Chairs arrived after a month pretty much as advised at time of ordering. Box was battered but chairs weren't damaged at all. No fitting instructions but easy to build. The chairs are very comfortable and exactly what we wanted. Probably not really worth the £280 for the pair but there wasn't anything else online coming up at such a cheap price. Overall am very happy with the purchase.

It's false advertising, I paid $800 for a shelves who doesn't look like the picture, no instructions manual to built it, arrived broken, very bed quality and they put hundreds of screws and small part in a plastic thank you bag!

Total shambles of a company screwed me over good and proper. Raised case with paypal and because I would not send the damaged table back (was going to be in excess of £100) they sided with this scumbag outfit. I urge everyone who has been ripped off to post as many reviews as you can to get these robbing cheats out of business.

I order toilet, I was waiting 2 months didn't get it,called Fedex and asked why my package stuck in one location, they told me is damaged, the company sent me second one,came in 2 months this time but it was damaged really badly, the pacing was a joke. With Litfad u can contact for refund only by email we all know what that means...I call same day to credit card and told that that transaction was a spam still don't know what will be but hope I get my money back. People stay away from Litfad

Ordered two pendant lights that took almost two months to arrive. One arrived completely shattered and although one arrived intact, the light fixture itself (neither) doesn't work. When I reached out to customer service, I told them I just wanted to refund and no exchange because I don't want to wait another two months and the product was clearly poorly made. I especially didn't want to wait two months only to have the product not work again or be broken again. They went from 5% refund and replacement up to 20% refund and replacement to 40% refund and no replacement. They clearly do not understand full refund. I've had to escalate to PayPal and I'm hoping they do the right thing. This company clearly does knock offs of much more expensive products and you get what you pay for. This company is a scam and you'll never be satisfied and you'll end up going through the frustrating process of contesting the credit card charges with your bank. Avoid them at all costs.

Absolutely the worst company, do not buy from here. It's a scam, the quality is cheap, getting a refund seems almost impossible. Do not waste your time, you're better off spending a little more but from a legitimate place. How are they still in business is beyond me.

That's even too high. I ordered a light that was listed as having "third gear dimming". A made up term that they don't bother to explain anywhere on their site. Silly me thought it meant a light with dimming capabilities. Wrong - It's a circus light that changes the light color and tone every time you flip the switch. I wanted a warm hue (which I checked off as well). This goes from warm to cool to standard lighting. My room looks horrendous with 2 out of the 3 color options. It's absurd. Why would anyone want a light that does this? But don't try to return it! Customer service is a joke. In no way do they care if their customers are happy. An absolute garbage company and I want to be sure everyone knows it!

Ordered and paid by PayPal on 1st May for a Hall Hanging rail. No sign of delivery yet. Wish I'd have known it was going to take so long as have now had to buy another one from a reputable British company. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Will it ever arrive? Other reviews don't give me much hope.

Substandard products and zero customer support

Like so many others on here we were scammed into parting with hundreds of pounds in exchange for a terribly poor quality ceiling light that our electricians refused to fit because it didn't comply with safety standards.

Customer support are refusing to refund us until we send the item back which they themselves say would be too expensive.

Reported to UK trading standards and CAB. I will review everywhere to make sure everyone is warned about these rogue traders.

I am upset at myself for not reading the other reviews before using it... this company is a complete internet scam, so stay away! The two lamps I bought took weeks to arrive, were poorly made (not looking like in the pictures), and importantly did not work at all when plugged in. The customer service was terrible and unresponsive, and there was no way to communicate with them by phone. Despite 5 requests, they refused to send me return instructions or a refund! I am going to report them as fraud to my bank and dispute the credit card charge, but not sure what else I can do. Any suggestions? This company should not be allowed to operate in the U.S. or elsewhere.

This company is the absolute worst. I ordered an end table to be delivered before Christmas which was promised, and I still have not received it. Every time I try chatting with the representative, they gave me the same runaround b*******. Stay away at all costs. Avoid like the plague!

Litfad advertises good products however they ship garbage. They're based from China and do not consider that most Americans do not read or speak Chinese and fail to provide adequate assembly instructions. The product I ordered came wrapped in cardboard from China and by the time it arrived in New York City the packaging was broken open pieces were on the floor and several pieces were damaged. There is inappropriate list of required assembly products in the packaging that prevented me from assembling the product. After communicating with them numerous times over a 6 month period of time they told me to watch the video and that I didn't need to understand Chinese just look at the pictures. Walmart Amazon both have same products half the price with the proper assembly instructions. Do not buy from this company they are fraudulent. You will be wasting your money.

Tip for consumers:
What would be helpful to know for others is to never ever buy from this site. It's a complete waste of $350

None, I purchased online in August 2022 the product did not arrive until the end of Dec . And is still not assembled due to lack of proper instructions in English.

