying $300 a chair. I wrote them back asking what they thought I would do with this lone seat, and they sent me back a pdf with instructions in broken English for disassembling the chair and putting it back together. For $300? Get out of here. It would have cost them nothing to just a completed seat/back assembly so I could screw the legs on and be on my way. I will never order from Litfad again. The last photo is what they sent me as a "replacement."

6 month on no sign of delivery still waiting worst online company ever experience,
Hi friends today I want to share a very bad experience with this online shopping from Litfad.We ordered our table from this company last year on 23/09/2022 and the delivery was said to be on last year November 19/11/2022,as per the email send from Litfad team,but six months on we have not received our table top, even i did a insurance on its delivery,every time we try to contact the team they seem to least bothered about your delivery and not professional at all, they have no clue about the delivery time scale and they do not even care to response the customer question properly when the dont have a customer telephone number. Since last year i have been chasing by email about my delivery, they seem to have no information about the delivery date and time, some time they reply that its has reached your destination and will be soon deliver to your address, on the other hand another reply few days later they reply to me that we are going to ship your order and it will take four to six weeks,actually they are lying and don't even bothered to say the truth that it has not yet send to us. We made a very big mistake by not reading the review first,then we could save our time and money and not wasting our precious time.my order number was ******* and they are still asking what your order number such a un experience staff at Litfad,Friends i will keep you inform until I get my parcel again its been 6 month my delivery has not yet arrived at my address, please be sure to read the review first before you purchase any thing from this company.

DO NOT USE - I placed an order for "White Brick Wallpaper" on 27th of November and received this on the 14th of December. Upon initial inspection it seemed fine. (they give you 48 hours from the time you receive the delivery to inspect it for any faults/damage etc.) Once my decorators started to unravel the wallpaper to apply to the wall. The first thing they noticed was that there was no information sheet or instructions on what kind of wallpaper this was (i.e. A 'paste the wall' or 'paste the paper'). We checked the website and there wasn't any information on that either. This is a big problem of course. The WORST problem however was what the wallpaper looked in most lighting conditions. All the bricks had a yellow stain/tinge to it. Like a urine stain (not exaggerating). I sent them plenty of pictures and you can clearly see the colour disparity between the yellow Brick (which is supposed to be white as advertised) and the white background it sits on. It's night and days apart. I've been trying to arrange a refund since 6th of January and I'm getting the same response/email which clearly is a copy and paste and has nothing do with my specific problem... see below to understand what I mean. They start talking about scratches:

"Dear jai.sehmi,

Really sorry for the dissatisfaction.
If the small scratches would not affect the usage, we can refund 5% of the item price to you for compensation.

Will you consider to keep this item?

This kind of scratches are the objective phenomenon of the manufacture method in this kind of product and material. Usually it will be controlled within a reasonable range. Please understand that."

Like what are they talking! DON'T BUY from this place. I spent £180 on 4 rolls of wallpaper, and I can't arrange a return with them.