The box arrived looking terrible. As I opened it was a huge mess 75% of the board had a chip, broken - including the top-main board. The instructions were in chinese, the screws did not had a grab and they are all exposed. My brother which builds furniture for living, mentioned the worst quality he has seen. Customer service got back to me with promesses never followed through. They have great idea but it is by far the worst one i could find!

Save yourself the trouble. Learn from my mistake. This is by far the worst experience I've had on any purchase. The pieces took months to arrive and then arrived without instructions. Mind you there were hundreds of pieces. No one was able to help and they kept saying the "manual will be updated in 2-3 days" which was complete BS. I shouldn't have taken my chances. Wasted thousands of $ on this bunch of parts.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from these guys, especially if these are expensive pieces. Don’t risk your money like I did.

I ordered a bed from them almost 3 months ago. In 6 weeks received 6 packages, bed headboard was broken because packaging was really bad. Spent 2 month to get replacement without result. Finally they shipped to me Ceramic Table Top instead of wood Bed Headboard. When I request full refund they told me that I need first shippet all items back to China and pay myself for shipping. Do not repeat my mistake and do not waste your money

Color is different from what was shown on website.
Once arrived there were missing pieces, poor quality as the shades were actually bent.
The power cords are glitchy.
Replacements have to come from CHINA and take forever.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. We ordered a set of shelves: of the 20 wood pieces that arrived, 16 of them were chipped. When assembled, they also looked nothing like the image online. When asking customer service for a full refund, they had the audacity to tell us that they'd refund the price of the product but that we were responsible for all shipping fees both to and from our home – even though the product they sent us should have never left their warehouse in the first place (despite their claim on the website that they have thorough QA checks for all of their products before they leave their facilities). This company absolutely sucks. Spend the extra $50 at Ikea or Target, trust me: it's worth it.

I ordered a compact kitchen table/storage unit. When the item arrived, due to the very poor packaging, parts were on the floor next to the box. Items were damaged inside as a result. There are many pieces tobe assemble and two bags of screws, nails etc just throw into a bag. Assembly instructions were in Chinese and there was no inventory list of parts included so I don't even know if all the parts have arrived. I spent three time more in this item assuming it would be of higher quality. Not so much. Don't waste your money. Buy fromm a reputable company. This is not that.l

Litfad sent us a broken table in an awful packaging. They put the stone tabletop in just a cardboard box with No protection also its pedestal was in filthy situation. For returning that heavy table, Chinese seller asked me to pay the shipping price out of my own pocket (shipping price in my case was $432) then I must wait for seller to check broken item to see if it's not a manmade damage. After this long way they'll make decision to refund me or not. Their return policy is a big scam. Please don't trust them especially about big items.

Never again I ordered a $400+ mid century table. What arrived is a terrible attempt of a nasty copy. There are chips, pencil marks on the table. The color is completely off and lack craftsmanship. I asked for refund and like others being offered increased percentage, from 10% to 30%, of refund. I kept being told if I want to return the table it will be expensive at my own cost. Dissolving this to my bank to sort it out. DO NOT order anything from them. Litlads should stop trading!

I wish I had done a thorough check of the company before I ordered. The malpractice of Litfad has been mentioned by many website. Be alert.

Stay away of this company! 1.5 months delivery. Received book shelf very sloppily packed and with large dents and attritions. They refused to fully refund (started from 5% to bargain). My order with them #*******. Disgusting!

Product arrived broken, chipped, stained. Beyond the fact that the building material was extremely cheap and not as it was described. Just all the rest of the these reviews, they refuse to refund you, and even if they due they subtract what they paid for freight from china, so you get zero dollars back, no matter how expensive your purchase was. My mistake for not reading the thousand of dissatisfied customers reviews, who feel they have been ripped off by this terrible company. WHAT A JOKE.

These guys are absolute crooks. We purchased through their website. Received our wardrobe with no instructions. Definitely missing some parts, but who knows if we are missing more. What good is a piece of furniture if you have no way of knowing how to properly assemble it? Customer service is a joke. Wish I would have done more research before buying from this business.

Buyer beware of this company!
I wish I would have listened to the reviews myself.
When I opened the box there wasn't any packing materials. Each piece thrown on top of one another, No instructions, nuts and bolts thrown in a bag. The WORST customer service. They have no intention of Returning or exchanging this for me. The email they sent after I sent pictures of the damaged product
"We do not provide return service if we send the correct item."
Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. This frustration is not worth it. I would rather pay double and receive decent product or at the very least have a company that will exchange and do the right thing.

The company has horrible products and even worse customer service. We purchased 2 desk and filing cabinet. Packages are damaged, the desk are damaged, chips, dent, corners smashed, and glue on the desk surfaces. Parts had to be picked up of the delivery truck floor.

If I could pick no stars I would!
